then they return home, with the wife and grandma still awake and waiting in silence
Yayako as usual gets up to greet her husband, but he silently walks past, and sits down to smoke
Shinya: i met with the child who came to our house the other day
Yayako: child?
Shinya: he's mine
Yayako looks at Mahiro for confirmation. it's true, cos she didn't say a word
Shinya: from that time
Yayako: how could this happen?
Shinya: until today, i was completely in the dark myself. tomorrow, i want to go to Sendai. i want to see her
