Sonny & Brenda Prequel Edits 1993-1994 contain every Sonny scene from his arrival and every Brenda scene from the time of Sonny's arrival. Sonny enters GH as the owner of the Paradise Lounge, where Stone works. Jagger and Brenda are searching for his brother, Stone. Jagger's girlfriend, Karen, goes to work at the Paradise as a stripper and becomes involved romantically with Sonny and begins taking drugs. I recommend these for fans who would like to see all of Sonny's scenes from his arrival, his early relationship with Stone, with "Cari" (Karen), with Luke. All of Brenda's scenes with Jagger, Stone, Robin are also included up to seeing Sonny at the car dealership on Valentine's Day.

Sonny & Brenda Prequel 1993 #1 August 13 - September 13, 1993: 8 hr original edit
This edit begins with Sonny's arrival on the show. This edit takes place before S&B have any scenes together, when he is running the Paradise Lounge and Karen gets involved in stripping for him. No scenes between S&B on this edit but does introduce the character of Sonny, and a lot of Brenda & Jagger together as she helps him search and find his brother, Stone. Stone follows Karen to Kelly’s and Brenda sees him. Sonny arrives on the show, Karen meets him at the Paradise Lounge under the name “Cari” and becomes a stripper. Jagger searches local arcades for his brother, Mike (“Stone”). Karen sees Ray in the club and tells Sonny that he raped her when she was a child. Jagger and Stone are finally reunited, but Jagger quickly gets suspicious about Stone’s life. Jagger follows Stone to the Paradise Lounge and meets Sonny. He tries to get Stone to quit working at the Club. Karen was about to go on stage when Jagger walked in and she ran off stage and told Sonny about Jagger. Sonny & Brenda Prequel 1993-1994 #2 September 14, 1993 - February 10, 1994: 8 hours
Jagger follows Karen and finds her in bed with Sonny, he knocks Sonny out, Sonny has a couple of his guys kidnap Jagger, Karen goes to Marco for help and he offers Sonny 50% of Jagger's boxing contract in exchange for letting him go. Brenda follows Karen to the Paradise Lounge and sees Sonny for the first time, Karen is popping pills and hallucinates on stage, she tells Sonny she can't strip any longer and runs out, the gang all attend Jagger's Pro fight, Jagger is supposed to throw the fight and refuses, Brenda stalls Sonny when he goes after Jagger afterwards (this is the first time Sonny & Brenda talk to each other). Karen and Jagger escape and go to the police, Sonny is arrested, and makes a deal to work for Frank Smith in return for him getting the charges against Sonny dropped. Sonny meets Luke and they begin working together, Sonny's interaction with the Spencer's begins humanizing his character, he meets Laura and Lucky, Laura goes to him when Lucky is missing and has followed Luke on a job and is shot. Sonny & Brenda #18 August 11 - October 13, 1997: 8 Hour Original Edit
On this edit, S&B return to PC and announce their wedding plans. S&B plan to disappear together after the wedding, a lot of romance between S&B as they plan their future. The Tinman survives and arrives in PC to threathen Sonny’s happiness, he kills the Tinman during a confrontation. Sonny learns there is a contract on his life and he decides to leave Brenda in order to save her life. He leaves her standing at the altar as Jason arrives to tell her that Sonny isn’t coming. Included are Brenda’s flashbacks as she goes back to the hotel in the aftermath. Lois and baby Brooklyn soon arrive to comfort her.
Sonny leaves about 5 1/2 hours into this edit. I included the aftermath of Sonny's departure as Brenda reels from his departure. I then added the first :40 mins of Sonny’s spring 1998 return, goes through him seeing Brenda. This is about 7 1/2 hours total. I finished the edit off with some S&B promos, interviews, award show appearence. I used the descriptions from Port Charles Online and they are some missing descriptions for episodes in April and May - all the scenes are on the edit, I just need to hunt up the descriptions for those shows to insert in the description to make it complete. This edit follows Sonny's storyline during the summer/early fall of 1999 and is more of a pure Sonny edit. This provides all of their earliest scenes together combined onto this 4 hour dvd. I included all of their scenes together when they are trapped in the penthouse during a snowstorm, and when Carly helps Sonny during his summer breakdown. I also included a few additional scenes to fill in the background. This dvd does not include all of Carly’s scenes which are available on the Early Carly series, nor all of the Sonny scenes which are available on the Sonny Comes Home series. This edit contains the aftermath of the miscarriage, the Nurse's Ball (edited to S&C), Carly pulls a gun on AJ, Sonny takes Carly & Michael to the island (some great scenes between them here), Carly takes the noble approach and moves out not wanting Sonny to feel obligated to her. Of course they both are falling in love with each other but neither will admit it. Cute scenes as Sonny does everything to get Carly to move back in with him except tell her what she wants to hear. Then Mike asks Carly to get him $40 K to get him out of a gambling debt and he begs her not to tell Sonny. She dresses up like Carly Babes and hides out in the motel room where she thinks Mike is meeting Sorel, but unfortunately Sonny is the one meeting him. This contains Alexis' failed wedding (with Carly as her matron of honor). Sonny getting shot outside of the police department on Christmas Eve. Sonny seeing Lily (and his sons) when he flat-lines in an afterlife vision, S&C say "I Love You!", Carly as a partner in Deception - she promotes Gia as the "Face of Deception".  The last scene is of the sniper who shoots at Sonny down on the docks. Sonny & Carly #8 February 12 - April 30, 2001: 8 hour 40 minutes original edit
Sonny throws Carly to the ground as shots are fired and saves her. Sorel is after him. Sonny has bought Carly’s wedding dress for their next wedding in Martinique! Sonny is trapped in a burning warehouse and Jason rescues him. S&C exchange gifts on Valentine’s. Sonny tells Cary their marriage is over. A broken hearted Carly heads to Martinique, hoping Sonny would follow here there. Sonny wants Jason to go get here, Jason for the first time refuses Sonny’s request. Sonny arrives and tries to hurt Carly to drive her away from him but it doesn't work. They get remarried and enjoy their wedding night. Carly tells him that loving him is worth any risk. Carly locks Laura on the roof during the Deception Gala so she can’t announce Liz as the Face of Deception, Carly wants Gia instead. Sonny receives a bomb admits his birthday presents. Jason enters to find him holding it and saves the day. This edit concludes Sarah Brown’s storyline and goes through her last scene on April 24th, and a new bonus S&C #8C includes Sonny’s scenes through April 30th. This edit contains all four of the Sonny & Carly weddings plus their informal vow renewal. It also contains Carly's wedding to AJ and to Alcazar, so this edit is also a collection of all of Carly's weddings.  I have a fourth Sonny wedding dvd with four episodes containing his failed wedding to Brenda and his wedding to Lily. Tamara arrives as Carly on the beginning of this edit, and Angel arrives early into this one as well. Carly betrays Sonny to the FBI, the betrayal love making, Sorel stabs Sonny at the cemetery, Angel takes Sonny to her Lake house. Sorel kidnaps Carly, then Alexis. I included all of Sonny's scenes during this time frame and in order to follow the storyline I included all of Carly's scenes, and all of Angel's scenes (though I believe her scenes were all with either Sonny or Carly). I did continue to include all of Sonny's scenes in this edit. In order to follow the story all of Carly’s scenes and all of Angel’s scenes are also included, and of course all of Sonny's scenes with Alexis are also on here. I know fans are split on the issue of what scenes to include, some would prefer a Sonny only edit but you will always find that I tend to edit to a storyline not just an actor. I find edits that only include one actor's scenes are usually pretty chopped up and it makes it difficult to follow a storyline.
Please realize that this edit includes the scenes of Sonny wearing the bomb, the explosion and aftermath, Sorel's death. I included all of the aftermath in the penthouse, and much of the buildup around Sorel's death- to show different character's motives to kill him. Click here to read the full edit description.

Sonny & Carly #12 November 19, 2001 - January 18, 2002: 8 hour original edit
Up to the point of the start of this edit, I had edited every Carly scene (from 4/96-11/01) and every Sonny (from 4/98-11/01). By this time in November, their storylines became more separate so it did become a difficult decision as to whether to continue to include all of each of their scenes. There is no right or wrong way to edit but there are many different options. I had taken a poll from my S&C email list and there was a slight majority that asked me to continue to include all of Sonny and all of Carly's scenes. Of course there was another group who asked me to please not include Sonny's scenes with Alexis but wanted everything else. Then there was another group who wanted all Sonny scenes (but not all of Carly with Zander and Jax), then others who wanted all of Carly but again no Sonny with Alexis. So I knew whatever option I chose wasn't going to work for everyone. I decided to continue editing all of Carly and all of Sonny’s scenes to follow each of their storylines. This way those who want the whole storyline can access it, those who want all of Sonny will have it, and those who want all of Carly will have it (you can always ff through what you don't want to see). For those who really only want S&C together, I have never done that type of editing for their storyline.
I think it is important for long term storyline preservation to see Carly's development, her plans to open the club, her friendship with Jax, the relationship with Zander especially since often they talk about Sonny. There is a lot of Sonny & Alexis together, and I really seriously debated not including the PR scenes but just couldn't leave out a section of Sonny's story line as then the collection would not be complete.
The first hour or so contains the final scenes between S&C as they decide to divorce and Sonny signs the papers. Then Sonny heads to PR, and Carly is off making arrangements for her club and many of her scenes are with Jax. So for the next couple of hours they don't interact at all. Then Sonny & Alexis return from PR, and Courtney arrives and that is the majority of Sonny's storyline on this edit, his interaction with Janine, Mike, Courtney around her arrival. This edit also includes Christmas (there is a sweet moment as S&C celebrate Christmas morning with Michael), New year's eve, Roscoe attacking Zander, Janine arrested and released, and Sonny worried over AJ hitting on Courtney. This edit contains Ric kidnapping Carly on Jason & Courtney's wedding day and kepping her prisoner in the Panic Room, Michael is in shock having seen the kidnapping, Jason plants bugs at Ric's and listens in, the Feds coerce Sonny into pretending Faith is his girlfriend (so she can spy on Alcazar) while they help search for Carly, Liz finds Carly but collapses with a pulmonary embolism, when she remembers finding Carly she calls the police. Ric considers killing Elizabeth but can't do it and returns to the panic room to free Carly, Carly calls Sonny but by the time Sonny & Jason arrive Alcazar has taken Carly captive. Alcazar later allows Carly to call Sonny, and then allows Sonny to visit Carly and they are reunited! This edit includes the remainder of Carly’s captivity with Alcazar, including Carly’s date with Sonny when Alcazar allows him to visit her. Ric offers to help Sonny find Carly, the guys head to Columbia. Carly goes into pre-mature labor and Alcazar takes her to a clinic, she calls Courtney. Courntey heads to Columbia and Alcazar takes her hostage just as Carly is rescued, Ric being shot and nearly dying in the attempt. Courtney jumps overboard to escape, and later suffers a miscarriage, and gets hooked on painkillers. Liz is hit by a car. Courtney begins to suspect she may have been the person to hit Liz while she was high on painkillers. Carly gets rid of Courtney’s car by sending it over a cliff, her coat gets stuck in the door and she almost goes over with it. Alcazar comes along and provides an assist. The tape ends just as Alcazar puts his next plan in action, to have a woman who looks like Lily have plastic surgery to turn her into a Lily look-alike. This edit begins just after Carly has woken up from the coma. She is confused, and unable to connect emotionally with the people she loves. She leaves the hospital and goes to Lorenzo. She finds Marcella there (the Lily lookalike) and realizes that Alcazar was behind Sonny's vision's of Lily. She returns to Sonny, intent on repairing her marriage. They take off to the island and reconnect but Carly continues to have flashes of Lorenzo in her head. She tells Sonny about the coma dreams and doesn't deny it when Sonny asks her if she still has feelings for Alcazar. Sonny decides to kill Lorenzo, Carly warns Lorenzo, he calls the police, when Sonny pulls the gun on Lorenzo, the police jump out, Sonny stops Sam and kidnaps her at gunpoint. Sonny is hospitalized after Brian shoots him during the arrest. Carly drugs Sonny and takes him to France to escape prosecution. He decides to return to PC to face the charges and is found not guilty. Carly's love for her family returns, Alcazar walks in on her and Sonny during an intimate moment. Sonny & Carly have Morgan's christening. At the casino opening, Alcazar stages a robbery and steals a kiss from Carly. Michael’s injuries bring his parents closer together and Sonny makes a deal with God to save his son’s life. At the same time that Carly is moving back into the penthouse, Sam discover’s she is pregnant. She then considers having an abortion but instead goes to a convent in Costa Rica to give the baby up for adoption. Jax, Sonny, and Jason all follow her there. While they are gone, Carly finds out about Sam’s pregnancy. Jax and Sonny both want to raise the baby if they are the father and a paternity test is held. This edit continues with Sonny and Carly at their island resort. She had the mattress removed and burned! Courtney's fundraiser for her foundation, Sam changes her mind about marrying Jason during their wedding ceremony, Sonny is shot at the convent, Carly is notified that Sonny might die and she arrives in Costa Rica and begs Sonny not to die on her. Sonny and Carly return to PC, Sonny recovers, when Nico grabs Sam at gunpoint Carly arrives and drop kicks him saving Sam! Sam is later arrested for arson and the murder of her mother under a different identity, Robin's return and Lila's memorial (I included the entire memorial service and montages as Sonny & Carly were in attendance). Faith overhears that Sonny is the father of Sam's baby and later tells Carly. Carly is devastated, Sonny tells her he loves her and they do finally reunite. The edit ends just after Sam's trial. This edit contains the arrival of Stephen Webber and John Durant, Carly’s father. Carly’s knowledge of Kristina’s paternity and her role in keeping the information from Sonny prompts her to begin asking Bobbie about her own father. She takes Bobbie’s diary, and finds initials that she believes are her fathers “JD”. She then finds a ledger at Kelly’s that contains info about Bobbie’s clients. Carly hires Coleman to help her locate her father and heads to NY and meets Durant. He is suspicious of her interest in him and orders a DNA test and finds she is related to him, they both later learn that he is her father. This is my original edit from my original episodes. Faith first kidnaps Kristina, then has Michael and Morgan kidnapped. Jason and Sam head to Louisiana to follow clues leading them to Faith's hideout. Sonny finds Faith, she is shot. Kristina and Morgan are found and reunited with their parents. Lorenzo tells Carly that Faith told him she killed Michael. Faith is assassinated at the courthouse before she can tell that Michael is alive (she was hired by AJ). Jason finds a picture of what looks like Michael's dead body. This edit begins with the reception after the funeral. Michael shown alive with AJ after a plane crash, AJ convinces Michael that his parents don't love or want him, the Corinthos family grieves for their son, dedication to a playground in Michael's memory, the Sandoval hit, Maria witnesses Jason involved, Lorenzo asks her to keep quiet but Durant uses Diego to pressure her into incriminating Jason in the Sandoval hit. Reese finds out and destroys the tape of Maria's statement. Jason searches the picture of showing Michael's body and Jason realizes that Michael is alive. Alexis serves Sonny with custody papers for Kristina. Great scene between Carly & Reese as Reese tells Carly about her son. Sonny watches as Reese's car explodes in front of him. Reese sustains a concussion and is later released from the hospital. Courtney (who has been accused of killing AJ) hears his voice when he calls Rachel and realizes he is alive.
Tamara's last scene as Carly is walking in on Sonny and Reese in an intimate situation. At the end of this edit I included the first five minutes of Jennifer's scenes as Carly. I included all of Sonny's scenes and all of Carly's scenes during this time frame, so all of Sonny & Reese's scenes together are included but not all of Reese's separate scenes when she wasn't with Sonny. Sonny & Carly #35 April 18 - June 8, 2005: 8 hr original edit
This edit begins with Jennifer’s first scene as Carly. Carly walks in and finds Sonny in bed with Reese. They realize that AJ has faked his death and he is behind Michael’s kidnapping. AJ returns to Port Charles and hides out at the Quartermaine house with Alan’s help. But Michael takes off to the park, and Carly sees him there. He wants nothing to do with her (due to AJ’s brainwashing) and runs away. Sonny and Carly head to the Q’s, Jason and AJ wrestle at the top of the stars and fall through the railing crashing to the floor below. Michael runs out and Sonny and Carly finally reunite with their son though he wants nothing to do with either one of them. He is taken to GH and Reese tries talking to him but Michael is unresponsive to the point of being catatonic.
AJ is also taken to the hospital, and Carly is seen standing over his bed with a pillow, shortly afterwards AJ is found dead! Steven reports that AJ was murdered and the suspicion soon falls on Carly. Jason gets her out of the mansion just as the police show up to arrest her. When Michael is hospitalized again, Carly sneaks into GH to be with him. When the police show up and arrest her, Michael shows his first sign of responding as he cries out for his mother and runs to embrace her. Michael tells Jason that he remembers seeing his mother kill AJ, the later he has flashbacks that it was really Michael who killed AJ.
Sonny confesses to the murder to protect Michael, and Ric insists on bringing it to trial (as he figures out the truth and doesn’t want Sonny imprisoned for a murder he didn’t commit). Sonny is acquitted due to Ric’s help. Carly first tries to bribe Sam to leave town, and then they get in a brawl as Sam decks Carly. Sonny and Carly make out and get passionate as he tries to prove she does still have feelings for him. Carly tries to break up Courtney and Jax’s wedding. Sonny is having an affair with Reese, though Reese also sleeps with Ric. At the end of the edit, Carly agrees to marry Lorenzo, and then Michael and Jason walk in on them in bed together. Sonny & Alexis #1 January, 1999 -April 20, 2001: 8 hour original edit
Since I have already edited Sonny’s entire storyline on the Sonny #1-3 (Dec, 1998-Septl 1999) and on the Sonny & Carly #1-35, I chose not to include every Sonny and every Alexis scene on the Sexis #1. Most of their scenes are with other people and they only have a scene every so often. So this edit primarily contains Sonny & Alexis scenes when they are together. I do recommend that you read the descriptions for the Sonny edits and the S&C edits so you can get the background on what is going on. Often Alexis shows up about once a month to help Sonny during his most recent arrest or other police harassment. Again for Sonny’s complete storyline with every Sonny scene I do have that done on a separate series of Sonny & Carly edits which also includes all of his scenes with Alexis.
Alexis is hysterically funny when Sonny first sits down at her table and they first meet. He talks her into helping Jason with the custody battle, which she only agrees to do because she got Tony Jones off from the kidnapping Michael charge (and she only did that because Helena blackmailed her). She would never have gotten involved with Sonny/Jason if not for her guilt over getting Tony off...so she took on the custody case to try to make it up to Michael/Jason/Carly. Sonny keeps getting arrested and they keep calling her and she DOES not want to get involved with him but can't help herself at times when the police are harassing him...it just annoys her...and her and Dara are at odds as Dara is ticked Alexis did get Tony off so when Dara hassles Sonny, it gets Alexis involved. This is edited to Sonny & Alexis scenes and there are times when they only have one a month or less during 1999 and the first half of 2000.
Sonny meets Hannah in March of 1999 and from then on most of his scenes are with her. Alexis of course by this time is married to Jax and involved in the fab four storyline. I do have four tapes of all of the Mixed Married storyline and those tapes include all of Alexis' scenes from April, 1999 - spring, 2000. In the fall of 2000, Alexis is engaged and planning her wedding to Ned. It is during this time frame that her relationship with Sonny began to take on a more personal nature as she turned to Sonny for advice, for help in coping with her anxiety over her impending marriage. This is when he begins to remind her to breathe. Sonny encourages Carly to befriend Alexis. I choose to include the shower Carly threw for Alexis, and the Bachelorette party (one brief scene when the stripper shows up), and of course Alexis running out on her wedding. This shows the conflict Alexis is going through about her second thoughts of marrying Ned, which is why she turns to Sonny. So there is more of Alexis’ storyline during this time frame, her budding friendship with Carly. I also included some scenes of Alexis becoming Eddie’s Angel as this greatly added to her anxiety and Sonny is pretty funny as he teases her about it.
In the spring of 2000, Alexis and Ned are broken up and Sarah is about to depart from the show. Sonny & Alexis become more involved in Zander's case and keeping him safe so he can testify to put Sorel away. Zander is continually careless and puts not only himself but Em in danger so Sonny has Jason kidnap Zander. He is brought back just in time to testify, Sorel is found. Alexis realizes that Sonny was behind the kidnapping and the tape ends just after she has told him off and walked out on him.  Click here to read the full edit description.

Sonny & Alexis #2 April 20 - December 19, 2001: 8 hour original edit
On this edit, Sonny and Carly have split up after she set him up with the FBI, Sonny is stabbed (though I skipped the cabin scenes), Alexis & Carly are held hostage by Sorel, Zander tries to save them and is shot, Sonny enters wearing the bomb and blows up the penthouse, Sorel's murder, Alexis reunited with Kristina, Sonny signs the papers to divorce Carly and to adopt Michael, Alexis has a fantasy about kissing Sonny, and Sonny & Alexis travel to Puerto Rico together.
I continued to edit to Sonny & Alexis together so I didn't include all of the Sonny/Carly and Sonny/Angel scenes as I have already edited this time frame on the Sonny & Carly edits which as mentioned contain all of Sonny's scenes. This edit is a continuation of the Sonny & Alexis storyline in a more condensed version to see how the relationship between Sonny & Alexis has developed. I did not include all of Alexis in the End Game storyline as that was very separate from Sonny. I did not include all of the Sorel Murder mystery as that is fairly complete on the Sonny/Carly edits - think the S&C #11. When they returned from PR, from that point on Alexis becomes very central to Sonny's storyline. So from about 7 hours into this edit from the time they return home, I decided to then include all of Sonny's scenes and all of Alexis's scenes. Click here to read the full edit description.

The amazing thing is he worked almost EVERY episode! This edit picks up with the aftermath of Carly finding Sonny & Alexis in bed together. It includes Carly’s “death”, her return from the dead at her funeral, Carly’s reunion with Sonny, Alexis finds out she is pregnant and gives Sonny notice that she is moving out, Ned figures out that Alexis is pregnant, Alexis finds out Ned knows while they are stranded at the cottage - Sonny sees them together in an intimate moment, and Carly snoops and finds out Alexis is pregnant. I included every Alexis scene during this time frame. I included most of Sonny’s scenes but towards the end of the edit I did not include every Sonny & Carly scene. I tried to put in key scenes to show the storyline like Jason finding out that Carly stayed away on purpose to let everyone (especially Sonny worry and to punish him for sleeping with Alexis) and Carly finding out she might not be able to have a baby. Sonny & Alexis #6 June 26, 2002 – March 5, 2004: 8 hour original edit
This was a challenging edit to do as far as deciding which scenes to include. I included most of Alexis' scenes up into middle of August , 2002 or so through Krisinta's funeral as most of her storyline involved Sonny, Carly, and her pregnancy.
This edit includes all of the Sonny & Alexis scenes together during this time frame. I also included most of Alexis’ scenes around the pregnancy, Carly finding out that Sonny is the baby’s father, up through Kristina’s death.  I did not include much of Sonny's separate storyline as I have already edited that on the Sonny & Carly series and his storyline away from Alexis was more involved with Carly, Jason, Alcazar, then Brenda's return, his affair with Sam, ect and not really about his relationship with Alexis. I did not include the New Year’s Eve black and white episode as Sonny & Alexis did not have any scenes together. So anyone who would like this episode, I can do this on a separate dvd.
It begins as Carly listens in on Alexis' appointment with her Ob Gyn and she figures out that Alexis is pregnant with Sonny's baby. There are a lot of confrontations between Alexis and Carly over the pregnancy. Jason also discovers Alexis is pregnant and tells Sonny. Sonny confronts Alexis but Ned walks in and declares he is the baby's father. Alexis is torn over telling Sonny the truth, and tries to write him a letter. Kristina finds one of the discarded attempts in the fireplace and reads it discovering the truth. Kristina goes looking for Sonny, has a confrontation with Carly, and winds up at Sonny's warehouse and is caught in the explosion Alcazar has set there. Kristina is rescued and taken to GH for emergency surgery. She dies from her injuries. I included the aftermath of her death, Alexis planning the funeral and Alexis going off at everyone at the service. It is a little over four hours to this time frame.
At this point, the Sonny and Alexis storylines really take separate paths as Alexis in her grief cuts him out of her life and so I began editing more to the interactions directly between Sonny & Alexis. I included the Amazing Grace montage, Alexis learning of Sonny's death, and later finding out he is alive and had faked it. Alexis runs against Scott for DA, and he publicly reveals that Alexis slept with Sonny. Carly tells Sonny that he is the father, however Ned rigs the DNA test to say that Ned is Kristina's father. Alexis gives birth to a premature Kristina. Just after this is the montage of Alcazar's murder (we later find out that Alexis killed him and it wraps up Kristina's death). I also included Alexis holding her baby for the first time, and the Christmas montage. I also included the Fan Fantasy episode scenes between Sonny & Alexis and the elevator scene when Alexis confesses to Carly that Kristina really is Sonny's daughter. Sonny & Carly (Laura) Returns #1 November 1, 2005 - September 5, 2005 (includes Pre-quel dvd): 12 hour original edit on 3 dvds
S&C Prequel Dvd November 1 - December 6, 2005: 4 hours
S&C don’t have their first scene together till about 2 1/2 hours into the Prequel dvd. I feel that dvd is important to developing Laura’s character as sets up for her return, as everyone is talking about her, including Sonny. I include this additional bonus dvd that has all of her scenes including Jason, Alcazar, Durant, Courtney, Jax and all of Sonny’s scenes for the Nov. I enjoyed the Train Wreck and felt a dvd with that storyline edited to Sonny’s scenes and Carly’s scenes was a good way to start her return as establishes her character and her interactions with multiple PCers. I included all of the flashback scenes that Sonny and/or Carly has, and the Jason & Carly flashback.
The Prequel dvd kicks off with Manny stalking Carly at Rose Lawn. She escapes and takes a train, which Manny winds up setting off the train collision, then the tunnel collapses, trapping Sonny and the others. Laura is first seen as Carly on Nov 4th. I added her scenes when only her hand is seen and Sonny, Jason or Alcazar are talking about her. Carly gets into a shootout with Manny, he plants explosives and the cave explodes as Jason & Carly are caught in the collapse, finally Jason & Carly exit the tunnel on the conclusion of this storyline. Lorenzo agrees to sign his ELQ shares over to Carly, who then proceeds to double cross Luke. Carly tells the Q’s that Alcazar has given her his 30% share in the company. Carly is interested in the land the Metro Court is on, land the Q’s own. Jax doesn't want to sell the hotel, though. Luke tells Carly he will help her get the hotel if she cuts him into the deal. She agrees.

Sonny & Carly Return #1 December 7, 2005 - September 11, 2006: primarily edited to S&C together with a few additional scenes as needed to support their storyline, I do include Carly & Emily confrontations as always about Sonny. On this edit, Carly kisses Sonny, perhaps to give him something to compare to Emily’s kisses? Jason’s surgery, Carly & Sonny save the day when they stop Manny who sneaks into the operating room during Jason's surgery, Christmas at GH and Carly is released to be able to join them, Carly buys a house and begins running the Metro Court Hotel and gets her life back! Michael sneaks out of the house, falls through the ice trying to retrieve his ball and Emily rescues him.
Carly is against Sonny’s budding relationship with Emily as she knows it will tear him and Jason apart. She also doesn’t believe Emily can deal with Sonny’s life and eventually she will get hurt either by the violence of his life or when he goes through a tough time with his Bipolar (awesome scenes between S&C in the summer!). She calls it and is exactly what winds up happening later on. In order to help Sonny as he is trying to distance himself from Emily, Carly grabs Sonny and kisses him just as Emily enters. Not much of Virus storyline as Sonny in the hospital as Carly off adventuring with Jason to save the day (sadly not included on this edit - but is on the Carly Returns series), Courtney dies, and S&C say their goodbyes to her together.
Loved the breakdown scenes in July as Jason asks Carly to care for Sonny (Manny has kidnapped Sam and he has to save her). Emily is sent off to the island, and it is solid S&C time! He breaks up with Emily in early August, and then he finally takes his meds and begins to recover by September.
Please note, I have all of Sonny’s scenes from mid Nov, 2005 - July, 2006 on the Sonny & Emily series and did not include their storyline here. I have all of Carly’s scenes included on the Carly Returns edits for 2005-2006. Highly recommend the CR #2A which contains Carly & Jason’s Markham Island Adventure during the Virus storyline, establishes Carly as a bad ass! LOL. This edit is more to their scenes together to follow their relationship while he is with Emily and she is dating Patrick, then Jax (those scenes are not included on this edit).

Sonny & Carly (Laura) Returns #2 September 5, 2005 - February 2, 2007: 8 hour original edit
As Carly & Jax get more romantically involved, her family schemes against this pairing. Michael calls Sonny to report when he sees Jax & Carly kissing and Sonny immediately heads over to interrupt. He entices Max to disable Jax’s car when Jax & Carly have plans that night, and Sonny shows up at her hotel room instead. When Jax arrives and they begin their intimate evening, Max shows up at her door to tell her that her home is flooding. Carly and the boys go to stay at Sonny’s during the repairs. Jax & Carly say I love yous and get engaged. Sonny is so jealous!
Carly also kisses Sonny several times during this time frame. Sonny’s next plan involves taking Molly & Kristina to his house and asking Carly and the boys to move in to help (Alexis is in the hospital with lung cancer). Carly generously gives Luke & Laura her planned out wedding and plan for their wedding to be on New Year’s Eve. Jax winds up taking off to rescue Jerry and is off the show for several weeks. During this time, Carly witnesses Sonny shooting Alcazar (in self defense of course), and S&C have to marry so she isn’t compelled to testify against him. Sonny finally admits that he loves Carly and wants her.

Sonny & Carly (Laura) Returns #3 February 2 - July 5, 2007: 8 hour original edit
I continued to include Sonny & Carly’s scenes together. Jax is off screen for awhile and S&C are held hostage by Mr. Craig (Jerry) at the Metro Court. Carly is thrilled when she notices Jason’s vivid blue eyes staring back at her under his mask after infiltrating Craig’s crew. When the hotel explodes, they are buried in the rubble. Sonny is relieved when Carly comes to. They go back to his house, he tenderly washes her hair, and they make love. Sadly she later tells him that they can’t be together and her and the boys have to move back to her place. As Sonny prepares to go to Carly’s wedding to Jax, he confesses to Luke that she is the love of his life. Email for updates in this series at CurLyQgrL@aol.com.

Sonny & Carly (Laura) Returns #4 July 5, 2007 - August 5, 2008: 8 hour original edit
This edit is mostly scenes between Sonny & Carly. I did not include all of Sonny’s separate storyline with Kate (on a separate Kate series), nor all of Carly’s scenes with Jax (also on a separate series). This edit is more condensed to Sonny & Carly’s scenes together. In order to be able to follow their storyline, often there are additional scenes between Carly & Jason, or Sonny & Jason, or Sonny & Jax that fill in the gaps or do a recap to fill the viewer in on the bigger storyline. Jason is often the person who reaches out to Carly when she is in danger due to Sonny’s business. I did include a few Jason & Carly or Sonny & Jason scenes to fill in some gaps. I do include the few Jax & Sonny scenes when they argue (usually about Carly).

The Zaccaras have come to town, putting Carly and the boys in danger. Jason warns Carly that Zacchara is known for executing the family of his enemies. The boys are moved to Sonny’s for security, but Carly refuses to go as she trusts Jax to protect her. Soon they find Leticia has been murdered and found at Carly’s. Carly spends the evening with Sonny as they sit in front of the fire and grieving over her death (start of text message killer storyline). When both S&C are at the Black & White Ball that results in Emily’s death, I added a bit more scenes in order to make some sense of the storyline, though the best way to view this full storyline is on the B&W edited dvds that contain the whole storyline.

The connection between S&C is so obvious when he passes out after donating blood to Ric (they are all trapped at Wyndemere and two killers are on the loose). Kate is unable to rouse an unconscious Sonny. Carly comes in and kneels down next to him and he comes around to her voice. I added a few scenes finding Nik grieving over Emily’s body, the confrontation between Anthony & Sonny when he shoots Sonny, Carly being strangled an Johnny saving her, and the conclusion between Anthony & Jason to give some closure to this storyline.

S&C spend Christmas Eve together, Kate has left him with a dear John letter and Carly stays home sick. When Sonny stops by with gifts for the boys, she invites him to stay. I also included Sonny finding Kate & Jax wearing bathrobes together, then later Carly comes home and finds them together still wearing the bathrobes. Carly tells Jax that she is pregnant, and she soon meets Claudia. Michael is carrying a gun and tries to throw it away down on the docks, but it goes off and Kate is shot. The scared boy goes on the run, and Carly is terrified that the Zacharas have kidnapped him. Jason figures out that Michael accidentally shot Kate, and he eventually calls Calry. He thinks he killed Kate and that his dad will never forgive him.

Carly learns she is pregnant. All too soon, there is an explosion on the docks, and Ric finds Carly floating unconscious in the water and saves her life. She flat lines at the hospital but soon comes too, oddly while she is out, she relieves the night she met Jason and they played pool. She is shocked to wake up and learn that Ric saved her life. Claudia comes in threatening, and Carly begins cramping and loses the baby.

Sonny has Michael join him during a coffee delivery to show Michael a focus on the legitimate side of his business. The Zacharas have ordered a hit and Michael is shot and goes into a coma. Sonny & Carly anxiously wait for news as their son goes into surgery. Patrick tells him that Michael is in a coma and they do not expect him to ever wake up. Sonny & Carly travel with Michael as he is eventually moved into a long term care facility. On their way home, they have sex in the limo as they reach out to comfort each other in their grief.

Sonny asks Jason to take over his business so Sonny can have a life without putting those he loves in danger. Jason agrees only if Sonny will sign away his rights as a father and step out of Michael’s life. Sonny agrees, signs the papers. He is soon regretting the decision after the shooter is dead and no longer a threat. Diane discourages him, telling him that it is legally binding and the best thing for everyone. Soon Carly goes to Jason needing to take a pregnancy test. She tells him that she told Sonny that if she was pregnant that the baby was Jason’s! She learns she is not pregnant and tells Sonny she isn’t. She asks Spinelli to dig up dirt on Kate, and he finds an incriminating paparazzi picture of Jax & Kate, she is livid and demands Sonny get Kate in line.

Sonny & Carly (Laura) Returns #5 August 6, 2008 - June 4, 2009: 8 hour original edit
This edit begins a bit before Sonny & Kate’s wedding, Clarice tells Kate about Sonny & Carly having limo sex the day they took Michael to the rehab place when he was in a coma. Kate tells Jax, and then confronts Sonny as Jax is confronting Carly. Carly meets Olivia and loves hearing her and Kate squabble at the wedding which is still on. The ceremony is interrupted as chaos ensues after Kate is shot. Carly rescues Sonny when he is tied up, stabbed and tossed into the river. He spends the next few days at her house and when he goes out and kills Karpov, Carly turns up as his alibi. Jax sees them together and serves Carly with divorce papers. Kate sends Sonny on his way, even though he swears he didn’t sleep with Carly again.

Sonny is targeted by the Russian mob in retaliation for killing Karpov. They beat up Mike and put him in the hospital, and start a fire at Kelly’s. Then then burn down the coffee shop, putting Olivia in the hospital. Sonny makes a deal to marry Claudia and unite with the power of the Zacchara’s to protect the people he loves. A grieving Carly, calls Sonny and asks him to come over as she can’t do Christmas alone. S&C spend Christmas together with Morgan. Sonny and Carly are trapped in the GH boardroom when the Biotoxin is released and GH is under quarantine. After Anthony tries to kill Claudia, she tells Sonny about Anthony’s plan to manipulate Sonny into killing Jason.

Carly & Sonny pursue a risky surgery to bring Michael back to them. It is successful but he wakes up very angry at Carly for some reason. Both Jax and Jason know that Claudia hired Jerry to take out Sonny and he shot Michael by mistake, but they don’t want to tell Carly who is dealing with a high risk pregnancy. This edit is mostly Sonny & Carly scenes together, with a few additional Sonny & Kate, Carly & Jax, Sonny with Jason and Carly with Jason, and later Sonny & Claudia as needed to tell the storyline. I included a few additional scenes during the Biotoxin storyline so it would make sense and not be too highly edited but mostly this edit is focused on S&C scenes. There is a bit more of Carly’s separate scenes and Sonny’s separate scenes as Michael has his surgery and during his recovery as he re-enters their storyline.

Soapnet 12 episode Marathon. But their relationship takes a turn for the worse when the mafia boss learns that the man he’s considering entrusting his empire to is really an undercover cop. Sonny gets his revenge for the betrayal by shooting Dominic, but he’s in for the shock of his life, he's actually just shot his son, Dante Falconeri. Maurice Movies/TV Appearances

The Maurice interviews in particular are rare. Most of the clips/interviews are from original tapes or second generation (copy of an original). The stuff from 1996-97 is usually good quality. Some of the older stuff from 93 on #1 is grainy, like the Pure Soap clips but great content!  The newer items in the last few years are usually original dvd clips and the best quality, my originals began in 1996 so the best quality of clips when I began saving items is usually from 1996 through current time, so quality before that really varies. Most of these clips were done on older vhs tapes that I transfered to dvd so quality is so-so on some of this.

SSW Dvd #1 Orlando 2001: GH & PC Actors 2 hrs 31 minutes
Talk Show - Linda Dano hosts. Guests Maurice, Tamara, Coltin, Marisa, Jackie  (each introduction is proceeded by clips of the actors on GH). This is from the 9:00 Sunday am show. But I thought this would be a good way to start off the tape as this event was a lot of fun and a big crowd pleaser. Linda starts off by saying how grateful they are that we got in our cars, planes, trains to be there. That they think of us as family as we are! Maurice is announced and the crowd goes wild. Someone screams out, "We Love you!", he responds, "I Love You too!". Linda confesses that he is her favorite actor. Linda brings him down to the edge of the stage so I got truly gorgeous shots of him on video. Tamra talked about how that little boy quality about Maurice gets all women and how he is a geniune person.
Maurice said that when he first came on with Sonny being a bad guy he knew he had to bring some suffering, soulfulness to the role so he could stay on the show. (side note I recently read an article stating that Tony Geary came up with the idea of Bill Eckert being the  owner of a sleazy night club in 1993 - TPTB liked the idea and created the role of Sonny). Linda invites a couple of fans to touch Maurices arms, and his stomach, the crowd goes nuts. Jackie is brought out, Linda congratulates her on celebrating her 25th year. Linda asks Bobbie to demonstrate some moves from her exercise video, "Walk Away the Pounds". Then LInda introduces Coltin and Marisa. Coltin teases her that she had told him backstage that he was her favorite. After Linda interviews each actor, she then brings them down to the edge of the stage and they are each asked a question by the audience. Then the actors go back stage and one lucky fan is selected from the audience to do a scene with one of the actors. Its an older woman named Freddy. She does a scene with Coltin and is ALL over him, it is hysterically funny as she changes the lines, and Coltin is laughing and cracking up! At the end, clips of the following weeks shows for GH are shown.
Celebrity Motorcade/Q&A with Walt Wiley - Maurice, Tamara, Coltin, Marisa, Jackie Sat afternoon. There is a lot of good natured teasing between the actors. They all seemed pretty happy which was nice to see, moral seemed good. Walt asked each of them questions, then they were asked questions submitted by the fans (This event was about 26 minutes, total tape to this point is 1 hr 13 minutes).
Talk Show - this was the 3:45 show on Saturday, hosted by Linda Dano. Guests: Wally, Ingo, John Ingle, Brian Presley (Jack, PC) and Kelly Monaco (Livie, PC)  (each introduction is proceeded by clips of the actors on GH). Ingo is the first out, Linda sits on his lap and flirts. Next out is Wally, then John Ingle. They are so funny! Wally & Ingo are pretty funny together. Wally is celebrating 10 years on GH and talks about how much of himself he brings to the role of Ned. Linda begs Ingo to admit that he is just like Jax, as that is what she and the fans want to hear. John Ingle's clips is of him singing at the Nurse's Ball. Linda asks Wally to sing a sample for the audience. He picks a girl out of the audience and sings to her. He puts his arm around her shoulder, and kisses her on the neck!
Next Kelly & Brian come out, he carries her onto the stage, lays her down and kisses her!  After Linda's interview, the actors come down and are seated at the edge of the stage and take questions from the audience. In a cute moment, Erin Hershey asks a question from the audience - commenting on what a great voice he has and if he will be singing during SSW. He says no and so she asks him to sing for the audience. He comes down and picks another lucky lady out of the audience and sings a country song, he too has a great voice! He does a little two step dance with her as he holds her in his arms and sings. Then a fan asks John and Wally to sing the Thanksgiving song that the Q's always sing. After the Q&A, a fan is selected to act out a scene with Brian. He is so funny as he takes the woman in his arms, and holds her, gently brushing her hair off of her face. She has a hard time getting her lines out, and as she stumbes, he leans down and kisses her neck, then nuzzles her on the other side. She is pretty gone by this time! At the end, clips of the following weeks shows for both PC and GH are shown.

Funny moment when Wally teases Ingo that he didn't know that GH takes place in Port Charles. Ingo says something sarcastic about vampires on PC, Walt zings back about the whole Stavros being frozen and defrosted! Good comeback!

Official GH Fan Club Luncheon 2003: 2 hrs 5 mins
As always I started off the edit with shots of the exterior of the hotel, and also added some street shots, and some of the nearby restaurants. I included the soap boutique so you guys could see the items available there. I was able to get a really nice interview with Natalia at Chad's event. Pat Griffin was very kind, I volunteered to tape the event as a benefit for Cystic Fibrosis and she arranged a little pre-event interivew with Natalia and Chad that I could add to the GH Luncheon tape...so these two are about 10 minutes.
I was again asked to do some coverage in the press room (bless you Debbie Morris for giving me this opportunity). Again, I'm NOT a professional videographer just a goober fan with a video camera. In the press room I interview Scott (Dillon), this is a nice 5 minute interivew (most of the rest are shorter). Then Dylan (Michael), Lindsay (Georgie), Scott Egan (Johnny), Loreli (Penny, not sure if I'm spelling her name correctly - sorry!), Greg Vaughn, Robyn Richards, Stuart & leslie, Nancy Lee, Ted King. Several of the actors are signing autographs. Tamara is signing a bat (not sure if its her bats or Jason's!). There are also photo opportunities for the photographers with Tamara, Ted, Nancy Lee, Steve, Alicia,
     Then its on to the main event and the actors are introduced and enter the ballroom amid HUGE screams from the fans. Then in a truly surprising, thrilling, shocking moment which Debbie Morris kept tightly under wraps...she goes up to the podium and says something about the PCPD needing some help catching criminals so they called in the WSB and in stroll in Tristan Rogers and John Reilly dressed in black (they joked its Men In Black 3). They received a standing ovation and thunderous applause and were obviously touched with the receptionand that fans remembered and still loved them all these years later. It was the HIT of the weekend! They spoke for a few minutes, I could have listened to them for hours! Wouldn't it be fun if they did an individual event!
Everyone posed on stage for a cast photo, then I have shots of poses with Tristan & John Reily together, and with Maurice, and I think Steve was also in the group. I didn't take pictures, just video of them posing for pictures.  I also have interviews during the luncheon with Wally, John J. York, Robin Chrisopher (with her award, both her and Nancy said this was better than the Emmy), Denise Alexander, Cynthia Preston and George (her web master) with their respective awards. I also interview Cari Shayne in the press  room of the PC dinner and will add that to this tape as well as it was nice to see her. I have shots of several of the actors with fans like Maurice, Nancy, Tamara, Scott Egan, Alicia, Chad, Greg, Steve, Rick, Ted, Natalia, Stuart & Leslie, Andrea, and others.

This event starts off with some Friday morning poolside shots with fans and their soap boutique purchases. Interview with Vicky of Journey Online. The edit continues with Saturday morning footage before the luncheon with shots of fans as they are lined up waiting to check in, I love all of the fans creative shirts and buttons. Then I showed all of the goodies on the various fan club tables, tons of pictures, and raffle items shown from the main GH fan club tables, Kurth & Taylor's new preview CD, Vanessa's table, Tyler's, interview with his fan club president Shari Evans, Lisa of JJY Online and his table, Sheri McCutheon who does Stephen Nichol's official site and his table, Leslie's Charleson's table and an interview about their online action (:24 mins to this time).
Next is the press room footage, the actors arrive in the press room, pose for pictures, interview with various magazines, web sites, before being brought out to the ballroom. Cyndi and Tamara picked up the girls and took them up with them to the podium. Greg talks a bit about the Gabriel Project which brings sick children to the US for medical treatment. First I have some interviews with fan club staff:  Betty and Cathy, web masters for Maurice's official web site (addy listed below),  Jeanna Davis (M'fundo's new fan club president), Debby O'Connor (Blake, Greg, Rick, Cynthia, and Ted's), Lisa (JJY Online), Ginny (Becky's), Kurth & Taylor (Tim), Kelly's, Alicia's (her mom), followed by shots of additional fan club tables and shots of the fans as they line up for the main event.
     The press room coverage begins at :28.  Soapnet solicited fan questions and interviewed the actors in the press room. I have shots of Kat (from "Chat with Kat" fame) and her camera woman, Lavonia. I have interviews with the fans who won the press room pass, Constance, Alicia, Paulo (an aspiring actor who appeared on Oprah's Wildest Dreams and won role on GH), MaryAnn (a fan from the year before who won a guest appearence on GH), Lindze, Rick, Adrianne, Katia, Jennifer, and Kelly. Also included are shots of the actors posing for photographs with the photographers and some of the behind the scenes footage before the actors come out to the luncheon.
The luncheon begins at :50 with John J. Leslie is asked about who Monica's next conquest will be and fans suggest  "Corbin" (he appears to love the idea), and "Coleman" (this brings about great laughter at the thought). Cynthia is asked abou the possibility of Faith rising from the dead, who has the messiest dressing room (Steve), Maurice is asked about balancing the heavy load he carries at GH, Kelly is asked about balancing doing "Dancing with the Stars" and GH. Then Maurice pays tributed to Carol Scott, a GH producer who has passed away from cancer. The autograph session begins at 1:28. I have some additional interviews with Mikhail (the winner of "I Wanna Be a Soap Star" season one), Greg Vaughn (and he ribs Mikhail about a really hot poster he has brought), Larry, and John York. Really cute moment as I interview an adorable little girl "Bianca" who is wearing a t-shirt with a picture of her and Steve together from SSW and she tells about meeting him. I happened to be taping Maurice's table as she goes up to him, and he kisses her on the cheek not once but twice!
6/05 Fun in the Sun Anaheim (included on the GH Luncheon edit) - :50 mins - attended by Scott Clifton, Jennifer Bransford, Kirsten Storms, Rick Hearst, Alicia Lee Willis, Michael (AMC). This is not the traditional Q&A but contests and autograph sessions  where fans have the opportunity to interact with fans. Alicia and Jennifer participate in a cup stacking contest, each actor is teamed with a fan. This is followed by a wagon racing contest between Scott and Michael B., then Rick and Alicia and Scott signing autographs. The best event was a Match Game where actors are asked questions and their fan partner later comes out and tries to match their answer to what the actor said in a newlywed game format. A sample of questions are: Which character are you most like between Donald, Goofy and Mickey? Of your co'stars on stage who is most suited for Dance Party U.S. A? What is a perfect date between dinner & movie, sunset stroll, or hot dog & concert. Next is a fan singing competition judged by Kirsten, Jennifer and Michael (missed first contestant).

GH Fan Club Luncheon 2006: 1 hr 47 mins
In the press room I interviewed (about 22 minutes): John Ingle, Stuart Damon, Lindze Leatherman, Julie Berman, Scott Clifton, John J. York, Constance Towers, Jason Thompson, Ted King,  Laura Wright, Ignaciao, Steve Burton, Kimberly, and Rebecca Herbst. Back in the main ballroom the actors are introduced: John Ingle does the introductions, Adrian Alvarez, Denise Alexander, Julie Berman, Maurice, Steve, Dylan Cash, Dirk & Drew Cheetwood, Tyler Christopher, Scott, Stuart, Sonya, Rick Hearst, Kent Masters King, Becky, Ted, Lindze, Natalia, Kimberly, Ignacio, Jason, Connie, Greg Vaughn, Bergen, Laura, and John J.
John York goes out with a roving mic to the fans for the Q&A portion of the event with questions fielded to the following actors:  Steve, Kimb, Maurice, Stuart, Jason, Julie, Connie, Scott, Jackie, Laura, Jill Farren Phelps.

Fans give the actors a standing ovation, which is returned as the actors also give the fans a standing ovation in return. The autograph session begins, Finola Hughes arrives during this portion. She stands up on a table and waves to fans (not on the video). I have several minutes of the actors meeting with fans, autographing items and taking pictures with fans. During the autograph session I have shots of Tristan, Jason, Ted, Jason, Greg, Adrian, Kim, Maurice, Steve, Natalia, John Ingle, John J., Bergen, Tyler, Jackie, Connie, Kent, Laura (very classy lady she brought a huge stack of 8x10 pictures that she gave away to fans!), Dirk & Drew, Becky, Sonya, Finola, Scott, and Julie. Short clip of Rick with his fan club award and he acknowledges his fan club president, Debby O'Connor. Short interview welcoming Sonya and asking her how the role of epiphany took off. Cute shot of Tristan and Finola together (no interviews as they arrived after the press room and their lines were HUGE!).
