Karen is played by Megan Mullally.
Maiden name is Delaney.
She is married to Stan Walker, her second husband, and has two stepchildren: Olivia and Mason, whom she only reffers to as 'Fatty' or 'The Fat One'. She considers Olivia to be 'the attractive one'.
She met Jack in the second episode of Will & Grace.
She is open about how she only married Stan for money and is very unaffectionate with him.
She calls almost everyone 'Honey'. When speaking with her Salvadorian maid, Rosario, she also says 'Hola'. She has in past episodes referred to Jack as Poodle, Sweetie, Mary, queer-bait, Little Bunny, Big Strong Man, and Poor Little Misdemeanour.
Karen loves flirting with Jack.
She uses shopping as the way to cheer herself and Jack up.
Although she constantly fights with Rosario, Karen is actually very attached to the maid and managed to convince Jack to marry Rosario so she wouldn't be deported.
She lives in a penthouse with Stan and the kids.
After she was out of college, Karen appeared in an adult film, Next To Godliness as a dominatrix. After she discovered that there were 50 copies of the film floating around New York City, Grace went searching and managed to collect all 50 copies.
She doesn't get along well with Will and considers him to be the reason Grace hasn't had any good relationships.
She also doesn't get along well with her mother, Stan's mother, or Stan's kids, as she acts like it's no big deal to swear on her mother's and the kids' graves and worries that Stan will invite his mother to stay for the weekend.
She and Jack went to a drag queen party on Hallowe'en, where Karen was adored and given the nickname 'Shu-Shu Fontana'.
She once went so far as to go to an outlet mall to shop with Grace after Stan put her on a budget, but was too repulsed to buy anything.
Megan uses a fake voice when portraying Karen. Her real voice is deeper and softer.
Uses the alias 'Anastasia Beaverhausen' when she doesn't want to be recognized.
