Just Jason #19 October 10 - December 4, 2002: 9 hour original edit

DVD #19AJason confronted Zander about faking his amnesia and Zander admits that he recently got his memory back but doesn't want Liz or anyone to know that now and wants to start over again. Jason agrees to keep his secret but warns Zander not to hurt Liz and to not interfere with Sonny's business again. Zander agrees. Liz comes out of Kelly's and jumps to the conclusion that Jason is harassing Zander again. Jason just shakes his head and leaves. Liz confides in Zander that Jason lies about everything to do with his job and she doesn't know if she can trust him again.

10/10 Jason finds Sonny there at the no-name club and tells him that Roy turned down his job offer in Miami but that he and Felicia gave them Pier 52 for free to show him good faith. Jason asks Sonny what he wants to do with Brenda now. Sonny instructs him to find a house in Europe somewhere where there is an ocean or beach and that they can get a live-in nurse for her down the road when she no longer can care for herself with her disease.

Mike goes to Jake's. He gets drunk and Jason tries to get him to go home. Mike tells Jason to leave him alone. Jason gets Courtney to come to the bar and help him get Mike home. Courtney talks to Mike about coming home with her. Mike warns her to stay away from him since he is responsible for how cruel Sonny is to those he loves. Courtney tells him she loves him. Jason gets him to leave the bar with him and Courtney.

10/11 Jason and Courtney bring an inebriated Mike back to Courtney's apartment. Mike loudly demands to know where AJ is, and Courtney tells her Dad that AJ is in Washington, D.C. Courtney finally convinces Mike to lie down, and then Courtney thanks Jason for calling her to pick Mike up at Jake's.

Courtney confides in Jason that, when she was little, she often had to talk Mike out of the beer joints because Mike would not leave with her mother. Courtney tells Jason that, once, Mike went out to get Courtney a candy bar and did not make it home again until a month later.

As Jason and Courtney talk in the kitchen, Mike comes out of the bedroom and accuses Jason of hitting on his brother's wife while his brother is out of town. Mike accuses Jason of having designs on Courtney and warns Jason to stay away from his daughter. Courtney defends Jason and Mike finally goes back to lie down again.

When Sonny arrives, Sonny jumps all over Jason for dragging Courtney down to a place like Jake's to talk Mike into giving up on his drinking binge for the night. But Jason explains that Mike listens to Courtney, whereas, seeing Sonny would have just made Mike angry. Courtney defends Jason again and angrily reminds Sonny that the reason why Mike returned to drinking and gambling was because Sonny pretended to be dead and let his loved ones break their hearts with grief, while Sonny hid out at a safe distance!

Mike hears Sonny's voice and joins the fray, as Mike blasts Sonny for his uncaring attitude toward his loved ones when Sonny faked his own death. Sonny asks to speak to Mike out in the hall. When Mike returns, he apologizes to Courtney. When Sonny orders Jason to take Mike home, Courtney suggests that she go along to help Jason.

When Jason, Courtney and Rosie return to Courtney's apartment, Jason asks if Courtney has had more strange calls. Courtney tells Jason that all is currently quiet and that AJ will be calling soon. Jason offers to stay, but Courtney turns him down. However, when Courtney enters her apartment, she sees that she has an email. When Courtney checks it out, Courtney is terrified to see herself, at that very moment, on the screen, sitting at her PC!

10/14 In her apartment, Courtney quickly locates the hidden camera planted by her stalker, but discovers that there are four more cameras! Jason arrives at Courtney's apartment and looks at her Inter Net expose'. Jason locates the other hidden cameras and removes them.

When Courtney suggests that it is time to go to the police, Jason advises against involving the Port Charles Police Department because they have a grudge against Sonny and would probably not take a threat toward Sonny's sister very seriously. Jason urges Courtney to move into Jason's Penthouse to be safe. Courtney explains to Jason that, following the trouble at The Oasis Club, Courtney promised AJ that Courtney would go to AJ for help whenever she needed it instead of to other people.

Courtney does not want to beg AJ to cut his court case short and return to Port Charles without the victory AJ anticipated because Courtney feels responsible for AJ's financial reversals. Jason tells Courtney to vary her schedule in order to keep her stalker guessing. But Jason tells Courtney that she is only in danger if she is alone and Jason does not plan to allow Courtney to be alone! Jason tells Courtney that he will be there to stop anyone from hurting her.

Courtney confides in Jason that she should let AJ know what is going on, but she is afraid that AJ will drop his court case and rush home. Courtney voices the hope that maybe she and Jason could catch the perpetrator before AJ returns to Port Charles. Jason assures Courtney that they can try.

10/15 Courtney is upset by the fact that someone set up five surveillance cameras in her apartment. Jason speculates that the stalker is wondering what happened to his equipment. Courtney has fixed up the sofa for Jason to crash, but Rosie jumps up and claims it. Courtney espouses Rosie's attributes. We see a shadow outside the apartment window, but neither Courtney nor Jason notice. Courtney tries to give Jason doggie treats so he can coax Rosie off the sofa.

Rosie snuggles up to Jason putting her head in his lap. Courtney receives another crank call and puts Jason on the phone. They do a star 69 to trace the call, but no one answers the phone. The phone rings again and its AJ. She tells him the stalking is getting worse and he says he'll be on the next flight home, but Courtney tells him no.

She says she has Rosie to protect her, and wants to know how much longer AJ will be gone. AJ says another week or so, and that the judge is in no hurry. Courtney comes out of the bedroom for a drink of water and asks Jason if it's okay to keep her bedroom door open so she'll feel more secure. Rosie is still on the sofa.

10/16 Elizabeth stops by Courtney's apartment with Courtney's paycheck from Kelly's and the new work schedule. But, as Liz invites Courtney to accompany her on a shopping spree, Jason suddenly emerges from the shower!

Courtney quickly explains to Liz that her stalker set up video cameras in her apartment and Jason is trying to help catch the stalker. However, Liz cooly turns down Courtney's offer to stay for coffee and rushes off!

After Liz leaves, Courtney urges Jason to go after Liz and tell her how he really feels but Jason refuses.

Courtney gets a call from her stalker. The stalker tells Courtney that he knows Courtney has been entertaining a boyfriend while her husband is out of town and the caller threatens to tell Courtney's husband about what has been going on in his absence!

Jason traces the call to a building across the street. Courtney and Jason investigate the stalker's apartment across from Courtney, where they discover a telescope set up to peep into Courtney's apartment, a shrine to Daisy, made up of all the publicity photos Coleman distributed as posters, a pink garter from one of Courtney's acts, and lit up like a Christmas tree with a dozen candles flickering.

At the stalker's shrine to Daisy, Jason suddenly suspects that the stalker wanted to lure Courtney and Jason out of Courtney's apartment. Through the telescope, Jason sees a shadow in Courtney's apartment. When Courtney and Jason arrive back at Courtney's apartment, Jason sees an open window and goes out into the alley, hoping to be able to pursue the stalker before he disappears again. Courtney finds daisies strewn all over her bed and begins to pick them up as someone watches her from the closet!

10/17 Courtney cleans up the flowers on her bed that her stalker left for her. She takes the bedspread off to wash as well, unaware that her stalker is hiding in her bedroom closet. Jason comes back after leaving to go take a look outside her apartment for signs of the stalker. He tells her he didn't find him and suggests that she leave the apartment immediately. Courtney is reluctant to leave her place and hide out so Jason suggests she change her locks right away and gets a locksmith he trusts to come over and do it for her.

10/18 On the bridge, when Courtney perceives that she is getting a frosty reception from Liz, Courtney explains again that Courtney is being stalked and Jason is guarding her. But neither Jason nor Liz seem interested in making amends to each other.

After Jason and Courtney leave, Lucky tells Liz that he believes Liz is lying to herself about how much she truly cares for Jason. Elizabeth tries to explain to Lucky that she could never accept Jason's violent, crime-ridden lifestyle. Liz explains to Lucky that a major drawback to a relationship with Jason is the way that Jason does not confide in her.

Lucky observes, "Well, mobsters aren't really known for confiding in people!' Liz then points out that Jason does not need to be guarding Courtney personally since Sonny has plenty of guards. Liz tells Lucky that Jason left Liz with a guard at her door while she was being threatened by Alcazar's men and Liz was safe there. Liz believes there is some kind of reason why Jason would prefer to be doing a job personally that could have just as easily been done by one of Sonny's men.

Back at Courtney's apartment, Courtney tries to convince Jason that he should go tell Elizabeth how he truly feels. Jason gives Courtney a loaded gun and tells her how to use it, in case Courtney's stalker ever breaks through all the new locks that he installed for Courtney.

As Courtney puts the gun away, Jason and Courtney suddenly hear someone rattling at the door. Courtney and Jason are surprised when the rattling at the door turns out to be AJ who, of course, does not have a key to fit the new locks Jason had installed. AJ is happy to see Courtney, but shocked when he sees Jason standing in the living room.

10/21 AJ returns home and discovers Jason with Courtney. Courtney explains that she asked Jason for help with the stalker because she wanted AJ to focus on his court case instead of worrying about her stalker. AJ is surprisingly calm and thanks Jason for looking after Courtney in his absence.

Courtney explains about the video cameras and AJ reminds Courtney that she made it sound like nothing whenever AJ asked out the situation in his phone calls. AJ asks Jason if the stalker is a real threat and Jason offers the opinion that whoever the stalker is has some money because that person rented an apartment across the street from Courtney, and had state of the art surveillance equipment.

Jason explains how he changed the locks and added some security features to the apartment. AJ thanks Jason and promises to pay Jason back one day. But, AJ cautions, it will be a while, because AJ lost his court battle and the Judge refused to release any of AJ's money. After Jason leaves, Courtney thanks AJ for not going into a meltdown when he discovered that Jason had been helping her with the stalker.

Courtney goes on to describe how she and Jason had found a shrine to 'Daisy' in the stalker's apartment. AJ tells Courtney that, while he does not want to feel obligated to Jason for anything, AJ would have felt worse if Courtney had been in danger and had just let herself be a target without trying to do something about it. But AJ points out, Courtney would have been better off calling the police because the police could have developed the kind of forensic evidence that would have held up in court. For example, fiber and hair samples taken from the stalker's apartment.

That way, when the police caught the stalker, they would have had some chance of keeping the perpetrator in jail! AJ voices the fear that because Courtney did not go to the police for help {because Jason was afraid the police would be too prejudiced against Sonny to help}, they have made it possible for the perpetrator to wriggle off the hook once he is caught. Later, as they talk in bed, Courtney gets another call from her stalker.

When AJ realizes that the call is from Courtney's stalker, AJ grabs the phone away from Courtney and tells the stalker that AJ intends to track him down personally. Jason arrives at the hospital and Brenda tells Jason that she wants money from her inheritance so that she can return to Europe. Jason and Brenda argue, but Jason agrees to get some money to Brenda.

10/23 As Courtney and AJ return home after running with Rosie in the Park, they get a phone call from Jason, checking to see if Courtney has had more 'stalker' calls. AJ tells Jason not to worry because AJ is handling things now then AJ gets a signal for a call waiting. The caller is Courtney's stalker. As AJ records the conversation, a distorted voice threatens that Courtney will learn what it is like to make love to a 'real' man!

AJ keeps playing the tape he made of the stalker's threats, over and over again, trying to recognize the voice. When Courtney asks AJ to quit playing the tape over because the stalkers voice and every word has been calculated to terrify Courtney, AJ suddenly begins gathering up everything and announces that AJ plans to take everything to the police.

As AJ picks up the evidence Jason found in the apartment across the street, including the mementoes being kept at 'Daisy's Shrine,' Courtney protests that it is embarrassing to contemplate the possibility that the Police would be pawing through the Daisy Shrine stuff and getting a laugh out of it. However, AJ persuades Courtney that the only way they will be able to finally put the stalker behind bars is by cooperating fully with the police. As AJ and Courtney head for the PCPD, the phone is ringing again, but AJ leaves without answering.

Jason arrives at Coleman's office at Jake's and finds Coleman on the phone. Jason warns Coleman to stay away from Courtney, but Coleman observes that Jason has 'a thing' for his sister-in-law himself and suggests that Jason needs to take his own advice.

At the PCPD, Taggert gives AJ and Courtney a hard time as he looks through the evidence and gets their statements about Courtney's stalker. As AJ and Taggert discuss the basic details about Courtney's involvement at the Oasis Club. Courtney suddenly mentions that Coleman, her former boss, had called her at home once.

AJ is surprised that Courtney would have omitted a detail as important as that when she was telling AJ about all of it. As Taggert reminds Courtney that the police will probably not put a high priority on a case involving Sonny Corinthos's sister, AJ suddenly insists that Courtney is a Quartermaine now and threatens serious repercussions if Taggert fails to give Courtney the same fair treatment that Taggert would give to any other victim of a stalker. Taggert reluctantly logs in the evidence and opens a case.

Courtney arrives at Kelly's for work, accompanied by a policewoman, as a storm gathers. Jason meets Courtney there to warn her that Coleman has 'a thing' for her. Someone lurks in the bushes and watches Jason and Courtney meet. When Courtney gets a call at Kelly's, she recognizes the stalker's distorted voice and can hear Rosie barking. Courtney tells Jason that the stalker is in her apartment! Jason tells Courtney to call AJ and the cops, while Jason races to Courtney's apartment to catch the stalker.

As Jason arrives at her place, he hears Rosie barking in the bedroom and goes to investigate. A black-clad figure with a skeleton mask on suddenly rushes Jason from behind and knocks Jason out. Courtney arrives shortly afterward and, when she sees Jason unconscious on the floor, she goes to help Jason then looks up and sees the black-clad figure in the skeleton mask. Courtney rushes to the bedroom, opens the window, then hides in the closet.

AJ arrives at the apartment and sees Jason on the floor and hears Rosie barking. As AJ heads toward the bedroom, the intruder attacks AJ, Courtney has heard AJ's voice and can hear the struggle, and remains quiet in the closet. Then Courtney hears the struggle end and someone comes toward the closet, but Courtney still says nothing as the door slowly opens.

10/24 Jason was knocked out by Courtney's stalker, who AJ wrestled with in the bedroom. The stalker got away though. Courtney goes to Jason when she saw him lying unconscious on the floor. He woke up okay and told the police later that he was fine and didn't need medical attention. He and Courtney told AJ to go with the police and give a description of the stalker to the sketch artist.

Courtney tries to convince Jason to go the hospital and get his head checked in case he has a concussion. He refuses to go and leaves her there. He heads to Jake's bar to confront Coleman. Coleman fights with him and Jason warns him to stay away from Courtney from now on or else. Courtney stopped the fight and got angry with Jason for fighting with Coleman and almost killing him when they don't have enough proof that Coleman is her stalker.

She fights with Jason out in the rain and shows her concern for him and tells him she was frantic when she saw him lying there on the floor unconscious. She ends up kissing Jason in the heat of the moment and then becomes afraid. She tells Jason she can't see him again and gets him to promise to go see a doctor about his head wound. He promises to and is confused about their kiss as well.

AJ returns from the PCPD. Courtney returns wet from the rain. She tells him that Jason went to Jake's to confront Coleman since he suspects he could be the stalker and that she went there to try to stop him. AJ goes to call the police and tell them about Coleman but Courtney stops him and asks him not to call the cops so or they will go and arrest Jason and she can't let that happen. AJ looks at her suspiciously.

Carly runs into Jason at GH. She tells him about seeing Sonny with Brenda outside earlier and they looked cozy. She tells him that Sonny will probably leave her for Brenda now that he knows she lied about Alexis' baby and kept it from him and that it turns out it is Ned's baby after all.

Jason tells her to stop jumping to conclusions and go tell Sonny she loves him and fight for him. He tells her not to worry about Brenda. He sees Brenda walking toward Jax's room. She had checked on Jax earlier and ran into Ned. Brenda agreed to go home soon and rest.

Jason grabs her before she can go see Jax and hauls her into Sonny's limo. He tells her he is personally escorting her back to Europe to keep her from causing any more problems for Sonny or Jax. She tells him she wanted to go back to Europe but that Skye asked her to stay around and help Jax recover. Jason tells her that he doesn't care what she wants to do, and accuses her of causing problems in Sonny's marriage to Carly. Brenda realizes what this is about and comes up with some idea in her head and is about to share it with Jason, who just shakes his head in disgust.

10/25 Courtney is rattled to awaken from a sensual dream about Jason to find AJ's arms around her instead. Later, Carly hopes that Jason's sudden disappearance means he's successfully removed Brenda from the field of play. Carly encourages Courtney's obvious attraction to Jason but her embarrassed sister-in-law bristles at the suggestion that she could ever be unfaithful to AJ. Brenda returns and cheerfully announces to a stunned Carly and Sonny that she has just married Jason.

10/28 Carly is elated by the news of Jason and Brenda's elopement. Sonny feels guilty over Jason's situation. Brenda breaks her marriage news to Jax, who becomes furious. Brenda tries to convince Jax that they have no future together. Sonny and Jax blame each other for Brenda's actions.

The Quartermaines are both shocked and happy over Brenda's announcement. Courtney confesses to Bobbie that she kissed a man she finds herself attracted to. Bobbie realizes Courtney kissed Jason. Jason shocks Courtney with news of his marriage to Brenda.

10/29 At the Quartermaine mansion, Brenda was intent on describing her wedding to Jason in glowing terms, and Lila, Alan, Monica, Edward, and Reginald listened with varying degrees of enthusiasm. According to Brenda, when Jason proposed, she couldn't believe her ears. Edward thought she and Jason had always hated each other. Brenda claimed she had been wrong about him.

Brenda explained that she had been planning to leave Port Charles, and Jason was taking her to the airport. She assumed he was there to protect her from Luiz Alcazar, until he admitted that he was afraid that he'd never see her again. He was "so sweet and shy," she gushed. Edward chimed in, "Sure, as hoodlums go." Brenda tried to convince Lila that she and Jason had always loved each other. He just didn't want to get in the way, so he kept his feelings to himself. Monica thought that sounded like her son.

In Jason and Brenda's limo, in a flashback to an early scene, Brenda proposed the preposterous idea to Jason while they were on the way to the airport, and Jason's response was to ask why "the hell" he would want to marry her. Brenda countered that she didn't have many choices. Jason thought it was clear that her choice was to go to Europe. Brenda was sure that wherever she went, Jax would find her, and she needed Jax to believe that she'd moved on. Jason said he didn't care.

Brenda taunted Jason with another plan. She'd go after Sonny. Jason warned her to leave Sonny and Carly out of it, because Sonny would never leave his family. Brenda wondered how long Jason thought she and Sonny could stay away from each other. Jason accused Brenda of trying to blackmail him by threatening to hurt Sonny. Brenda said she was only trying to give Jason an opportunity to protect Sonny. After all, she said, "That's what you live for."

Jason asked Brenda if she was willing to wreck Sonny and Carly's marriage just so Jax wouldn't come after her. Brenda accused him of being willing to take a bullet for Sonny, but he wasn't willing to marry her. Jason reminded her that his life was too dangerous. Brenda thought that was perfect. She was dying, so if she got caught in a shootout, it wouldn't be a big deal. Besides, he'd be saving a lot of people a lot of pain. Jason wanted to know if Brenda thought she could pull it off. Brenda was sure that she could.

In real time, Jason was doing his best to explain his marriage to Courtney, who was obviously in love with him. "It was a last-minute thing," he admitted. Courtney, implying herself, had thought Jason was interested in someone else. Jason explained that it was Brenda's idea to get married, not his. Courtney wanted to know if they'd been seeing each other. When Jason said they hadn't, she wondered why they married. All Jason could say was, "It's complicated."

Courtney thought that maybe Brenda was secretly in love with him. Jason explained that Brenda needed him. Courtney asked Jason if he was rescuing Brenda like he had rescued her. Jason said it wasn't the same. Courtney commented on Brenda's beauty. Jason thought that most people didn't see Brenda for who she really was. Courtney wanted to know if he loved Brenda.

At the Quartermaine mansion, Brenda continued to praise Jason. "He just says what he means. I like that." Monica couldn't agree more. Alan had no idea that Jason had been in love with her all that time. He hoped that they could be a family again. All Lila wanted to know was if Brenda was happy, and Brenda insisted she was. Monica wanted to know if it had anything to do with her illness. Brenda knew that she didn't have much time, and she was positive that she wanted to spend that time with Jason. She knew that he would do anything to protect her. She realized that she'd been mean to him in the past and she had a fresh chance to make it up to him.

Brenda received the family's good wishes. Even Edward relented. Brenda told Lila that she was honored to be a part of the family, and that part was true. Monica wished that they could have thrown her and Jason a big wedding. Brenda said that she and Jason didn't want to waste any time. The family was surprised that they'd chosen Vegas, but Brenda assured them it was the wedding of her dreams.

The scene flashed back to the wedding. At the tacky Tru Luv wedding chapel in Vegas, Brenda took one look and tried to leave. Jason stopped her and they continued to fight. The officiant told them not to worry, "Second thoughts are not uncommon here at the Tru Luv Wedding Chapel." What they needed was the special wedding package, he said. The officiant's assistant, Bunny, was only too happy to oblige. Horrified, Jason handed the officiant a wad of cash and told him they'd take the whole deal, "just get it over with."

Back at Kelly's, Courtney couldn't believe that Jason and Brenda had eloped to Vegas. She was sure that it was tacky. Jason told her she had "no idea." She wanted to know if he had pictures. Jason didn't think she'd want to see them. Courtney reminded Jason that he'd never answered her question, "Do you love Brenda"?

At the Quartermaine mansion, Brenda tried to convince the family that her Vegas wedding had been really very elegant, just as she'd always dreamed.

Back at the Tru Love wedding chapel, Brenda and Jason eyed the bright pink wedding cake with disgust as the officiant and Bunny proceeded to bring out the wedding package. Brenda rejected the veil; Jason would never wear a tux. He handed the officiant another wad of cash and told him to get it over with quickly.

In Kelly's, a romantic Courtney asked Jason for details of the wedding.

At the chapel in Vegas, the tacky preparations were proceeding while a miserable Jason and Brenda sat on separate sides of the room.

At the Quartermaine mansion, Brenda claimed that she had never seen Jason so happy. Alan thought the marriage could draw Jason back to them. Brenda wished they could all have been there, but it was very private and sacred.

In the chapel,. Brenda snapped at Jason to "shut up." She wanted to know if they could just say "I do" and leave.

With the Quartermaines, Brenda reminded them that they all knew how Jason was with words, "less is more."

At Kelly's, Courtney asked Jason if he and Brenda had written their own vows. During the Vegas ceremony, Brenda and Jason instructed the officiant to skip the vows and go straight to "I do."

At Kelly's, Courtney described to Jason how she'd felt when she married AJ, a man she hardly knew. At first she wanted to run, but then she realized how right they would be together.

In Vegas, the officiant reviewed the vows with the prospective bride and groom. Brenda nixed "love and cherish" and "honor and obey"; "for better or worse" was a keeper as was the "rich" in "for richer or poorer." "In sickness and in health" didn't get a response.

As she gave more details of her wedding, Brenda explained to the Quartermaine family that Jason had made her understand the wedding vows.

Back at the chapel, Jason told the officiant to just go to the part where he asked Jason to marry her. The officiant wondered if he wanted to. Jason said they just wanted to get it over with.

In Kelly's, Courtney thought that when they'd said, "I do," it all made sense to Brenda because she realized how "honest and true you are." Brenda knew that he'd always protect her and she'd never have anything to worry about because Jason thought of everything.

In the chapel, the officiant asked Jason for the rings. Jason had forgotten all about them.

As she gushed to the Quartermaines about her marriage, Brenda raved that everything about the wedding was magical.

At the chapel, Brenda and Jason were pronounced man and wife and glared at each other. Brenda announced to the Quartermaines that suddenly she and Jason were married. Alan wanted to know "then what?'

At Kelly's, Courtney asked Jason, "then what?"

During the final moments in the chapel, the officiant wanted to know if there was any chance Jason would be kissing the bride. He wasn't surprised when Jason answered, "No way."

At Kelly's, Courtney admitted that it was none of her business, but she asked Jason where he and Brenda had spent their wedding night.

Brenda told the Quartermaines that she and Jason were going to go on a honeymoon, but they wanted to head home and tell the family first. Besides, she added that after their wedding night, they really didn't need a honeymoon. It was very sweet and beautiful. They'd had a perfect night.

In a hotel in Vegas, Brenda and Jason entered a huge, gaudy suite. The hotel employee who let them in proudly announced, "Only the best for Sonny Corinthos' right-hand man and his beautiful bride." Brenda and Jason could only stare in horror. After the man left, Jason shoved a jewelry box into Brenda's hands and told her to pick out a ring. Brenda pulled a wedding band on a chain from her sleeve and looked at it longingly.

At Kelly's, Courtney admired Jason's wedding band. Jason told her that Brenda had picked it out. Courtney thought Brenda must have spent a lot of time choosing it, and they were connected forever. Jason told a surprised Courtney that they wouldn't be married very long because Brenda was dying. Courtney finally understood why he had married Brenda. Courtney said Brenda was incredibly lucky to have him even it was only for a little while. It was obvious that Courtney was very much in love with Jason and that he had feelings for her too.

In the wedding suite in Vegas, Brenda quickly picked out a ring. Jason tried it on and said it was too small. It matched hers, so Brenda didn't care. It wasn't like he was going to be wearing it for the rest of his life. Brenda went into the bedroom and quickly turned around and returned. She had no intention of sleeping in a heart-shaped bed. Jason yelled at her to just "shut up" and go to bed. Brenda stormed back into the room and Jason, feeling bad for yelling her followed, but stopped at the door.

When Jason left Kelly's, he took one last look in the window and watched Courtney serving the customers and pouring coffee. He tried to remove his wedding band, but it was too tight and wouldn't come off.

Brenda gushed to the Quartermaines that the wedding night was beautiful. She'd never forget it. Lila thought it sounded wonderful. Monica wanted to know if Jason would be picking her up. Brenda told them she planned to pack up a few things and meet Jason at the penthouse. Edward commented that Brenda had always been full of surprises. Brenda hoped that she had his blessing. Edward said of course she did. Lila knew that Jason would give her the best life he could. Brenda hugged the family and went out to the rose garden, relieved that her ruse was over. Deep in thought, she stroked her wedding band and looked out into the garden.

10/30 In the Courtroom, Scott and Taggert inform Alcazar that Alcazar's girlfriend Brenda is now married to Jason. Carly thanks Jason for marrying Brenda but implores her friend not to be so foolish as to consummate the marriage! As Courtney does the laundry in the Quartermaine apartment, she comes across the gun that Jason left her for protection against her stalker and Courtney suddenly remembers kissing Jason. When AJ suddenly tells Courtney it was his turn to do the laundry, Courtney acts guilty and AJ urges his wife to share whatever is worrying her with him but Courtney shrugs it off.

When Brenda and Alcazar come face to face in the courtroom, Brenda tells Alcazar he is going to prison but Alcazar insists that he will not lose Brenda and that he is not going to prison! Alcazar warns Brenda that marrying her bodyguard was a naive move that will not work out in the long run! When Monica invites Brenda and Jason for dinner, Brenda accepts but, after Monica leaves, Jason informs his new bride that he does not plan to go to dinner at the Quartermaine Mansion.

Everyone is surprised when Skye wheels Jax into the Courtroom, and Alcazar suggests that Jax's time would have been better spent in rehab. However, Alcazar is shocked when Jax takes a few determined steps toward his seat. As the trial begins, Monica testifies about being forced to remove Alcazar's bullet and tells about the threats made against her life. Felicia testifies that Alcazar first kidnapped her children and then held Felicia prisoner in order to force Roy to kill Sonny. Taggert testifies that whomever set off the detonator to blow up the warehouse had to be within sight of the warehouse and would have known that Kristina Cassadine had entered the warehouse.

Zander testifies that Alcazar threatened to kill Zander because Zander had seen Brenda aboard Alcazar's yacht. Brenda testifies about Alcazar shooting Jax, when Jax was not armed and after Alcazar had promised Brenda he would spare Jax.

As Scott is summing up the Prosecution's case against Alcazar, a government official sends an urgent message to Scott and calls Scott out of the Courtroom. In the hallway outside, the official hands Scott a sheaf of documents.

Courtney tells AJ that Jason married Brenda. AJ is shocked and tells Courtney that Brenda hates Jason but loves Jax. AJ wonders if his family is ecstatic over the prospect that Brenda might succeed in convincing Jason to at least be civil to his family. When Courtney asks if AJ would be unhappy if Jason did make an effort to reconcile with the Quartermaine family, AJ assures Courtney that she is the only 'family' that he ever thinks about any more.

When Scott returns to the Courtroom, Scott tells the Judge that the State will be dropping all charges against Alcazar. When the Judge admonishes Scott for his sudden change of heart, Scott hands the documents to the Judge. When the Judge reads the documents, he announces that his hands are tied and he must dismiss all charges against Alcazar.

As the stunned Courtroom watches, Luis Alcazar is released and begins to walk out of the Courtroom. Brenda attacks Alcazar as he saunters past her on his way out of the Courtroom.

In the hallway outside, reporters mob Scott and demand to know why Scott suddenly dropped charges against Alcazar. Scott replies that it is a Government issue that Scott is not at liberty to discuss, and concludes by pointing out that the District Attorney's hands are tied in this matter.

As Alcazar shoves past the throng of reporters, someone hands him a note that states: "You are a dead man.' Alcazar rushes up to Scott and thrusts the note at Scott, demanding a police escort out of the building. Scott at first brushes it off but, when Scott sees the note, Scott announces that someone has threatened Alcazar's life, but there is no sympathy from the bystanders! The bystanders are shown, all of whom have a motive to threaten Alcazar’s life!

10/31 Sonny and Carly came over with Michael in costume to get candy from Jason. They had seen Jason wrestling with Brenda to get the gun case away from her. It looked like a compromising moment to them.

At a charity Halloween party, Skye heads to the costume party. When she gets there, she is approached by a masked guest. He takes off his mask and it is Alcazar. He makes her listen to him while he asks her how her trip to Switzerland went and tells her she knows the same thing he does now, Brenda is going to die from her mother's disease. Skye listens to him and tells him she plans to tell Brenda about what she found out.

Alcazar tells her that he came back to kill Sonny and Jax to keep them away from Brenda. He calls Skye's bluff about telling Brenda and Jax about her not dying. He tells her to think about that since if Brenda finds out she isn't dying, she will run straight back to Jax, who may want her. He suggests that she let him take Brenda back to Europe, where a letter will be sent to Jax, reporting her death a few months from now, and that she can be there to comfort him in his grief. Skye realizes that she could possibly lose Jax if he knew Brenda wasn't dying. AJ advises Skye to take what she can and to fight for what she has and not let anyone get in her way.

Edward sees Courtney standing by herself as AJ gets her a drink at the bar. He ridicules her for her Cinderella costume being too promiscuous looking and that she tarnishes the Quartermaine name by flaunting her body in that dress. Courtney tells Edward off and accuses him of having it in for her and Sonny because they are the only two people who aren't afraid of him. Edward still upsets her with accusing her of being trampy. Edward leaves her alone, but Courtney is haunted again when she hears someone nearby whisper her stage name Daisy and that he is watching her. She accuses the masked man next to her of doing but realizes he is with a date. She takes off and goes home.

When she gets home, the stalker wearing a mask, is inside her place. He attacks her from behind. Courtney fights him off and he chases her. She gets to one of the shelves and finds the gun Jason gave her and shoots the masked man when he comes toward her threateningly. The masked man falls to the floor and appears dead. Courtney freaks and calls for help. A.J gets a note from the club's employees. It is from Courtney, saying she went home because she didn't feel well.

Brenda searches for Jason's gun so she can go after Alcazar and kill him herself. Jason catches her trying to break into gun case. He stops her from getting it. She tells him that it doesn't matter if she kills Alcazar since she is dying soon anyway. They are distracted by the door knock. Jason goes to the door to check to make sure it isn't one of Alcazar's men. They are surprised by trick-or-treaters.

Later, Jason gets a frantic call from Courtney who asks him to come over right away. Jason tells Brenda he has to leave and to be careful about opening the door to trick-or-treaters. He heads to Courtney's and asks her where AJ went. She tells him he is still at the party and that she left a note for him that she came home early. Jason sees Coleman's body on the floor.

He tells her that this death needs to be reported to the police and that it was clearly self-defense even if she used a gun he gave her. She tells him what happened. The phone rings, it is the stalker calling her Daisy and telling her he is watching her. She drops the phone and tells Jason that she killed the wrong man and that was the stalker on the floor. Courtney starts to panic since she killed Coleman, who wasn't her stalker. Jason tells her that she had every right to protect herself against Coleman, who had attacked her.

11/1 Brenda is shocked when she opens the door for Trick or Treaters and finds Alcazar standing there. Alcazar pushes his way in and reminds Brenda that she wanted to spare her loved ones the pain of watching her die from her mother's disease. However, when Sonny's guard arrives, Brenda tells him that she is fine and does not expose that Alcazar is there with her.

AJ arrives at the apartment and is shocked to find Courtney and Jason standing over a bleeding Coleman. Courtney explains that she shot Coleman after Coleman attacked her. AJ guesses that Courtney got the gun from Jason and blasts his brother for giving such a dangerous weapon to his wife. But Jason points out that Courtney was able to protect herself from Coleman's attack with the gun. After AJ calls the ambulance, Jason assures Courtney that Coleman appears to be in stable condition and probably will not die from his wounds.

As Jason and AJ argue about Jason giving Courtney a gun, Taggert arrives. Both Jason and AJ tell Taggert that the mask beside Coleman is the same as the mask worn by the stalker that AJ, Jason and Courtney had encountered before in the Quartermaine apartment. But Courtney shocks AJ and Taggert when she informs Taggert that she received a call from her stalker after she shot Coleman, so Courtney is convinced that Coleman was not her stalker.

Taggert takes Courtney down to the PCPD for a statement about Coleman's attack on her and the subsequent shooting. After Taggert and Courtney leave, AJ accuses Jason of playing on Courtney's fears so that Courtney would become even more dependent upon Jason for protection. AJ accuses Jason of setting Courtney up to shoot anyone even AJ because she was jumping at shadows.

But Jason points out that Courtney's stalker is still out there and that the more time Courtney spends alone with Taggert, the more likely it would be that Courtney would say or do something that might implicate her of some wrong-doing in Coleman's shooting. Jason and AJ leave separately for the PCPD. Jason and Courtney hope Coleman will pull through because they believe that Coleman might be able to give them some answers about Courtney's stalker.

Coleman comes out of surgery, When the nurses leave Coleman alone in the Recovery Room to answer an emergency, Coleman draws a bloody letter A on the Recovery Room window, just as AJ shows up and sees what Coleman is doing and that Coleman is alone.

11/4 As Coleman draws a bloody letter 'A' on the Recovery Room window, AJ arrives, moves Coleman's gurney out of the way, and wipes away the initial. Taggert suddenly arrives and demands to know what AJ is doing in the same room as Coleman.

At the Port Charles Police Department, Courtney apologizes to Jason for always dragging him into her problems and worries because she never told AJ she had a gun. As Courtney signs her statement for Officer Andy, Courtney tells Jason and Andy that she wants to see Coleman in the Hospital. AJ informs Taggert that he believes he has a right to confront his wife's stalker and AJ accuses Taggert of doing nothing when AJ and Courtney came to Taggert, asking for help with the stalker.

As Taggert informs AJ that anything Coleman said to AJ could not be admitted in a court case against Coleman, Jason and Courtney arrive. Courtney is surprised to learn that her husband went to the Hospital, rather than accompanying her to make her statement at the PCPD. AJ tries to get Courtney to leave before Coleman regains consciousness, but an officer suddenly arrives, bringing Taggert a tape recorder they found attached to a timer in an apartment above Jake's.

As Courtney concludes that the call she received from the 'stalker' after she shot Coleman was actually placed by an electronic device, Courtney rages at Coleman for making her life a living hell. However, Coleman regains consciousness long enough to inform Courtney that her stalker was really AJ!

Coleman tells Taggert, Courtney, Jason and AJ that AJ paid Coleman $250,000 to stalk Courtney so that AJ could play the hero for Courtney. But AJ protests that he has no money and drives a forklift for a living! AJ is nervous when it appears that Courtney might believe Coleman and AJ tells Taggert to go ahead and arrest AJ if Taggert believes Coleman's story.

AJ protests that it would take him 20 years to come up with $250,000 on a fork lift operator's salary. Courtney chooses to believe AJ when AJ swears to Courtney that he would never do anything to hurt her. As AJ and Courtney hug, Jason returns to see Coleman and Coleman guesses that Jason believes Coleman. AJ glances up, and, seeing Jason with Coleman, AJ also guesses that Jason believes Coleman. AJ and Courtney leave for home together.

Skye calls Alcazar and tells him they need to meet as soon as possible. Jason reads Brenda the riot act about her behaving stupidly.

Brenda claims she needs a little time to herself because of her brain disease and that she'll be monitored 24/7 when the disease progresses. Jason leaves, and Brenda receives a call from Skye. Skye pretends to apologize and offers to meet her to clear the air. Skye turns to Alcazar and says Brenda's on her way, make it count.

AJ announces that he wants to take Courtney somewhere where no one can find them.

AJ takes Courtney to the Quartermaine cabin and says he has Lila's permission. AJ offers to start a fire. AJ apologizes that he wasn't around for Courtney during the stalker fiasco. He promises to make it up to her. Courtney claims it's ridiculous that he'd ever stalk her, right? AJ turns it around by asking what he would have go gain by stalking Courtney.

He implies that something happened between Courtney and Jason while AJ was gone. AJ declares their marriage over and stomps out. AJ returns looking sheepish. Courtney claims liability for the whole stalker episode. She says she never should have doubted AJ and asks for his forgiveness. He hugs her and says he forgives her.

Alcazar wants Skye to set up a private meeting with Brenda so he has access to her. Brenda shows up and sees Luis. Two of Alcazar's men grab Brenda and forcibly remove her from the club.

Jason visits and tells Coleman he's being indicted as the stalker. Coleman says that AJ is such a sick puppy to stalk his own wife. Coleman wants Jason to flush AJ out due to their mutual interest in Courtney's welfare.

11/6 At the hospital, Coleman tells Jason that Coleman believes that both of them are in love with Courtney. Coleman tells Jason that Coleman planned to expose AJ as Courtney's stalker, but AJ paid him in cash, so Coleman really has no proof. Except for Coleman's fat bank account and the admission that the way Coleman kept being able to get into the Quartermaine apartment, even after Jason changed the locks, was because AJ kept giving Coleman the new key.

Courtney assures AJ that being with him is all the she has ever wanted. AJ surprises Courtney with the news that Dale, a Prep School buddy of AJ's, has helped AJ get a job with his friend's company in Manhattan, but, that, in order to take the job, AJ and Courtney need to move to Manhattan right away. AJ tells Courtney that the job would pay enough for Courtney to quit her job, go to school, do whatever strikes her fancy.

AJ informs Courtney that his friend even owns a spare apartment where they could live until they found a place of their own. As Courtney ponders a decision to leave her new-found father to move to Manhattan, AJ paints a romantic picture of Christmas in Manhattan, reminding Courtney that she would be close enough to visit Port Charles and would also be close enough to visit her mother in Atlantic City. Most of all, AJ visualizes the possibilities of being on their own in Manhattan, away from their meddling families. Courtney agrees to go to New York with AJ.

Skye beats on Jason's door, urgently calling to him that Alcazar has kidnapped Brenda. When Carly steps out into the hall to shut Skye up, Skye runs to Sonny to tell Sonny that Brenda has been kidnapped. Carly tells Sonny that maybe Alcazar would be headed to Paris, since Alcazar had told Carly that he had a private jet waiting to take Brenda to Paris if Carly would cooperate in helping Alcazar to convince Brenda to leave with him. Sonny leaves right away for the airport to prevent Alcazar's jet from taking off.

Meanwhile, on board Alcazar's private jet, Brenda pretends to come on to Alcazar to distract him. Sonny arrives at the airport, pushes past the guard and boards Alcazar's plane, just as Alcazar slaps handcuffs onto Brenda. Alcazar's plane takes off with Alcazar in the cockpit and Sonny slips out of hiding to let Brenda know that he is aboard, but did not bring his gun with him.

As Sonny gets Brenda's handcuffs loose, Alcazar re-emerges from the cockpit and announces that the plane is on auto-pilot and Brenda and Sonny will need Alcazar to land. Alcazar threatens to kill Sonny and Sonny challenges Alcazar to land the plane and go at each other, one-on-one. But the plane suddenly hits unexpected turbulence and Alcazar rushes back to the cockpit. When Alcazar is gone, Sonny informs Brenda that he believes Alcazar took off before the plane had finished refueling.

At that moment, the plane begins to rock and Alcazar orders Brenda to put on her seat belt.

She sneaks aboard the plane Jason charted. Jason isn't too happy with her but realizes it is too late to stop her from accompanying him. Jason tries to reassure her that Sonny doesn't love Brenda anymore and that what he has with Carly is the right thing and he won't give it up for Brenda.

Carly wonders if Brenda would finally be happy if Sonny ends up dead from Brenda's latest escapade. Carly agrees with a smile, but chokes on the first shot. Carly shoots the bull with Creed while they do a second and third shot.

Jason suggests that she contact Sonny and give him a second chance at being a real brother to her now that she realizes that he wasn't lying about AJ She agrees to think about it. She is disappointed when Jason tells her that he has to go to Europe to bring Brenda back there now that her illness seems to be getting worse.

Courtney uses the pay phone at Kelly's to call Sonny. She gets his voice mail and leaves a message about how she may be filing for divorce from AJ and asks him to call her back if he wants.

AJ comes into Kelly's and overhears her mention divorce on the phone. He asks her hold off on filing for divorce and asks her for another chance to prove to her that he can be the man she fell in love with. Courtney has no interest in forgiving him so soon and tells him that she wants to give Sonny a chance now.

AJ vows that he can change and that he doesn't want to lose her.

Brenda asks Jason to bring her back to Europe after she starts to get some really bad headaches. She tells him that the doctor said that these bad headaches are a symptom of her disease and that eventually she will start getting seizures. Jason becomes concerned about her and makes her lay down on the couch while he calls for help.

He calls the Quartermaine residence. Alan answers the phone. Jason asks for Monica. Alan informs him that she is in surgery. He asks Jason if he is okay. Jason tells him about Brenda's headaches. Alan offers to come over to the penthouse and take a look at her for him. Jason accepts his offer.

Alan shows up and examines Brenda. They fill him in on the plane crash in South America and that Sonny told him that Brenda was unconscious for awhile after the crash. Alan seems to think that she could be suffering from a concussion and with flying and everything that happened, it could explain the bad headaches. He recommends that she go see a neurologist at GH for a more accurate reading on her headaches because of her disease. Brenda agrees to go see someone if they get worse. Jason thanks Alan for coming over and helping them.

Jason asks her to listen to him this time and stay home and rest. Brenda reluctantly agrees even though she is preoccupied with getting Alcazar out of her life for good. Jason promises that he will take her some place where Alcazar won't find her. Jason leaves to go make travel arrangements for them. Brenda waits until he leaves the penthouse. She goes into the closet and gets his gun case and breaks into it. She steals Jason's gun to use on Alcazar and leaves.

A maid at the Port Charles Hotel finds Alcazar tied up in a chair in his hotel room. She screams and calls the police when she sees him there all bruised up with tape on his mouth. She calls the police who rush over to investigate. Alcazar refuses to press charges against anyone and they let it go and leave.

Alcazar goes to GH and runs into Alexis who tries to avoid him. He picks up her glove, she dropped on the floor and hands it to her. She snaps it away from him and tells him it is her sister's glove. Alcazar stops her from getting on the elevator and tells her that he was not convicted of killing Kristina and she better have real evidence if she ever thinks she can convict him of it.

Alexis informs him that she will do everything in her power to make him pay for killing her sister even if it means killing him herself. He tells her that her sister's death is of no consequence to him now or even then. Jason comes off the elevator and throws Alcazar against the wall, demanding to know where he took Brenda now.

Jax arrived at Jason's after returning from the plane crash site himself. He knocked on the door for Brenda to answer. Jason had shown up and told him to stop knocking and wake up Brenda. They go inside and find a note from Brenda telling them she is going after Alcazar herself. Jason gets a bad feeling about this and looks in his gun case to find his gun missing.

11/15 At Kelly's, AJ pleads with Courtney to give him a little time to prove that he truly loves her before she files for divorce. However, when AJ tries to tell Courtney that AJ believes that the stalking incident escalated only because AJ could see Courtney turning to Jason for help immediately without a single thought of looking for help elsewhere.

Courtney slams AJ for trying to make it sound like the whole stalking incident was Courtney's fault. AJ then tries to suggests that he and Courtney could try to reclaim the feelings they had for each other during the early days of their courtship, when Courtney was hiding out from Sonny in AJ's Hotel Suite.

AJ asks Courtney if she would go out on a date with him, but Courtney replies, 'You do not even realize how bad you hurt me, how scared I was! I shot a man because of you, AJ!' AJ replies "Jason gave you that gun! Courtney, can't you see? He has hurt you as much as me, if not more!' AJ suggests that they both take some time to think things over and Courtney hesitantly agrees.

Later, Courtney runs into Jason on the dock, but they are soon joined by AJ, who says that he is not surprised to find the two of them together.

Jason finds Alcazar and demands to know where Brenda is, but Alcazar pleads ignorance. Alexis pulls Jason away from Alcazar. When Jason leaves, Alexis again accuses Alcazar of being responsible for the death of Alexis' sister, Kristina, but Alcazar refuses to accept responsibility and walks away.

Jason calls Sonny to report to Sonny that Brenda is with Jax at Lily's grave and that Brenda is not dying. Sonny confirms that Sonny and Carly have already learned that Alcazar bribed Brenda's doctors to lie about her illness. Sonny agrees to meet Jason on the dock.

When Sonny meets with Jason, Jason reports that Brenda had apparently learned that she was not really ill when she was with Jax. After Sonny leaves Jason, Sonny goes to Lily's grave, where Sonny apologizes to Lily for not bringing any flowers lately and Sonny remembers that loving Brenda nearly destroyed his life once. Sonny vows that he will not make that same mistake twice.

11/18 AJ runs into Jason and Courtney on the docks and AJ accuses Jason of having always intended to seduce AJ's wife. When Jason tells AJ that Jason believes that AJ is sick, AJ suddenly hits Jason but Jason quickly pins AJ against the wall in a choke hold, threatening to make AJ pay dearly. But Courtney begs Jason not to hurt AJ.

After Jason turns loose of AJ and leaves the docks, at Courtney's request, AJ confesses to Courtney that AJ deliberately provoked Jason to attack him so Courtney could get a good look at the cold ruthlessness of Jason when Jason is attacking someone. But Courtney tells AJ that she is tired of hearing AJ claim that Jason is the root of ALL of AJ's problems.

AJ accuses Courtney of having had a secret yearning for Jason all along and AJ suggests that maybe Courtney should just go ahead and crawl into bed with Jason now. 'I just might,' Courtney retorts, as she storms away.

Jason informs Sonny about his run-in with AJ and informs Sonny that, when Jason last saw Courtney, Courtney was on the pier, trying to straighten AJ out. Sonny leaves to confront AJ. Carly teases Jason about being seriously interested in Courtney, just as Courtney arrives to see Jason. Courtney overhears Carly insisting that Jason likes Courtney.

11/19 Carly challenges Jason on his feelings for Courtney, then Courtney steps off the elevator and Carly departs. Courtney says she's there to throw herself at Jason. Courtney tells Jason that AJ told her he thought Courtney enjoyed being stalked, so she was there to throw herself at Jason. Jason reassures her that they both know what happened, she was being stalked, they like each other, and that's as far as it goes. He then tells her that his marriage is no more because Brenda isn't dying. Jason explains that they didn't even like each other and he married her out of pity for the disease she was supposed to have.

After Courtney leaves, Jason goes to Carly's and asks her to pack Brenda's belongings. Brenda arrives to find her belongings packed and in the hall. Carly tells her she packed Brenda's stuff, no need for thanks, just go away. Jason tells her he'll file papers for their divorce or annulment tomorrow morning, since she's with Jax already. Jason says all he cares about is that Brenda is out of his place. Sonny returns and needs to talk business with Jason. Carly leaves. Sonny tells Jason that if Alcazar turns up dead, Taggert said Sonny is the prime suspect. Jason says there are other ways to get rid of Alcazar, and Sonny says its time to use them.

11/20 Courtney meets Carly and Michael in the Park and Carly offers to let Courtney babysit Michael so Courtney can get acquainted with her nephew. Carly and Courtney have a heart-to-heart about Jason and Carly admits that, while Carly believes that Courtney would be a better match for Jason than Elizabeth Webber would, Carly also confesses to Courtney that Carly knows that Sonny would not be happy if Sonny's sister became romantically involved with someone as tied to a dangerous lifestyle as Jason is.

While Carly and Courtney are talking in the park, Carly suddenly hears a strolling guitar player who plays a familiar tune. Carly and Jason's former cell mate in Venezuela is released and his personal possessions are returned to him. As soon as he is released, he cleans up and shaves, then boards a private jet. While on board the jet, he checks out his gun to make sure it is in perfect working order.

While Courtney is babysitting Michael in the Park, AJ suddenly arrives and tries to talk to Courtney. AJ again tries to apologize to Courtney, but Courtney angrily decides she does not want to listen to anything AJ has to say and gets ready to leave with Michael. However, as Courtney is preparing to leave with Michael, Jason suddenly arrives.

Courtney tries to explain that it is not what it looks like, Carly left Michael with Courtney and AJ just happened to walk through the park. Jason angrily warns Courtney that it can not happen again ever! AJ bristles at Jason's angry tone with Courtney and warns his brother not to take Jason's hatred of AJ out on Courtney. Jason accuses AJ of trying to use Courtney to get at Michael and AJ storms away in disgust. After AJ leaves, Courtney asks Jason if Jason believes that AJ married Courtney just to get Michael back and Jason confirms Courtney's suspicions. Courtney breaks down in tears and cries on Jason's shoulder.

11/21 Sonny informed Jason that Alcazar may show up to Brenda's party considering how obsessed he is in getting Brenda back. He gives Jason orders to follow Alcazar to the party and make his move.

Jason shows up and throws something at Alcazar's limo to get the driver's attention. The driver comes out of the limo to investigate one of the front tires. Jason comes up from behind him and uses chloroform to knock him out. He drags his unconscious body to the bushes and steals his hat to wear. He gets inside the limo to disguise himself as the driver and wait for Alcazar.

Alcazar shows up outside and gets into the limo. He orders Jason to take him back to his hotel immediately. Skye gets into the back of the limo and tells Alcazar she is coming with him to the hotel. Alcazar doesn't stop her and tells Jason to take them both to the hotel. Jason realizes who is in the limo and curses but does what he says, with his gun next to him. As they drive off, AJ watches the limo take off with a curious look on his face.

Rick shows up at Luke's club and sits at the bar observing Carly, Sonny, and Jason who joined them earlier for a drink before heading off to follow Alcazar. The man continued to watch them all evening.

Jason approached Liz at her table while she was sitting with Lucky. He told her that Brenda was no longer sick or dying from a disease and that their marriage will be dissolved soon. Liz tells Jason that she doesn't think it would work out between them anyway and that she really doesn't want to hear about his life anymore. Jason accepts what she says but is hurt by her words and heads back to his table.

11/22 At Kelly's, Elizabeth arrives for work and confides in Courtney that Luke's psychiatrist believes that Luke is getting worse. Then Liz confesses that Liz ran into Jason at Luke's Place earlier and Jason tried to explain that his marriage to Brenda will soon be ending because Brenda is not dying after all, but Liz still backed away from a potential relationship with Jason because Liz believed that Jason's 'work' was too dangerous for Liz to ever be able to accept.

As Skye and Alcazar hit the sheets in Alcazar's Penthouse Suite at the Port Charles Hotel, Jason silently slips unnoticed in to the command center for the surveillance cameras of the Hotel, chloroforms the night watchman, and shuts off the video camera trained on Alcazar's floor.

AJ goes into the kitchen to try to speak with Courtney, Sonny calls Jason and tells Jason that, since AJ is suspicious about something going down, they need to postpone the hit on Alcazar. AJ tries again to apologize to Courtney, but Courtney just accuses AJ of using her to get to Michael.

As Jason prepares to leave the Port Charles Hotel, he glances up and notices that, on one of the monitors, Jason can see Brenda headed toward Alcazar's suite. Jason starts up the stairway to intercept Brenda.

Meanwhile, Rick passes in the street below Alcazar's Penthouse Suite. Jason races up the stairs to try to prevent Brenda from entering Alcazar's Penthouse, Jax enters the building through the Lobby when a celebrating couple leaves for a party. Brenda's loud knocking on Alcazar's door wakes Alcazar but not Skye.

When Alcazar lets Brenda in, Alcazar tells Brenda that he will never let her be happy with anyone else and Luis promises that either Alcazar will kill Jax or Jax will go to prison for killing Alcazar but, either way, Brenda will lose! When Alcazar tries to kiss Brenda, she struggles with him and loses her bracelet in the struggle. Then she runs out the door. As Brenda bumps into a dinner cart in the hallway, she discovers a steak knife, and picks it up, staring at it. Skye is wakened by the sound of Luis and Brenda arguing in the next room, and woozily tries to get out of bed and struggles toward the door.

In the meantime, Jason and Jax both rush up different flights of stairs in an effort to intercept Brenda before Brenda gets to Luis.

Alcazar goes out on the balcony, then turns when he hears someone behind him. Alcazar recognizes the person who is moving toward the balcony and asks in an irritated tone of voice: "Now what?" In the next moment, Alcazar free-falls fourteen floors, hurtling onto the hood of a car below.

11/25 As Brenda flees from Alcazar's Penthouse apartment, Jason finds her in the hallway and demands to know if Alcazar is dead and Brenda admits that she did hurt the arms dealer. Jason hustles Brenda out of the building.

Jax stares down from Alcazar's balcony and sees Alcazar's body, sprawled on the hood of a car fourteen stories below. As Jax leaves, he spots Brenda's bracelet and pockets it. Carly and Sonny's former cell mate from Venezuela passes in the alley below and spots Alcazar's body plastered on the hood of the parked car.

Skye leaves Alcazar's bedroom, hastily gathers up her belongings and totters toward the apartment door, to flee the Penthouse. Down below, Alexis spots Alcazar's lifeless body and begins to scream.

At Kelly's, as AJ tries to apologize to Courtney, Courtney demands to know the truth about AJ's plan to get Michael back by offering to trade Courtney to Sonny for Michael but AJ protests that, as far as AJ was concerned their marriage was real and AJ still loves Courtney.

AJ tells Courtney that who Courtney does not know is Jason and that she needs to open up her eyes and see Jason for what he really is, a killer. AJ informs Courtney that Jason is going to kill someone that very night for Sonny. When Courtney refuses to believe what AJ is saying, AJ tells Courtney that she is willing to grasp at any reason that will give her an excuse to throw herself at Jason. Sonny receives a call from Jason, reporting that there have been complications and that Jason will meet Sonny at home.

As Rick watches the police swarm over the scene of Alcazar's death, Alexis admits to Taggert and Scott that Alcazar left Alexis alone in the snow when Alexis went into labor and Alexis planned to confront Alcazar and try to frighten him in to leaving Port Charles by informing him that someone would try to kill him.

Taggert and Scott wonder if Alexis would be saying that because she had heard Sonny threaten Alcazar but Alexis denies having ever heard Sonny say anything of the sort. After Alexis leaves, Scott tells Taggert, "Well, I don't care if the autopsy report says he was killed by a pack of wolves! You and I both know what happened up there. Sonny and Jason are going down!'

Back at Kelly's, AJ challenges Courtney to ask Jason for the truth about his 'profession." AJ asks, "Courtney, have you ever asked yourself why Jason carries a gun? Why he is so comfortable with one? Now, you serve a lot of honest, hard-working men and women who come in here every day. Do they carry guns?

Why is everyone afraid of Jason? Now, if you are positve he is so honest, why don't you ask him? Why don't you ask him for the truth? Ask him if he kills people. For your brother, by the way! I have made a lot of mistakes, big mistakes. But I have never killed anyone! So, now, you are willing to trade in an imperfect husband for a contract killer?” Courtney tells AJ that she can no longer believe anything AJ tells her. AJ tells Courtney that he hopes she hears the truth from someone and soon. Then AJ leaves.

After AJ is gone, one of the customers asks Courtney to switch on the TV news to get the sports scores and, when Courtney turns on the news, she hears the announcement that Alcazar is dead and the police believe it is because Alcazar ran afoul of local crime boss, Michael 'Sonny' Corinthos! Rick enters Kelly's in time to hear the news announcement.

Jason and Brenda return to Jason's Penthouse and Brenda admits that she tried to kill Alcazar when he grabbed her.

Sonny finds Jason and Brenda together and asks Jason for a report of the night's events. Brenda confesses to Sonny and Jason that she grabbed a steak knife from a serving cart and returned to confront Alcazar in his Penthouse and she intended to kill him, but did not succeed. Brenda admits that she slashed Alcazar's hand with the steak knife and he was cut but still alive when she left the second time.

AJ visits Alcazar's Penthouse crime scene and finds Scott and Taggert investigating. Scott warns AJ against coming in to the room because, if Jason had been at the crime scene, the addition of AJ's DNA might confuse the issue. AJ informs Scott and Taggert that Alcazar crashed the party at the Quartermaine Mansion earlier in the evening and AJ went outside just as Alcazar's limousine drove away.

AJ got a good look at the limousine driver and recognized Jason! Taggert asks if AJ has anyone who could back up his statement that Jason was driving Alcazar's limousine, but AJ does not mention that he also saw Skye enter the limousine and leave with Alcazar.

Brenda admits to Sonny and Jason that, while she stabbed Alcazar, it was only a small cut on his hand. Brenda admits, however, that she did throw the knife down inside the Penthouse and that she does not remember if she was wearing gloves or not. Brenda pleads with Sonny and Jason to let her return to the cottage before Jax wakes up. Sonny instructs Brenda to tell no one that she saw Alcazar that evening, not even Jax. Jason leaves to take Brenda to the cottage, and Carly leaves the penthouse long enough to notice Sonny saying good-bye to Jason and Brenda as they take the elevator down.

Sonny returns to his Penthouse with Carly and they listen to the news about Alcazar's murder together. Then Carly tells Sonny that she believes that Brenda killed Alcazar and that Sonny and Jason are covering for her.

As Courtney waits on Rick, AJ arrives and informs Courtney that Luis Alcazar was murdered by Jason and that the police know. Courtney angrily retorts that she would not put it past AJ to murder Alcazar himself in the hope that Jason would go to prison for the crime.

Jason suddenly arrives and AJ challenges Courtney to ask Jason for the truth. When Courtney bluntly asks Jason if Jason did kill Luis Alcazar, Scott and Taggert arrive and ask Jason the same question.

11/26 Taggert and Scott are arresting Jason. Jason says he isn't going to say anything without a lawyer. Taggert claims to have the evidence to put Jason away. AJ is leering in the background.

Skye is outside watching Jason being taken away, when AJ comes out and tells Skye that Jason was arrested for Alcazar's murder. AJ tells Skye he saw her in the back seat of Alcazar's limo. Skye wants to know if anyone else knows. Skye says she wanted to know what Alcazar's plans were and says she passed out and she doesn't remember much. She doesn't think she killed him. AJ thinks Jason did, since Jason was masquerading as the limo driver. AJ wants Skye to tell the police that she saw Jason kill Alcazar. AJ needles Skye into framing Jason claiming she saw things she didn't see. AJ then goes inside to pester Courtney again.

Courtney says Jason is innocent. Mac shows up and tells AJ he needs a formal statement about AJ seeing Jason in Alcazar's limo. When Mac leaves, Courtney tells AJ he's a creep for turning in his own brother. She is furious with AJ and tells him he's a hypocrite. AJ says Jason is a common thug like Sonny, and Courtney slaps him hard and tells him she knows AJ's track record, so he's fooling no one. She's done with AJ. Courtney doesn't want to see his face or hear his voice again.

At the PCPD, Scott tells Jason he's about to star in his own lineup. Alcazar's chauffeur (who was chloroformed) is asked to identify Jason out of a lineup. The hotel guard is asked the same question, but he says he was hit from behind and saw nothing.

Scott brings in a maid from the hotel who was on the 14th floor and questions her. She tells him she can't remember who she saw on the 14th floor, there are so many people in the hotel. She then points to #3 (Jason) and says she's certain she saw him go out through the stairs. Scott claims victory while Taggert says they don't have a witness that says Jason did anything.

Sonny and Carly arrive at PCPD, and Scott does his blowhard routine about sending Jason to prison. Skye arrives and tells Taggert that she was in Alcazar's bedroom the night he was murdered. Skye says she knows who the murdered is. Scott tells Sonny that Jason is going to jail for a crime Sonny ordered, and Sonny tells Scott Jason is going nowhere.

Carly browbeats Jason into not taking the rap for Brenda. Mac comes in and makes Carly leave. Carly asks how far he's going to go to protect Brenda. Taggert tells Scott that Skye witnessed the murder. Scott says "you saw Jason Morgan do it", and Skye says Jason's wife (Brenda) did it, not Jason.

11/27 As Courtney arrives for work at Kelly's with a copy of the morning news trumpeting Jason's arrest for Alcazar's murder, Courtney confides in Elizabeth that Courtney believes that AJ is trying to frame Jason by falsely claiming that AJ saw Jason driving Alcazar's limousine away from the Quartermaine Mansion. Courtney is surprised when Elizabeth reminds Courtney that Jason does carry out Sonny's orders.

Elizabeth points out that AJ has had no dealings of any kind with Alcazar as far as anyone knows.

At the PCPD, Scott and Taggert tell Jason that Jason's sister, Skye, was at Alcazar's Penthouse the evening of the murder and she heard Brenda and Alcazar arguing in the next room. Scott and Taggert theorize that Sonny ordered a hit on Alcazar and Jason went to carry out Sonny's orders.

Jason chloroformed Alcazar's chauffeur and planned to drive Alcazar to a lonely place, kill him and dump the body. Then Skye jumped into the limousine with Alcazar, so Jason shifted to Plan B. After driving Skye and Alcazar to the Port Charles Hotel, Jason gave them a few minutes to get upstairs.

Then Jason chloroformed the PC Hotel's Night Watchman and disabled the surveillance cameras. But when Jason got to Alcazar's Penthouse, Brenda had already killed Alcazar and Jason hustled Brenda out of the Penthouse. But, when Jason went back to cover his tracks, he was spotted by the maid and Alcazar's body had already been discovered, so Jason split. Jason refuses to answer any of Scott's speculations.

Back at Kelly's, as Courtney continues to try to convince Elizabeth that AJ is lying about Jason's involvement with Alcazar's murder and asserts that Courtney is positive that Jason would have no motive for killing Alcazar, Elizabeth cautions Courtney to not be so positive about all of that. Liz continues, "I am not saying this to hurt your feelings. But you need to be realistic. Ask yourself IF your brother had a reason to get rid of Alcazar. If he did, all he had to do was ask Jason to take care of it. That is all the motive Jason needs!'

Back at the PCPD, as Taggert goes to check on the forensics report on the knife found at Alcazar's Penthouse, Scott suggests that Jason cop a plea and save his wife from a prison sentence. Scott informs Jason that Scott would be willing to consider it a crime of passion and let Jason and/or Brenda plead self defense. But Jason remains mum.

Brenda arrives at the Penthouse and demands to know why Jason is being charged with Alcazar's murder. Carly angrily informs Brenda that it is because Sonny is going to let Jason take the fall for Brenda's crime. As Brenda and Carly argue about Alcazar's murder, Carly asks if Brenda or Jax killed Alcazar.

Carly implores Brenda to tell the police what Brenda knows about Alcazar's death in order to free Jason. As Brenda tries to storm out of the room, Carly tries to stop Brenda from leaving, Brenda pushes Carly away. Carly points out that Brenda is strong enough to be the one who pushed Alcazar over the balcony and to his death.

Courtney arrives at Sonny's Penthouse to ask Carly if Carly knows yet that Jason is being held for Alcazar's murder. When Courtney shares with Carly her theory that AJ has falsely stated to the police that AJ saw Jason driving away from the Quartermaine Mansion in Alcazar's limousine because AJ is jealous of Jason and is trying to frame his brother, Carly replies, "Okay, AJ is a screw-up. He couldn't frame a picture, let alone his own brother!' Carly suggests that Courtney could help get Jason out of jail. When Courtney wonders why Sonny would not be the one arranging to get Jason out of jail, Carly shocks Courtney by suggesting that Sonny might ask Jason to take the fall for Brenda!

When Courtney is shocked to learn that her brother would be willing to sacrifice Jason to a prison sentence for a crime Jason did not commit, Carly implores Courtney to appeal to Sonny to get Jason off the hook. Carly warns Courtney that if Sonny asks Jason to take the fall for Brenda, Jason will do just that!

At the PCPD, Taggert and Scott announce to Jason that he is being released. Courtney returns to Kelly's and is happy to see that Jason has been released.

Later, Scott and Taggert produce the steak knife found in Alcazar's penthouse and ask Brenda if she has ever seen that knife before. Then Taggert and Scott inform Brenda that they have an eye witness, putting Brenda at the scene of the crime just moments before Alcazar took a flying leap.

11/28 Courtney experiences a series of strange dreams, which are all vaguely similar in the sense that she keeps reliving the same day over and over again with a few different twists. In each dream, Courtney anticipates kissing Jason but always ends up sharing a kiss with someone else. After growing weary of the repetition, Courtney goes on a preemptive strike to end the outcome of her day. Courtney finally gets to kiss Jason in her final dream. But as it turns out, all the dreams were actually part of another dream, Jason's dream.

DVD #19C 12/2 As Jax waits impatiently at the airport for Brenda, a uniformed police officer arrives and informs Jax that he is wanted at the District Attorney's office for questioning about the death of Luis Alcazar.

At the Port Charles Police Department, Scott tells Brenda that she can plead self-defense if she will just say that, after Brenda killed Alcazar, Jason arrived on the scene and would not let her call 911!

Sonny is at the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, asking Alexis for legal referrals for Brenda's case, when an alarm goes off for Kristina.

As Kristina is rushed out for emergency care, Alexis becomes hysterical and blames Sonny for Kristina's sudden turn for the worst. Ned arrives, finds Alexis hysterical and orders Sonny to leave.

Outside Kelly's, when Courtney tells Jason that she believes that AJ blew the whistle on Jason because AJ was jealous of Jason's relationship with Courtney, Jason assures Courtney that the police would have got around to arresting Jason sooner or later and that Courtney had nothing to do with it.

When Courtney asks why Jason would be willing to go to prison for a crime he did not commit, just to protect Brenda because Sonny wanted Brenda protected, Jason replies by telling Courtney some of the details of his life after his accident, when he did not remember any one who had been close to him.

Jason tells Courtney that Sonny offered Jason friendship without judging him following the accident and Jason would do whatever Sonny asked Jason to do in gratitude for that one action. As Jason and Courtney talk, Jason receives a call from Sonny, who informs Jason that Brenda has been arrested and that Sonny wants to stay clear of the Police. So Jason heads to the PCPD to help extricate Jason's wife from Police clutches.

As Scott badgers Brenda about her hatred of Alcazar, Brenda reacts violently and almost attacks Scott. Scott points out that Brenda's reaction is proof enough that Brenda had the strength to send Alcazar hurtling to his death. Scott finally takes time to see Jax. Jax informs Baldwin that Jax was with Brenda at the cottage all night the night of Alcazar's death. But Scott informs Jax that both forensics and an eye-witness can put Brenda inside Alcazar's Penthouse on the night of the arms dealer's death. Jax is shocked to learn that Skye is Scott's eye-witness!

Meanwhile, Taggert plays 'good cop' with Brenda and tries to convince Brenda that there are judges and juries who would sympathize with her if she pleads self defense. But Jason bursts in and accuses Taggert of violating Brenda's rights because Brenda asked to see a lawyer but the Police had not yet allowed Brenda to try to find an attorney. Jason accuses Taggert of trying to railroad Brenda and announces that Jason will not allow that to happen.

Taggert informs Jason that they have Brenda's fingerprints on the murder weapon. Taggert informs Jason that it looks like Jason arrived at the Port Charles Hotel, intending to kill Alcazar, but Brenda beat Jason to it and Jason removed Brenda from the scene. When Jason demands to speak to Brenda alone, Taggert warns Jason that Brenda is not a professional and does not kill people for a living the way that Jason does.

So, Taggert prophesies, if Brenda did kill Alcazar, the guilt will soon eat her up. When they are alone, Brenda confides to Jason that she has told the police nothing and Jason advises Brenda to continue to refuse to speak to the police. Jason tries to convince Brenda that they both need to trust each other enough to tell the other the truth. Jason admits to Brenda that Jason was at the Port Charles Hotel with the specific intent of killing Alcazar.

Brenda finally admits to Jason that Jax was at the Penthouse. When Brenda admits that Jax was at the Penthouse and removed Brenda's bracelet in order to protect Brenda, Jason suggests that it was Jax who killed Alcazar and that is the reason that Jax was so eager to leave the country with Brenda. However, Brenda informs her husband that Brenda will confess to Alcazar's murder and claim that Jason helped her rather than let Jax take the rap.

Scott tells Taggert that Scott hopes that Jason and Brenda do not cooperate with the police because that will make it easier for Scott to get convictions for Murder One! As Jason and Brenda talk, Jason suddenly announces to Brenda that Jason knows who did kill Alcazar.

12/3 Jason barges in and accuses Skye of lying. He accuses Skye of killing Alcazar. Brenda is upset to find out that Skye was in Al's room and heard everything that went on that night. Jason is still coaching Brenda not to say anything to anyone.

Scott goes into the room to talk to Brenda. He whips up a "self-defense" motive to loosen Brenda up. He wants Brenda to testify against Sonny/ Jax. If she does, he'll make sure all she gets is community service and involuntary manslaughter. Brenda claims to Scott that she only cut Alcazar, but didn't kill him. Scott tells her that she just confessed to killing Alcazar. Brenda throws the chair across the Questioning Room. Sonny arrives and Brenda tells him that Scott tried to get her to testify against her, and that she told Scott everything and he got it on tape.

Scott has a report that says that Alcazar had sex an hour before he died. AJ shows up and tells Scott that Jason was in the limo so he killed Alcazar. Scott tells AJ that Skye claims she was there and Brenda killed Alcazar. Scott thinks that Skye did more than drink and pass-out that night that there was hanky panky. Scott thinks maybe Skye could have killed Alcazar and is trying to frame Brenda (but Brenda's prints are on the knife). Scott says he wants Sonny, Jason and Brenda in jail.

Jason says that Skye is a liar and that she has a grudge against Brenda. Scott dismisses it as a failed murder attempt by Jason with Brenda being in the way. Taggert tells Scott that they don't have one credible witness against Brenda, and aside from the prints on the knife, not one piece of forensic evidence.

Carly arrives at the PCPD and sees Sonny and Brenda in the questioning room together. Scott goads Carly about them being together. Sonny still doesn't believe Brenda killed Alcazar. He thinks the police believe Brenda killed Al and that Jason was an accomplice. Carly wants to know why, when Jason was arrested, he was on his own, but now that Brenda is arrested, Jason and Sonny are leaping to her defense. Jason shows up and Carly tells him she doesn't want him to take the rap for Brenda.

Sonny wants Jason to tell him exactly what happened that night. Jason recounts the events. Jason says that Brenda told him Jax was at Alcazar's that night and that he picked up the bracelet that Brenda dropped. Sonny tells Jason to try to calm Carly down that Carly is convinced that Sonny is going to order Jason to take the fall for Brenda.

12/4 At Kelly's, Liz tells Carly about Ric's file. Carly sees Ric leaving Kelly's, and stops Ric to quiz him about the file. Ric claims that the file was research that he used to produce a five-year plan for Sonny's business, which Ric planned to drop off at Sonny's Penthouse, to go along with the resume that Ric left earlier.

Ric shows Carly the five-year plan to prove his point. Carly warns Ric that if he plans any false moves against Sonny, Ric will end up at the bottom of the river. As Carly turns to leave, she slips on the ice and Ric offers to help her get home.

Sonny assures Brenda that he will get her off the hook, but she needs to stay strong. Brenda admits to Sonny that she tried to set Scott straight about what really happened the night that Luis Alcazar died, and that Scott taped Brenda's statement and is probably planning to twist the information to convict Brenda, Jason and Sonny. Sonny again reassures Brenda not to worry.

Scott makes sure that Carly sees Brenda and Sonny with their heads together and urges Carly to get Brenda out of Carly's marriage by confiding to Scott whatever dirt Carly knows about Brenda. Pretending to be about to divulge a hot, inside tip, Carly whispers that Sonny and Jason know for a fact that Brenda did not kill Alcazar.

Scott suggests that if Sonny and Jason are that positive that Brenda did not kill Alcazar, perhaps it is because Sonny and Jason already know who did kill Alcazar. Carly whispers that Sonny and Jason believe that Scott killed Alcazar because Alcazar humiliated Scott in court!

Jason arrives at the Lake House and informs Skye that he believes that it was she who killed Alcazar. If Skye had just said nothing no one would have had to take the fall for Alcazar's death.

When Skye refuses to change the testimony she has given to the police, Jason reminds Skye that Sonny has the resources to manufacture any kind of evidence Sonny wants, including evidence that would implicate Skye. Reminding his sister that she means nothing to him, Jason warns Skye that Sonny could even produce eye-witnesses who would swear that they saw Skye shove Alcazar off the balcony.

Sonny and Jason meet on the docks and Sonny informs Jason that Scott has already tricked Brenda into making an unofficial statement, which Scott taped. Jason warns Sonny to stay away from Brenda, because the Police are keeping a record of Brenda's visitors.

As Brenda's husband, Jason is an acceptable visitor, but too many visits from Sonny could enable the Prosecution to claim that Sonny, Jason and Brenda conspired together to kill Alcazar. Courtney and overhears Sonny and Jason talking but, when Jason later asks what she overheard, Courtney claims that she actually heard nothing, she just noticed that they were talking. Jason walks Courtney home and Courtney invites Jason to have dinner with her the following evening.

Unnerved by Jason's visit, Skye arrives at PCPD and admits to Scott that she just remembered that she had had sex with Alcazar on the night that he died. Skye tries to cover by telling Scott that, sometimes, when Skye drinks too much, she forgets some things and does not remember them until much later. Scott assures Skye that the issue of Alcazar's bedroom gymnastics will never come up in court.

When Skye worries about Sonny and/or Jason manufacturing evidence to implicate Skye, Scott reminds his nervous witness that two can play that game! When Skye worries about reports that have already been made which document Alcazar's sexual experience, Scott reminds Skye that documents turn up missing at the PCPD all the time even important documents!

Sonny is angry when he returns to the Penthouse and finds Carly on the couch with her ankle propped up and Rick in the Penthouse! Carly explains that Ric helped her home after she slipped on the ice, but Sonny remains angry. Sonny shoves some money at Ric to pay for helping his wife home, but Ric turns the money down, telling Sonny that he will wait until he earns it before accepting money from Sonny.

After Sonny orders Ric to get out of his home, Carly gives Sonny Ric's five-year plan for Sonny's businesses and admits that it looks pretty good to her. But Sonny says that there is something not right about Ric and that Ric is too good to be true and Sonny burns the plan in the fireplace. Later that night, Ric awakens from a nightmare about an explosion.

As Skye leaves the PCPD, she runs in to Brenda, in prison denim and headed to lock-up. Skye smugly informs Brenda that Brenda will be going to prison for life and she deserves everything that is going to happen to her! After Skye leaves, Brenda says, "I'll see about that!'
