Ryan McPartlin has landed the role of Riley Martin on the brand new WB series "Living With Fran" previously named Shacking Up, which airs April 2005 on the WB on Fridays @ 8:30pm.

SYPNOSIS: After having a nervous breakdown, 25-year-old Josh Reeves (Ben Feldman) is kicked out of medical school and learns that while you can go home again, it may not be the same home you left. Upon his arrival, Josh discovers that his once conservative mother, Fran, (Fran Drescher) has rebounded from divorce and is living with her hunky new love, Riley (Ryan McPartlin) who is six months his junior. His room has been turned into a gym and Duane, a wacky buddy of Riley's, is now living in what used to be Josh's walk-in closet. To top it all off, everyone, including his bratty teenage sister Allison, seems to prefer this new way of life. At Fran's urging, Josh must learn to become a part of his new "family." Because this unusual family is still trying to figure each other out, they are destined to face some highly uncomfortable events, such as an unexpected visit from Riley's parents (guest-stars Marilu Henner, Taxi, and John Schneider, Smallville) and the return of Fran's ex-husband (guest-star Charles Shaughnessy, Ms. Drescher's former co-star on The Nanny). Fran will also meet several of Riley's friends and face their reactions to the relationship. Everywhere they turn, Fran and Riley will have to deal with other people's attitudes and assumptions about their new domestic situation, and it will take all the humor, patience and affection they can manage to make this family work.
