Early Courtney #1 and Early Courtney #2

Early Courtney #1  December 20, 2001 - March 12, 2002 - 8 hrs
I included every Courtney scene during this time frame. I also included a lot of AJ as we see him scheming with Skye behind Courtney's back. Initially AJ had a lot of scenes with Skye about her scheming to get Jax back and I didn't include that storyline but once AJ became involved with Courtney most of his scenes from that time are are included. This edit covers Courtney's arrival, reuniting with her father, meeting Mike, and falling into AJ's web of deceit. This is my original 8 hr edit from my original episodes. 
     This edit begins just before Courtney arrives. Janine goes to see Sonny and offers him information on Mike, for a price! Sonny knows Mike is hiding something, but before Mike can tell Sonny the truth about his past with Janine, Courtney arrives in town. Zander finds her on the side of the road, realizes her connection to Janine and takes her to Sonny's. When she sees Mike she flies into his arms, thrilled to see her dad. Sonny is stunned to realize that Mike's secret is a daughter! Sonny doesn't deal well with this reveal and shows Courtney his more domineering and controlling side from which she rebels. She winds up going to stay with Alexis. AJ puts into his motion his plot to win Courtney's affection (his plan to ultimately use her feelings towards him to force Sonny into making a deal with him for Michael). The more time Courtney spends with AJ, the more nuts it makes Sonny. The turning point comes after Gia runs a red light and slams into Courtney's car. Sonny's guards try to whisk her away from the scene of the accident but are stopped by the police who arrest her for leaving the scene of an accident. Liz is seriously injured in the accident, and Taggert is all too eager to look at Courtney for driving under the influence, while Gia gets out of being tested. Sonny goes into protective mode, but Courtney feels like he doesn't believe her that the accident wasn't her fault and runs straight to AJ who hides her. AJ plays it very cool, playing the Richard Gere role in Courtney's favorite movie, "Pretty Woman". This is AJ at his smartest and sleeziest. Courtney is eventually cleared, though Gia never faces the consequences as Nik pays off the only witness. Early Courtney #2  March 12 - June 21, 2002 - 8 hour original edit  
This edit begins with AJ and Courtney’s kiss at the Club 101 opening, Zander slugs AJ who milks it by going to the hospital. AJ talks Courtney into running away with him. Sonny, Alexis, Ned, Jax, Skye all track them down and find them in a Carribean hideaway. Sonny walks into their hotel room to find them in bed together and married! AJ tries to bargain Courtney for custody of Michael. Sonny calls his bluff and celebrates their marriage, which leads to AJ starting to drink again. The newlyweds return to PC and move in with the Q’s. Courtney meets Michael, AJ is thrilled when Carly is presumed dead after a car accident. He arranges for a body found to match Carly’s DNA. The town is shocked when Carly shows up at her funeral. Luke is furious when he figures out AJ’s plot. Jason returns and further warns AJ. AJ begins to fall for Courtney, during a big fight with the Q’s they move out. They are happy together for a brief moment in between all the scheming. Edward then cuts AJ off from all Q funds and AJ is charged with embezzlement. He and Courtney are broke, she gets a job at Kelly’s. He is unable to find a job and so lies to her and steals from his family for income. Also included is Jason and Courtney meeting for the first time.   Click here to read the full edit description.
