Here we are, as a country, dare I say as a humanity its self, on the eave of a momentous anniversary, the first rock and role concert was on this day oh so meny years ago. A form of music that has crossed every boundary known to man, age, race, sex, virgins, tramps, country of origins, and most of all: Time (no not the magazine for sudo-intellectuals who buy reading materials simply to feel smart, like they are “In The Know”) but the not-so-linear plain that gives us deadlines and oh-so-fun limited time only deals. Unlike when rock and role was new every one can enjoy rock and role today no mater when you where born, Grandparents and Grandchildren can sit in the car on the way to school and both listen to some of the greats of the jonra like the Beatles, Monkeys, or the Comets.
Rock and role is one of the few things that is part of the “American” culture, a culture conglomerated of so many peoples that this, this music is a true representation of this joining together.
