Monica saw Jean-Claude Van Damme at the set of Marcel's movie. She thinks he's cute, but she's too shy to talk to him. So Rachel went to him and told him that Monica thinks he's cute. Instead of talking to Monica, Van Damme started hitting on Rachel. Rachel went back and Monica said Rachel could go out with him if she wanted, so she did. Monica didn't really like this, so they ended up fighting over him.
