Who we are Hi, my name is Ray Garza Jr., owner of Data Packets. Data Packets was formed to help the Small Office or Home Office and small businesses realize the full potential of sharing resources among the computers in the office. With today’s technology it is now possible, both technically and financially, to share printers, broadband Internet connections and more. With the explosion of the Internet comes with it security and privacy issues that must be dealt with. Here at Data Packets, we have the knowledge to properly setup your wireless or wired network connections with security, privacy and ease of use in mind. We serve the Mission, McAllen and Edinburg metropolitan area and is a member of the Mission Chamber of Commerce.
What we do We understand that many people do not have time to take apart their computer and take it somewhere to be serviced. We provide on-site service M-F from 9:00 - 5:00 pm and Saturday from 10:00 - 4:00 pm. If those hours are not convenient, we will make special arrangements as needed. We try to provide a full range of services that a home or small office would need such as:
