Patty Halliwell

Patty Halliwell was Prue, Piper and Phoebe's mother. She was married to Victor Halliwell, but soon divorced when the girls were young. She worked as a part time waitress just before her death from a water demon. Just before her death she was in love with her whitelighter, which surprised the girls in the episode "P3 H2O".
