Dvd #5A 7/10/2006 – 8/24/2006 First four hours. Patrick sees Lucky kissing Maxie. Ric, Nikolas, Lucky, Max, and Patrick talk about Carly at the bar. Each of them has a fantasy with Carly in it. Lucky surprises Liz with flowers and chocolate and remembers the anniversary of the engagement. Lucky’s PD award ceremony, afterwards he seeks out Maxie for more pills. Lulu is angry at him for missing the Kelly’s party in his honor. Lucky is jealous of Liz’s friendship with both Nik and Patrick. He tells Maxie he is done with her. Later, Liz wears sexy lingerie and tries to seduce him but he isn’t interested and takes a cold shower instead. Lucky learns that his bullet didn’t kill Manny Ruiz, Jason did. He is in a bad move when he gets home, and Liz finds pain pills in his pocket. Carly sees Maxie & Lucky in bed together, and tells Liz who goes up to see for herself. Liz confronts Lucky and asks how he could do this to her and reminds him of his vows. He declares she didn’t want him and Maxie does! Liz confronts Maxie at the hospital, tells her off and slaps her! Next Liz finds Maxie and Lucky making out in their apartment when she returns home. Liz tells Lucky that their marriage is over. Liz goes to Jason and tells him about Lucky’s affair, and Jason tells her that Same slept with Ric. Jason & Liz sleep together. Liz tells Lucky she wants to fight for their marriage if he will give up the pills and Maxie. Lucky tells Maxie that he loves Liz and can’t see her anymore. Liz tells Jason that she has changed her mind about leaving Lucky and asks him not to tell anyone about their fling. He admits that he has already told Sam. Lucky is attending meetings, and going through withdrawals. He arrests the drug dealer who sold him pills.

Dvd 5B 8/25/2006 – 9/19/2006 Next Two Hours. Lucky has a nightmare while he is going through withdrawals, that he sees Liz in bed with Patrick and shoots and kills her. Maxie sneaks him pills when he goes to GH for a meeting. Later, she tries to get him to sleep with her but he turns her down and own’t cheat on Liz again. She tells him to go elsewhere for his pills! When he needs more pills, she tells him he is just using her. He promises to leave Liz for her when things settle down with Lulu (who is contemplating an abortion). Liz confirms she is pregnant. Lucky sleeps with Maxie again. Liz finds a pill and realizes Lucky is still using. She tells Nik that she is going to leave Lucky and get a divorce as a victorious Maxie overhears.

 9/20/2006 – 10/4/2006 Last Two Hours. Liz discusses the possibility with Kelly that the baby could be Jason. Liz files for divorce. Maxie OD’s on pills while with Lucky, and goes into cardiac arrest at the hospital. Lucky steals heroin out of evidence and tries to plant it on Jason and arrest him on drug charges. Lucky holds Jason at gunpoint and when he hears someone approaching he shoots widely and hits Elizabeth! She blurts out to both of them that she is pregnant and Jason takes her to the hospital. Lucky decides to go to rehab as Liz moves into Audrey’s. Jason asks Liz what if the baby is his? Maxie tries to get back together with Lucky, but he says he needs to be with Liz and his family.
