Sela Ward Hosts QVC Fundraiser

LOS ANGELES -- Once and Again star Sela Ward is hosting the third annual QVC Cure by the Shore. The event, airing live May 17 from the 2000 Cannes Film Festival, raises money for the National Women's Cancer Research Alliance.

The NWCRA, co-founded Lilly Tartikoff, is devoted to supporting the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of breast and ovarian cancer.

The event, co-sponsored by Entertainment Industry Foundation and broadcast live via satellite on QVC, offers designer products including sunglasses, accessories and beauty items at half the retail price.__UltimateTv.com (April 7, 2000)
