Dvd #7A 12/26/2006 – 1/12/2007 First Two Hours. Maxie is mourned the loss of her "baby" and was comforted by Lucky. She asked Lucky to accompany her to Kelly's, so that she can make peace with her accident on the steps. As they walked into the diner hand-in-hand, they were greeted by a surprised Elizabeth. Elizabeth offered her condolences to Maxie, and left. Later, she told Audrey that she was about to invite Lucky over for Christmas Eve, but did not since he was with Maxie. Lucky and Elizabeth were talking at Kelly’s when Maxie interrupted them. The awkwardness in the air was palpable. Lucky looked longingly at Elizabeth as she glared at the two of them. Maxie hugged Lucky. She was grateful she didn't have to go through this miscarriage alone. Elizabeth caught the hug through the windows of Kelly’s. Lucky was flashing back to happy memories with Liz, when Maxie flounced in from the storm wearing a miniskirt and sexy pumps. She managed to tempt Lucky into dancing with her, and at midnight on NYE they kissed. Maxie apologized, and Lucky acknowledged that in another time and place they might have worked as a couple. Because he loves Liz, however, this cannot happen.

An emotional Liz lost control of her car in the storm, and it skidded off the road. As Elizabeth lay unconscious by the side of the road, she dreamt of various scenarios concerning her pregnancy. The first was that the baby actually did belong to Lucky. In the second dream, she walked into Kelly's with Cam and her new baby to find Maxie and Lucky kissing. This time, Lucky was unremorseful and flaunted his affair with Maxie in her face. Jason found Liz, and brought her to GH. At the hospital, Jason tried to talk to a still unconscious Liz. Lucky arrived, and is grateful to Jason for saving their baby. Lucky got a phone call from Dr. Lee, informing him of Liz's accident. He immediately took off for the hospital, leaving a hurt Maxie behind. At the hospital, Lucky and Jason stayed by Liz's bedside. Lucky chewed her out for lying about the baby's paternity and Jason didn't back her up. Then, Liz woke up where Lucky was very soothing and reassuring. Liz was released from the hospital and she called Jason and thanked him for saving her. Maxie was still milking the "miscarriage". Maxie told Lucky that she couldn't keep the puppy they had found because she had a cat and tried to guilt him into taking it. He agreed to help her care for the animal together. Maxie was thrilled. Outside, Liz mentioned to Georgie that when she miscarried, she didn't want to talk about it the way Maxie does. Liz returned to the hospital and asked Kelly if she thought Maxie could have faked her pregnancy. Lucky tells Maxie that he cares about her.

Carly warns Liz to stay away from Jason. Elizabeth is at Jason's penthouse and she is about to tell him the truth about the baby's paternity when Lucky knocks on the door. Elizabeth runs into the other room and hides while Lucky questions Jason about the feud between Sonny and Alcazar. While they are talking Lucky gets a call about Alcazar's shooting and he leaves. Elizabeth comes out from hiding and she has changed her mind about telling Jason the truth. She and Jason leave the penthouse but Elizabeth accidentally forgets her scarf. Elizabeth literally runs into Father Mateo Ruiz and she is completely freaked out by his appearance and resemblance to Manny. Sam approached Liz and publicly confronted her about what she wants from Jason. Ms. Sneed, the hospital administrator broke up the argument and threatened to put both women on probation. Liz grew even more suspicious when Maxie took a staged fall in front of Lucky, then insisted her doctor not be called. She was beginning to be convinced Maxie faked her pregnancy. Lucky goes to visit Elizabeth and Maxie eavesdrops as they talk. Elizabeth tells Lucky they are over. She's totally stressed out and it's not doing anyone any good. Maxie appears to be relieved. Elizabeth reveals to Epiphany her doubts about Maxie's pregnancy, that she isn’t acting like someone who just had a miscarriage. Epiphany tells her to find out for sure if Maxie was ever pregnant, and Liz ends up with the proof when the blood test in the file reveals a different blood type. Epiphany is furious, but Elizabeth stalls her from revealing the truth.

 1/15/2007 – 2/1/2007 Next Two Hours. Elizabeth decides to tell Lucky that Maxie faked her pregnancy and miscarriage but he is called away on police business. Elizabeth confronts Maxie, who remains unrepentant. Lucky steps in to defend Maxie. Maxie admits to Lucky that she switched the blood test and stole the sonogram. Lucky is stunned. Lucky responds by telling Maxie she is the worst mistake he ever made. She walks away in a huff. Lucky berates himself for being so blind. Later, Maxie warns Lucky to beware of Elizabeth because she does not love him. Elizabeth goes to talk to Jason and explains her situation with Lucky. She doesn't think she wants to get back together with him, but she's worried he'll go back on pills if he realizes they are over forever. She doesn't want to be responsible for Lucky's undoing. She goes to the church to confess and tells Father Ruiz that if she's not able to tell Jason that she's carrying their child, she'll never get to tell him that she's in love with him. Lucky and Rodriguez bust a drug dealer in his apartment. He steals Hydrocodone lying on the coffee table. Lucky tells Liz about the drug bust and how he was tempted to take the drugs but he didn't. Elizabeth tells him she is proud of him and tells him she can have dinner with him. Lucky leaves and takes out one of the bottles of pills he stole from the drug dealer's apartment. Elizabeth and Jason have a series of friendship scenes and talk about trusting each other. Liz is tempted to tell him he is her baby's biological father but loses her nerve and leaves without explaining herself. Lucky sets up a special night at the Metro Court and plans on proposing to Liz again. Lulu worries that Elizabeth just filed divorce papers a couple of weeks ago and may not be ready to take him back this soon. The Metro Court storyline begins.

  Dvd #7B 2/2/2007 – 2/13/2007 Next Two hours. The Metro Court Hostage situation escalates as Mr. Craig shoots Robin and Liz renders aid.. Elizabeth is dehydrated and desperately needs fluids. She is cramping badly, and everyone fears is that she will go into labor early and lose the child. Mr. Craig tells Emily that she must choose who leaves the hotel, Alan (who is having heart trouble) or Elizabeth. Elizabeth tells Emily that her pains are less intense and it is just from dehydration, that she knows she is not in labor. She chooses Alan. Sam consoles Elizabeth in her agony.

 2/14/2007 – 2/28/2007p Last Two Hours. Sam talks Elizabeth through the contractions and the two talk about Jason, unknowing that he is standing there as a mercenary. Elizabeth explains that she could never have married Jason, even if the baby was his, because he's in love with Sam. Elizabeth's cramps subside just as Sam realizes that Jason is there with them. Sam and Elizabeth whisper to each other as well about how Elizabeth is feeling. Elizabeth tells Sam that the cramps have died down a little and she is feeling better. The female mercenary named number 5 watches Jason and tells him to watch what he is doing. Sam realizes that Jason is one of the masked men and whispers to Elizabeth. Elizabeth looks over at Jason who nods to her to let her know it is him. He goes over and does what Mr. Craig asks and guards them closely. Sam and Elizabeth start whispering about who should try to escape first. Elizabeth thinks Sam should go but Sam disagrees because Elizabeth needs medical help, not herself. Jason wait until no one is watching them and comes closer to them. He tells Sam that he wants her to make her escape when he gives the okay so she can go out and warn the police about the vault and the possible explosion. Mr. Craig is distracted so Jason gives Sam the signal to make her escape. Sam rushes outside just as the cops turn the lights out. As the police start to throw tear gas into the hotel, Jason tackles Mr. Craig to keep him from detonating the explosives. The SWAT team enters the hotel and chaos erupts. There's a mad dash for the door, but the tear gas keeps people from being able to see the exits. Jason finds Elizabeth and tries to rescue her. The hotel explodes. Elizabeth and a masked man appear to have been thrown into the elevator from the blast. Elizabeth is scared but is quickly relieved when he removes his mask and it is Jason. They talk about everything that has happened and Jason feels guilty that he didn't do more to help. Elizabeth reassures him that he did everything he could. Within the elevator that Elizabeth and Jason are in, they feel the rumble.

Elizabeth feels the baby kick and she has Jason feel it. She then tells him that he is the reason the baby is alive and that he, not Lucky, is the father of her baby. Jason asks Elizabeth why she didn't tell him about the baby. Liz reminds Jason that he was not around at the time she found out the baby's paternity, and both Sonny and Carly came to the same conclusion that the baby belonged to Lucky. She was prepared to tell him face-to-face, but Carly had already told Jason that he was not the father. When Jason told her it was for the best that the baby was Lucky's, she let it go. She has no regrets about making this baby with Jason. Jason tells her he understands if she lied to protect the baby, but he didn't understand if it was for any other reason. Lucky and Nikolas argue about going back into the hotel to find Lulu and Elizabeth. Liz reminds Jason that Lucky doesn't know they slept together. They agree that they do not want to hurt Sam or Lucky. Jason admits, however, that when Carly told him the baby was not his, he felt a sense of loss. He tells her he wants this child more than anything and he asks her to marry him. Liz is rescued and gets examined. Everything appears to be fine with her and the baby.   Lucky goes running after Mr. Craig on the docks. He comes to a clearing where a man is waiting. He asks the man if he has seen a 5 foot 11 inch man with sandy, blonde hair. The man claims he's seen nothing and runs away asking him not to shoot him. Lucky turns around and Mr. Craig hits him over the head with a pipe. When Mr. Craig asks him why he ran after him instead of trying to rescue people in the hotel, Lucky explains that his pregnant wife was one of the hostages. Realizing who he's talking about, Mr. Craig tells Lucky that he stepped over Elizabeth's body on his way out of the hotel. Upon hearing this news, Lucky becomes even more reckless, not caring if he lives or dies. Lucky learns Liz and the baby survive. Lucky and Liz agree to get married again. Lucky apologizes for hurting Liz, and she forgives him. He asks her not to marry him out of pity or fear of a relapse. She remembers the Lucky that helped her through her life's darkest times. She sees the same person and that is why she wants to marry him. He vows to love them all with all his heart. They go to the hospital to tell Lulu and Luke, who are thrilled to hear it.
