Last Weeks Recaps

PASSIONS WAS NOT SHOWN ON NEW YEARS DAY

Tuesday Jan 2
As a trembling Tabitha and Timmy watch from their window, Hecuba begins to put together a nasty surprise for Harmony's New Year's Eve celebrants. While Gwen nervously keeps Ivy occupied elsewhere, Rebecca slips into the master bedroom to hunt for proof of Ethan's paternity. Ethan promises Luis that Theresa will always be safe and happy as the newest Mrs. Crane. Meanwhile, Julian quavers when his father orders him to rub Luis out. Pilar is alarmed to learn how Theresa scanned Ethan's birth certificate into her laptop for "safekeeping". Back at the mansion, Rebecca stumbles over Theresa's computer and spots a file marked "Ethan's secrets". Charity and Grace both have eerie premonitions about the coming year, while Jessica reads an ominous horoscope for her hometown in 2001. Ethan brings Theresa and an uneasy Pilar back to the mansion as his special guests. Hecuba unleashes an enormous flock of ravens on the unsuspecting citizens of Harmony. Rebecca wriggles out of trouble after Ivy catches her in the bedroom yet again. Hecuba chortles in glee when all hell breaks loose at the Bennett house.

Wednesday Jan 3
Rebecca rubs her hands together in glee as she contemplates the damage she can do now that she has proof of Ivy's treachery. Ivy fears for Sam after reading the morning headlines about the bizarre bird attack on the Bennett house. Meanwhile, Kay whines to Hecuba about using her to stage the assault on her innocent family. Shaken by his close call with the ravens, Timmy builds a scarecrow to fend off further forays by Hecuba's feathered friends. Watching Charity toss and turn in her sleep, Miguel is puzzled when she calls out Hecuba's name. Ethan thrills his fiancee by filling Theresa's house with dozens of long-stemmed roses. Charity presses Kay to reveal what connection Hecuba has to their recent troubles. Theresa and Ethan decide to get married that very day. Grace nearly catches Ivy bestowing a kiss on a squirming Sam. Theresa promises her worried mother she'll retrieve her laptop before the end of the day. Ivy blanches when Ethan asks for a copy of his birth certificate.

Thursday Jan 4
Pilar again entreats Theresa to retrieve her laptop and delete the files concerning Ethan's paternity. Meanwhile, Rebecca explains to Gwen how she plans to download the pertinent files onto a disc and use the sizzling information to secure a financial future for herself and her daughter. The Bennetts and the Russells gaze in curiosity as an ominous red stain begins to spread across the walls of Grace and Sam's living room. In the corner, Tabitha whispers to Timmy that the bleeding walls spell death for everyone within. Luis hovers over Sheridan as she recuperates at the cottage. Brushing her fingers against the oozing liquid, Charity shrieks that the red substance is blood. Ethan thanks his mother for always encouraging him to be true to himself. Upon realizing that the computer belongs not to Ivy but to Theresa, Gwen and Rebecca plot how they can use the girl's double-dealing to their own advantage. Luis walks in on a naked Sheridan as she steps out of the bathtub. Sam and T.C. convince the others that the seepage is just red paint but both Grace and Charity feel the presence of evil. Later, Charity shudders to see the blood forming a message of doom.

Friday, Jan 5
Charity's screams bring her family and Miguel on the run but they're unable to see the bloody words scrawled across the living room wall. Sheridan and Luis share a tender moment at the cottage. Gwen keeps watch downstairs as her mother slips back into Ivy's bedroom and downloads the file on Ethan's birth records to a disc. Meanwhile, Pilar sternly reminds Theresa to destroy the evidence on her laptop before it falls into the wrong hands. Ethan asks Julian to be the best man at his wedding. Though Kay insists she never wanted her cousin physically harmed, Hecuba declares that before she's done torturing Charity the girl will be begging to die. Reese's research turns up an all-too-familiar sounding story about two witches wreaking havoc in a small English town hundreds of years ago. As a beaming Theresa and Sheridan look on, Ethan and Luis finally agree to bury the hatchet for the sake of the women they love. Pilar takes hold of her daughter's laptop before Rebecca can remove the disc.
