Monterey Jack's Trip to Upstate New York
by Mr. Spumoni

June 30, 2006

Well mates, I decided to take a bit of a a walkabout. Well, a driveabout I'd suppose you'd say. Had Gadget luv take the props n' whirly-bits off of da' Phonoplane and made my way out to the docks. I was about to 'op a steamer bound for Bikini Faso when I got a bit overwhelmed by a wiff a' Brie! Next thing I know I'm bouncing out of a boxcar in Upstate New York!...

I'm not ashamed ta' say I already miss da' crew, 'specially me pally Zipper. I've never gone anywhere without 'em for three decades now! I know they'll be allright though, what with all of these Auxiliary Rangers, Baker Street Irregulars, and Light Ranger Brigades about they should be able to go one summer without old Monterey I think (well...)!

I've landed on me feet I suppose! I've come across an acquaintance, and e'll show around up here a bit. Oy, is it humid! I can't get me mind around the fact that it is summer in June in da' Northern 'Emisphere! Takes you a couple of years to adjust I think, like that thing about the water in the 'loo...

Anyways, we'd better be off. Got some exploring to do! This should be a snap. It's only Upstate New York, how much trouble could I possibly get meself into!"
