~ WELCOME ~
I would like to welcome you to "The Homecoming" website. Pour yourself a cup of tea and cut off a piece of applesauce cake, while you visit my website. Now! if you don't have any applesauce cake on hand, not to worry... I have added the recipe.

This is my tribute to one of the most heart warming Christmas movies, that I know

I attempted to answer the question of just who were the actors, that made up the cast and crew of "The Homecoming: A Christmas Story". Should you find any errors or know of any additional information concerning this website just e-mail me.

The Homecoming first appeared on CBS in the evening of December 19th, 1971. It has since been one of the top Christmas movies enjoyed in my home each year. For those who have never seen the movie, the story is a heartwarming holiday movie, that is set around Christmas eve in 1933 and a loving family that is looking forward to their father's return home after working miles away. How the older son "John Boy" goes looking for his daddy , that Christmas eve and turns up at the Baldwin home and has a sip of the recipe.

Shirley
