Tyne Daly plays a flashy nanny who was about to retire to Boca and live with her mother and grandmother. Depressed, Fran notices that her life seems to be patterning her friend's.

One of my favorite scenes occurs in this episode when Fran, (after too many 'pink squirrels') ends up in Max's bed by accident. Of course Niles couldn't resist letting Miss Babcock know!
