Dvd #1A 5/4 – 6/13/2007Kate barges into Sonny’s office and insists on using his phone, Sonny refuses, Kate returns and insists on using the phone again, Sonny finds something familiar about her and lets her use the phone while he ponders why, Sonny realizes that he knew “Connie” from Bensonhurst, Kate walks in on Sonny & Amelia, Sonny takes Kate for a walk in the park, Kate moves in next door to Sonny, Kate and Carly quarrel when the boys trespass on Kate’s property, Sonny orders Jason to shoot down a crate over Kate’s house, Kate gets drenched by Sonny’s sprinklers, Kate is arrested for assaulting a police officer in Sonny’s living room, Carly chews Sonny out for defending Kate instead of Jason, Sonny convinces Ric to let Kate go, Kate brings Sonny a brown paper bag of koi, Kate asks Jax to speak to Carly about the boys, Jax introduces Kate to Alexis, Kate knocks herself out on the replacement statue, Sonny insists she stay the night in case she has a concussion.
6/14 – 7/18/2007 Sonny makes breakfast for Kate, Father’s day BBQ, Sonny invites Kate and her guests after she accuses him of sabotaging her catering truck, Kate asks Sonny to date someone high profile, Kate sets off the coffee shop smoke detector when she sees Amelia with Sonny, Kate receives a diamond necklace then accidentally drops it through a grate in the floor but Sonny catches it in time, Kate asks Amelia to go public about her relationship with Sonny, Jerry introduces himself to Kate, Kate overhears Sonny threatening Jerry, Kate warns Carly, Sonny offers to buy Kate’s property when she decides to leave town, Kate changes her mind, Sonny informs Kate that Amelia has figured out her true identity, they commiserate that they are lonely having giving up everything else for their careers, Kate influences a private school headmaster to admit Kristina.

8/24/2007 – 9/21/2007 Sonny is stunned to find out that Kate had a relationship with Trevor, Kate rebuffs Trevor’s advances, Sonny sees Trevor kiss Kate, Kate explains to Trevor that Sonny is her neighbor, Kate tells Sonny that her relationship with Trevor is in the past, Trevor tells Kate that she must choose between them, Leticia is murdered, Jason questions Kate about Trevor, Kate finds out that a major advertiser has pulled out of Couture, Kate tells Trevor to get her advertiser back, Kate explains to Sonny that her career means everything to her, Jerry warns Sonny that he thinks Kate has been drugged, Kate has a car accident, Jax finds Kate and calls for help, Kate has a high level of alcohol in her system, Trevor tells Kate that if she does what he says everything will be fine, Sonny accuses Trevor of drugging Kate, Ric tells Kate that he is charging her with a DUI

Dvd #2A 9/21 – 11/1/2007 Elizabeth & others distract the reporters while Kate is being escorted out of GH by the police, Sonny receives a threatening text message. Kate’s trial, Kate is sentenced to community service at GH, Kate happily tells Sonny the results of her trial, Trevor tells Kate that she’s been fired, Sonny receives another text message, Kate approaches Jax about backing a new magazine, Kate overhears Sonny talking about taking out Trevor, Kate asks Sonny not to meet with Zacchara, Kate tells Jason that she is concerned that Sonny is going to seek out Zacchara, Kate tells Jason about visiting what she thinks was Zacchara’s home with Trevor, Kate tells Sonny too, Kate witnesses a confrontation between Sonny & Trevor after Sonny visits Zacchara and realizes that Trevor is really running the Zacchara organization, Sonny talks to Kate about his illness, Kate tells Sonny that she got an invitation to Nikolas & Emily’s Black & White Ball, Sonny tells Kate that he has to go to Puerto Rico on business, Trevor has an attempt made on Sonny’s life, Kate attends the ball, Sonny finally arrives.
11/2 – 12/5/2007 Sonny tells Kate that Trevor tried to have him killed in Puerto Rico, Trevor tells them that Ric has been stabbed, Sonny holds a gun to Johnny to get Anthony to come out of hiding, Trevor begs Sonny to give his brother blood, Sonny loses consciousness, Sonny tells Carly that he’s in love with Kate, Kate tells Sonny that she returns his feelings, Jerry informs them that Emily has been murdered, Sonny finds Jason with Emily and mourns their loss, Sonny returns to find Jerry unconscious, Jerry tells Sonny that Anthony has Kate, Sonny agrees to play with Anthony in exchange for Kate, Anthony shoots Sonny, Sonny collapses in Kate’s arms, help arrives at Wyndemere, Sonny is taken to GH, Monica blames Sonny for yet another of her lost children, Sonny tells Kate that Monica’s anger is justified, Kate refuses Sonny’s bodyguards, Kate refuses Sonny’s attempt to sweet talk her until he shows respect for her boundaries.

Dvd #3A 2/13 – 3/24/2008 Kate tries to win Sonny back on Valentine’s, Claudia witnesses, Michael accidentally shoots Kate, Sonny is convinced that the Zacchara’s are behind Kate’s shooting, Alexis hears Kate ask for Olivia when she starts to awaken, Kate goes into cardiac arrest during a visit from Claudia, Sonny finds Mike sitting with Kate, Mike reminisces about one of Sonny’s former girlfriends, Claudia pays Kate another visit and tells her all about her encounter with Sonny, Sonny brings Kate a yellow hat, Sonny tries to convince Kate to go home with him, Sonny tells Kate that Michael’s missing, Kate speaks with Monica about her condition, Kate checks herself out of the hospital, Kate tells Sonny about her heart condition, Sonny tells Kate that he thinks Michael may have run away, Kate tells Sonny that she knows about Claudia, Sonny explains to Kate that Michael accidentally shot her, Kate interviews Maxie.
3/24 – 4/18/2008 Sonny tells Kate that he is calling a truce with the Zaccharas, Kate gives Maxie a job, Claudia tries to invest in Kate’s magazine, Carly insists Kate hire Lulu as an assistant, Kate arranges for office space in Jax’s hotel, Sonny asks Kate if she agrees with Jax that Sonny should stay away from his children, Sonny cancels dinner with Kate to unload a coffee shipment, Kate speaks with Michael about her shooting then takes him to the warehouse to visit with Sonny, Michael is shot, Kate defends Sonny to Carly, Kate confides in Ric, Kate berates Lulu for her actions, Sonny visits with Kate and she encourages him to go see Michael, Kate goes with Sonny to visit Michael, Carly throws them out, Kate follows Sonny to the warehouse but Sonny asks her to leave, Kate comforts Sonny when he returns home, Kate is surprised to find Sonny at the Haunted Star reopening, Kate worries over Sonny’s obsession with avenging Michael’s shooting.

6/3-6/24/08 Last Two hours Sonny proposes to Kate.
6/23 Sonny gave Kate the option to walk away from his uncertain future. Kate refused to go anywhere; she told him that her life was with him. They discussed their feelings and their future. Kate felt that anything was possible because they had found their way back to each other. When Sonny wondered aloud if it was too late for them, Kate grew concerned. She thought that Sonny might want to end things with her. Sonny told her that he didn't want to split up with her but he did wonder if he deserved to be happy after what had happened to Michael. Sonny went on to tell Kate that she had changed him fundamentally and he wanted to honor that. Kate was surprised when Sonny proposed marriage. It was Sonny's turn to be surprised when Kate happily accepted. Sonny then presented Kate with the engagement ring. Kate loved it and offered her hand so that Sonny could place the extravagant ring on her finger. As they discussed their wedding plans, Kate brought up the idea of Diane drawing up a prenuptial agreement. Sonny seemed taken aback by the idea.
6/24 Kate explained why she felt they needed a pre-nuptial agreement. They should both be able to keep what they worked their whole lives for, but Kate's main concern was regarding Sonny's past illegal dealings. Although he had changed his ways, the government could always come in and freeze Sonny's assets and investigate previous illegal dealings. Kate didn't want to be held responsible for Sonny's past activities.

Dvd #4A 6/24-8/12/08 First Two Hours
6/24 Kate tells Sonny that nothing is going to stop her from being his wife. She soon calls out to him that she needs help. He comes to her aid and finds her relaxing in a bubble bath, complaining that she needed her wine glass refilled.
6/25 At Sonny's place, Kate told Maxie and Lulu that Sonny had proposed. Maxie blurted out that no matter what, Sonny and Carly always got back together. Both Lulu and Maxie voiced worries, but Kate was happy and unconcerned. She told them that Sonny and Carly were history. Sonny looked on from the stairs as Kate gave Maxie and Lulu instructions. Maxie got a phone call from Jason, who told her that Spinelli was in the hospital. Kate let Maxie go see Spinelli and sent Lulu back to the office.

8/29 Kate and Sonny laid in each other's arms and looked out at the island. Kate commented to Sonny that there was nothing he wanted that he could not buy. Sonny said she hadn't done so bad herself. Sonny made plans for them to gamble for a little while and then come back upstairs for dinner. Kate wasn't very happy with the plans. She knew of Sonny's previous schemes to rig the tables so his flame would win all the games. Kate made Sonny promise not to rig any of the games and she wanted to use her own money. She remembered seeing the models in Monte Carlo come in with a millionaire who bank-rolled a night of gambling. Kate was a self-made woman and she wasn't about to let Sonny think otherwise. After some time at the gambling tables, Sonny and Kate returned to their room. Kate was disappointed, but it was not for the expected reason. Kate had won while they had been gambling, and she was convinced it had all been rigged. She decided to make another bet with Sonny. She wanted him to cut the cards with her. If she won, Sonny would have to pick out her bouquet and she would keep the chips she had won. If Sonny won, Kate would return the money to him. Sonny cut the cards and showed a queen. Kate was disappointed, but Sonny told her to check her card before she got too upset.
Note: The Kate #4A dvd has room for me to add another 30 minutes to finish this dvd, and I am willing to consider compiling a #4B as I would like to continue this storyline through Kate's shooting at her wedding to Sonny
The character of Kate returns in September, 2011. I do have all of the episodes from the return of this character but have not continued editing this storyline.
