Chapter 1
*Belle and Shawn are in History together. Shawn sits in back of Belle. By the
way, Belle has a boyfriend*
( Belle sits in her chair writing a letter to Alex *her boyfriend* While
Shawn watches her )
Shawn: ( to himself ) I guess I should be happy for Belle. I have never seen
her so happy. Ever since she got with Alex she's been in this " i love
everybody " mode. She must really be in love.
Teacher: Okay everybody since I have so many tests to correct you may have
the whole period to do whatever you want. Nothing irrational.
Belle: There! I'm finally done!
Shawn: Geez Belle, I guess you like to write a lot! Let me see that *Grabs
the letter* Dang! 4 pages!
Belle: *Grabs the letter and puts it in her bag* Stop being so nosy ToughBoy!
Shawn: I don't understand how girls can write so much!
Belle: I guess its cause we have more to say than guys. Besides, I love Alex.
When you love someone so much you have plenty to say.
Shawn: Yeah...i guess..So speaking of Alex, how are things between you two?
Belle: Never been better! I can't remember when I have ever been this happy!
Shawn: So i am assuming you two love birds are going to Sadies?
Belle: Of course! Are you going?Shawn: I don't think so. Nobody has asked me.
Belle: YET! You know how much Mimi likes you! You know she's gonna ask! So
just say yes to her! Please Shawn??? Do it for me???*making a puppy face*
Shawn: Is perfect girl begging me? I don't believe it! haha Alright Alright,
I'll do it for you. I'll go with Mimi when she asks me. Happy now?
Belle: Yes! *Gives Shawn a big hug* You wont regret this! You don't realize
how happy you'll make Mimi!( Bell Rings )
Belle: Uh oh! I gotta go now! I have to catch up with Alex! See you later
Shawn! Bye!
Shawn: Bye Belle! See yah...( before he could finish his sentence, she was
gone ) I would do anything for you perfect girl, anything.
Mimi: What did you just say Shawn?Shawn: Oh! Hey Mimi! I was just saying uhhh...

Mimi: I was wondering if you would be interested on going to sadies with me.
I know you probably have a long line of girls to choose from and i'm probably
the last person you would want to go with and....
Shawn: I would be delighted to go with you Mimi.
Mimi: Really? That's great! What time do you want to pick me up?!
Shawn: How about...( before he could finish his sentence Mimi interupts )
Mimi: Seven sounds great! I can't wait! Hey, i gotta go to class right now!
We'll talk about it some more at lunch! Bye!
Shawn: Bye Mimi! *sigh* ( to himself ) I guess it wont be so bad. Mimi would
be a great date to have.
*shawn sat quietly in class. He couldn't stop thinking of Belle*~Lunch Time
( Shawn is walking around in deep thought while Mimi was talking about
Sadies. He was so out of touch with his surroundings that he didn't realize
Mimi talking. Suddendly Philip shows up )
Philip: Hey Mimi! hey shawn! ( shawn didn't hear him ) SHAWN!!!
Shawn: Oh! hey philip! Sorry
Philip: You okay? You seemed like you were miles away
Shawn: I'm fine. Don't worry about it. Did you want something?
Philip: Yeah, i kinda need to talk to you alone. ( to mimi ) do you mind if i
take shawn away for a while?
Mimi: Sure. i need to get going anyways. I need to see my English teacher
about my grade. See yah later!Philip & Shawn: Bye!Shawn: So what's up?
Philip: i have a little confession to make. well..Shawn: tell me philip
Philip: I need you to talk to Belle and ask her to talk to Chloe for me. I
need Belle to tell her that i'm sorry for the way i have been treating her. I
have these feelings for her that i can no longer hide.
Shawn: I think you need to tell her youself. I'm sure she'll like it better
if it came from you inperson.Philip: you really think so?Shawn: yeah
Philip: Alright then, i will. So get Belle to tell Chloe to meet me at .COM
after school.Shawn: Sure! No problem!
Philip: Well i'll see yah later. i have to go to a meeting for baseball. We
need to come up with a fundraiser to raise money.Shawn: Okay. See yah!
*Shawn walks around campus looking for Belle. He finally finds her in the
arms of Alex. His heart broke into a thousand pieces.*
Shawn: ( to himself ) *SiGH* if being with him makes her happy, then let it
be. I just want to see her happy. ( to belle ) Hey Belle! i need to talk to
you for a sec!
Belle: Sure! Hold on! *she quickly gives alex a kiss and walks over to shawn*
What's up?
*Shawn tells her everything that philip told him and Belle is thrilled!*
Belle: I knew it! I knew he had feelings for her and i know for a fact that
she likes him too! This is great! I'll tell her right now!
Shawn: Good. You go and do that. I'll go now so you can talk to her. see yah
perfect girl. * starts to walk away*Belle: hey shawn!Shawn: yeah...
Belle: are you okay?
Shawn: Don't worry about me. I'm just a little tired. that's all
Belle: Okay..if you say so! Bye!~Inside the Library
*Chloe is reading a book on famous opera singers when Belle suddenly burst
inside and grabs chloe's arm and drags her outside*
Belle: I have great news for you!!!!Chloe: What are talking about?Chapter 3
Chloe: Belle what are you talking about?
Belle: *out of breath* Hold...on...must....breathe......
Chloe: This news better be good for you to run out or breath.
Belle: I was just talking to Shawn and it seems that Philip has feelings for
you and is going tell you exactly how he feels! He wants to meet you after
school at .COM! Isn't that great?!
Chloe: *daydreaming for a second and then finally snaps out of it* Yeah
right! Are you crazy?! This is probably another trick of his that he planned
out with Jan and Jason!
Belle: Please Chloe! I really think he's telling the truth! Besides, i have
seen the way he looks at you and the way his eyes seem to glow when he hears
your name. And it's obvious that you like him too! Don't deny it!
Chloe: His eyes do not glow when he hears my name. But if you wanna see
someone who's eyes do glow when they hear a specific name, just look at
Shawn! Everytime he hears your name his eyes look like two bright stars!
Belle: Now look who's crazy. Shawn does not do that. We're just really good
friends. Besides, i love Alex more than anything. Just give Philip a chance
Chloe! Just this once, and if it is a trick you don't ever have to see himagain.
Chloe: Okay Okay. I don't see the point arguing with you. I wont win. I'll
give him a chance.Belle: And promise me on thing?Chloe: Sure..what is it?
Belle: If all this is true and he really does have feelings for you, which
i'm sure is true, please ask him to Sadies. I know you have some feelings for
him as well.Chloe: I don't know Belle...Belle: Oh please Chloe?
Chloe: Sure. Why notBelle: That's great!
Chloe: Well since this is all settled out now, you may return to Alex. I know
how much you can't stand being apart from him.
Belle: yeah, you're right. Talk to you later! Bye! And remember what you
promised me!
*As Belle walks away she Bumps into Mimi, who is coming out of her Englishclass*
Mimi: Oh hey Belle! You look really happy
Belle: Yup! I just found out that philip has feelings for chloe and they're
gonna meet after school to talk about it. If things go really well she's
gonna ask him to sadies! Isn't that great?!
Mimi: wow! Ghoul girl and philip?! that is a shock! But hey, i have nothing
against it.Belle: I'm glad to hear that!
Mimi: Oh! Guess who i'm going to Sadies with?Belle: Who?
Mimi: Shawn!!! i asked him today and he said yes!!!
Belle: That's great Mimi!!! Today must be a lucky day for me and my friends!!
Everything seems to be going right!
Mimi: I know what you mean! Hmmm..i wonder where shawn is? You want to come
and look for him with me?
Belle: Sure, but we gotta find him quickly. I should get back to Alex.
*Mimi and Belle start power walking all over campus looking for him. They
finally found him sitting by himself. He seems to just be sitting there
staring into space.*
Shawn: ( thinking to himself ) This has got to stop now! I cannot let these
feelings come out! I just can't tell her my feelings and make her life
complicated. ( out loud ) She deserves happiness.
Belle: Who deserves happiness shawn? who are you talking about?Chapter 4
Belle: Who deserves happiness Shawn? Who are you talking about?
Shawn: Oh hey Belle! I was just talking about...( looking around trying to
think of an excuse, when he sees a girl crying. ) *he points to the girl* I
just saw her boyfriend break up with her and he wasn't very nice about it. I
recognize her around school. I heard she's really nice,smart and athletic.
Any guy would be lucky to have her.
Mimi: That really sucks. She's very pretty too.
Belle: She must of really cared for him. She's crying pretty hard. If Alex
ever left me i don't know what i would do. I'd probably be so depressed that
i would never want to do anything and just stay home all day.
Shawn: No you wont Belle. Not while i'm here. I will never let that happen.
Just remember i'll always be there for you. Sometimes i think you can forget
that.Belle: Sorry if i gave you that kind of impression about our friendship. I
know i can always go to you for help.( Lunch Bell Rings )
Mimi: Uh oh guys! We gotta get going!Shawn: Yeah..we should..
Belle: I better go get my stuff. It's with alex.Mimi/Belle/Shawn: BYE!
Belle: ( to herself ) What's wrong with Shawn lately? I think i should talk
to him, but not now. Maybe some time later in the week.Chapter 5
( School is out and Shawn is at the Pub TRYING to study for his History test.
Belle and Mimi are shopping. While Chloe goes into .COM to meet Philip. )
*Chloe walks into .COM and sees Philip sitting down by himself*
Chloe: ( to herself ) Maybe Belle is right. Maybe it isn't a trick. He seems
to be alone. *walks over to Philip* ( to philip ) Hello Philip..
Philip: Chloe! I'm glad you came! Sit down, we need to talk. *She sits down*
Well i'm assuming that Belle told you what i need to talk to you. about. And
i just want you to know that....
Chloe: Philip stop. If this is just another one of your cruel tricks just
stop now. I don't need to take this kind of abuse from you, or from anyone
else for a matter of fact! I have better things to do. And if you think....
( Philip interupts her by kissing her. It was a very passionate kiss. So
passionate that Chloe didn't break away from it. Until, she realized where
they were. )
Chloe: What in the world was that for?! How dare you do that! * She gets up
from her seat and is about to walk away when suddenly Philip grabs her arm *
Philip: You're not going anywhere!
Chloe: What do you think you're doing?! Let go of me!
Philip: No. I wont let you get away from me this time. Chloe, I have all
these feelings for you and i have always tried to deny it. I can no longer do
that. i have finally realized them and its time to act upon them. It's eating
me up inside not being with you and i don't care what other people say! i
just wanna be with you! because...because...Chloe: Because what Philip?
Philip: Because...I LOVE YOU!Chloe: Oh philip! *she hugs him* I LOVE YOU TOO!
I was hiding my feelings too. And you were being such a jerk to me and it
made me really mad....
Philip: Shhh..*puts his fingers on her lips and then kisses her softly* Right
now, us being together is all that matters.
Chloe: Philip, will you go to Sadies with me?
Philip: Of course. Now lets get out of here and go for a walk.
Chloe: Sounds good.
( Belle and Mimi start walking to .COM and run into Philip and Chloe hand in
hand. )Mimi: So i guess what Belle told me was true. I just want to say...*Chloe
waiting for another insult from Mimi* CONGRATS!
Chloe: *has a shocked look on her face* Thanks Mimi.
Belle: I told you he was serious Chloe!
Mimi: Well i'm gonna go inside and get a drink. I'll meet you inside Belle.
Belle: Okay( Mimi enters .COM to get a drink )
Belle: So i was right all along. Geez Philip! It took you long enough to
realized your feelings!Philip: haha yeah i know. Sorry
Belle: i can't believe you guys didn't see what was right infront of you.
Chloe: Yeah...and speaking of which, i don't think you realize what's right
infront of you.Belle: Huh? What are you talking about?
Chloe: I'm talking about Shawn. He really cares about you and i mean more
than FRIENDS!
Belle: Not this again. We've been over this already Chloe. I love Alex and
Shawn is just my friend.
Philip: Sorry to interupt but, its obvious that he cares for you more than a
friend.Belle: Well i think you're both wrong. Hey, shouldn't you guys get going?
*trying to change the subject*Philip: yeah..we should get going Chloe.
Chloe: Alright. We'll talk about this later Belle.
Belle: There's nothing to talk about. So just go now and have some fun you
two. Bye!Philip/Chloe: Bye!Chloe: And Belle!Belle: yeah?
Chloe: Just talk to him. He's at the Pub.Belle: Fine, i will.
( Belle walks into .COM and sits down next to Mimi )
Mimi: Hey belle sorry but i gotta go now. My mom just called me on my Cell
and said i gotta go home now.Belle: Okay. Well i just see you later then!
Mimi: See YaH!( Belle is alone now )Belle: I guess i will go and see Shawn.
~The PubShawn: Ugh! I'll never get this down!
( Belle walks inside the Pub. Shawn sees Belle come in )Shawn: Oh hey Belle...
Belle: hey shawn! you mind if i sit down?
Shawn: Go ahead. its a free country *she sits down*
Belle: i think we need to talk
Shawn: OH...if its about today at lunch i just wanna say i'm sorry. I didn't
mean to snap at you about our friendship. I was just in a bad mood.
Belle: It's not that.Shawn: Oh okay. So what is it? Is anything wrong?!
Belle: No, i'm fine. Calm down. I just want to know what's up with you
lately. You've been acting really weird.
Shawn: Like i said before, I'M FINE. You don't need to worry about anything.
Belle: Shawn, i've known you for a long time and i can tell when somethings
wrong. Now tell me what's going on.
Shawn: Listen Belle, something is wrong okay. But its something that i can't
tell you.Belle: But...
Shawn: I'm sorry Belle, but i can't. I'm gonna go home now. See yah around.
Belle: But Shawn!
*Shawn walks out of the Pub. A little tear drop falls from his face*
Shawn: ( to himself ) Sorry Belle..i just can't. Its for the best. I dont'
want your life to become complicated. I LOVE YOU too much.
~*Just incase for the people that don't know that much about what sadies
is...sadies is when the girl asks the guy to the dance and dress alike. By
the way, sorry that i don't tell you what they wear at the dance. I just
couldn't decide what they should wear*~~The day of sadies
(shawn is at home getting ready)
Shawn: *SiGH* It's been a couple days since the last time i talked to belle
at the pub. I miss her. Well, maybe when i get the chance i'll say sorry. Uh
oh, i better get Mimi.(Belle at home getting ready as well)
Belle: It's been a while since shawn ran out of the pub. It's all my fault. I
got him upset. I tried too hard to get him to open up to me. Once i see him
at the dance i'm going to tell him i'm sorry. I have missed him.
(Alex rings the doorbell and is greeted by Marlena)
Marlena: Hi alex! Belle will be down in a sec. Just hold on.Alex: Oh okay.
(Belle comes down)
Belle: hey alex! *hugs him and gives him a kiss* I'll see you later mom!
Marlena: Bye honey!
(chloe is at home waiting for philip, when suddenly the doorbell rings)
Chloe: *opens the door* its about time. Have you ever heard of a thing called
punctuality?Philip: Sorry. *gives her a puppy dog face* forgive me?
chloe: *Gives him a kiss* Of course! how could i not? Let's get going.
~Salem High*shawn and mimi walk into the gym*
Mimi: wow! The gym looks great! *suddenly a slow song comes on* Let's dance
shawn!Shawn: Sure *they begin to dance*
*Philip and Chloe walk in and sees shawn and mimi dancing*
Philip: I can't believe Belle and Shawn aren't the ones dancing together.
Chloe: I know what you mean. I was hoping that things between them would work
out.
Philip: Well, there's still hope yet. Those two belong together. It'll happen
sooner or later.Chloe: Yeah, i hope so.
Philip: Let's just try and forget about it right now. Just try and have some
fun okay?Chloe: You're right. Wanna dance?Philip: I thought you'd never ask
*The song finally ends and Shawn spots philip and chloe hand in hand. He and
mimi walk up to them.*
Shawn: So when were you two guys planning to tell me about you two?
Philip: Oh hey shawn! hey mimi! Well i was going to but the last couple of
days you seemed in a really depressed mood.
Shawn: Sorry about that. I just had stuff going through my mind. I'm fine now.
Chloe: We understand. So have you seen Belle and alex yet?
*Suddenly Belle and Alex walk in the gym*
Mimi: There she is! *Yells* Hey belle, alex! We're over here!
Alex: Oh hey...uhhhh..Mimi right?Mimi: Yup!
Alex: *Looks at philip and chloe* and you two must be the new happy couple
Belle has told me so much about?Philip: That's right. Nice to meet you
Chloe: Same hereBelle: *points to shawn* and this is my long time friend shawn
Alex: Oh hey! Belle told me a lot about you.
Shawn: And she told me A LOT about you.
Alex: Well it was nice to meet all of you. Oh, there's my friend David! I
need to talk to him. Belle i'll be right back
Belle: Alright *alex leaves* Shawn i need to talk to you for a minute. (to
mimi) You don't mind if i steal away shawn from you for a while do you meems?
Mimi: No go ahead. I need to go to the bathroom anyways.
*Shawn and Belle walk outside to the parking lot to talk*
Belle: Shawn i just want to say sorry about the night in the pub. I should of
never tried to force the issue of what was wrong with you
Shawn: No i'm sorry belle. I just kind of over reacted a little. I should of
never been so dramatic.
Belle: I guess we're both sorry. heehee I missed talking to you the last
couple of days.Shawn: Yeah me to. More than you know *they hug*
Belle: Well let's get back to the dance. We don't want mimi to worry about me
stealing you away from her. haha
Shawn: hahaha (fake laughing) yeah. We don't want her to get the wrong idea.
*Meanwhile inside, alex is talking to his friend david*
David: hey wussup? So where's Belle?Alex: Oh, i don't know. Somewhere
David: So when are you gonna dump her? anytime soon?
Alex: Yeah. I don't know how long i can stand being with her.
David: But hey, your plan worked though. Being with her gained you a lot of
popularity and the many eyes of girls. Just like you wanted.
Alex: yeah. It was kinda worth itDavid: But you have to admit, she is pretty
Alex: yeah, but it isn't her i'm interested in. By being with her, i was able
to get closer to Mindy Wilson. Me and her have been flirting with each for
the last 3 weeks. I think its time to make my move on her.
David: *sees Belle and Shawn walk in* Hey, here she comes. Wait a minute,
isn't that shawn?Alex: Huh? What? Oh, yeah. Shawn is her long time friend.
David: What were they doing outside?Alex: Why should i care.
David: Well, here she comes.

*Belle walks up to Alex and Daivd while Shawn looks for Mimi*

Belle: Hey you! *kisses him*

David: I guess i better get going. Talk to you later Alex, bye Belle. *Walks 
away*

*Shawn sees Mimi sitting down*

Shawn: Hey Mimi. Sorry it took me so long to get back.

Mimi: It's okay. I just got out of the bathroom just now anyways. *Suddenly 
the song My Everything by Next comes on* 

Shawn: Hey I love this song! Let's go and dance.

Mimi: Okay

Belle: Oh my gosh! I love this song! Let's go and dance Alex.

Alex: Okay

Philip: Chloe, want to dance again? Or are you too tired to?

Chloe: Too tired to dance with you? Never. Let's go.

*While dancing Shawn can't take his eyes of Belle*

Shawn: (to himself) Look at her. She looks so beautiful. I have to stop doing 
this to myself. I have to get over her. She's my best friend, and will never 
be more. As long as she is happy, i guess i'm happy too.

Chloe: *sees Shawn staring at Belle* (to Philip) look at him Philip.

Philip: Huh? Look at who?

Chloe: Shawn. He keeps looking at Belle. I know watching Alex dance with her 
must be painful for him.

Philip: I know what you mean. But like i said before, just give them some 
time. It'll happen soon.

Chloe: I just hope and pray that you're right. Of all the people in world, 
those two deserve some happiness.

*While dancing, Alex sees Mindy across the room dancing with her date. Their 
eyes meet. Alex lips the words I LOVE YOU across the room and so does Mindy. 
Philip sees this and is furious*

Philip: What the....

Chloe: What's wrong Philip?

Philip: That son of a B....

Chloe: PHILIP! 

Philip: I'm sorry Chloe, but i just saw Alex say I LOVE YOU across the room 
to Mindy Wilson and she responded by saying the same thing!

Chloe: Are you sure?

Philip: Yes i'm sure. I'm gonna go teach him a lesson.

Chloe: No Philip! Not now. Not while Belle is dancing with him. We'll tell 
Belle tomorrow. In the meantime PROMISE me that you wont do anything till 
then?

Philip: But...

Chloe: But nothing Philip. Promise me

Philip: Alright. I'll do it for you.

Chloe: Good.

Philip: Don't i get a reward?

Chloe: haha yeah, this...*kisses him*

*The dance ends and Shawn is taking Mimi home. They're outside infront of her 
house*

Shawn: Well we're here. I hope you had a great time tonight.

Mimi: Yeah I did. Thanks to you Shawn.

Shawn: I don't know what I did, but Your welcome.

*Mimi leans in to kiss Shawn, but Shawn steps back*

Shawm: Uhhh Meems...I hope I didn't miss lead you to think i wanted something 
more than friendship.

Mimi: Oh my gosh! I feel like such an idiot! I'm so sorry Shawn. I kinda knew 
that you had feelings for Belle and all but i just thought that i might be 
wrong so i gave it a shot to see for myself if it is true.

Shawn: Oh, I don't have feelings for Belle. We're just friends. *looks at his 
watch* Oh, I better go (trying to get out of the awkward moment)

Mimi: Oh okay, bye Shawn!

Shawn: Bye Mimi!

*Philip is dropping off Chloe at her house. They reach the house and Philip 
walks Chloe to the door.*

Chloe: I had a really fun time Philip. Thank you

Philip: Sure

*They begin to kiss when Nancy opens the door*

Nancy: Oops! I'm sorry! I'll go back inside now

Chloe: No its okay Nancy. I was just about to go inside. I'll talk to you 
later Philip. Bye

Philip: Bye Chloe. Bye Mrs. Wesley!

Nancy: Bye Philip *Chloe and Nancy go back inside the house*

*Alex brought Belle home and is about to go inside the house when Alex grabs 
her arm*

Alex: We need to talk Belle.

Belle: Oh, what about? Is something wrong?
