The qualifications are not meant to say that you MUST have those things, they are merely tips and what might help you win. The only two things that you must do are: Have a Dragonball Z page, and make the award a link to my site. If I choose you from random without you applying, you do not have to make it a link. However it is more likely you will win if you apply in my guestbook. Leave me your email address so I can contact you. (you can make it a private message if you want) They have the word "sample" over them so cheaters cannot just save them and put them on their site without winning them. The real ones won't have the word "sample" on them.

The next two awards have no qualifications, and the form of judgement is my opinion. The first one is an award for a cool looking site, and the second is an award for a site that is fun to explore and intereacts with the user.
