This is the upgraded version of Deathscythe Hell. The Deathscythe Hell Custom weapon rating and power rating go down. The twin beam scissors from twin beam scythe upgrade is no big change. The active cloak lets this gundam hide from easy visual detection. The only other downside is the loss of the buster sheild.
