Phoebe Halliwell

Phoebe Halliwell is the adventurous and clever baby sister. She lives in the manor with her two sisters. Since she never knew her mother(her mother died when she was just 2), Phoebe sticks close to her sisters and tries to help out when she can. She doesn't work and never went to college(but is attending it now) so she is compared to Prue frequently, which upsets her. In the begining episodes of Charmed, Phoebe and Prue did not get along. Phoebe moved to the manor after living in New York for a while.
