Setting: This takes place after Luis and Sheridan's date at the pool hall.

Chapter 1:
Sheridan walk into her apartment. She had just gotten back from her date with Luis. Luis had taken her to the pool hall and to her amazement, she had a great time. She won the dart game. She had beaten Max, the best of the best. Plus she had helped Beth with her problem at the Book Cafe. Which reminded her that she had to get up earlier tomorrow, so she could get a few businesses to sponser the Kids Story Time at the Book Cafe before she had to go to work at the Youth Center.
She couldn't wait until tomorrow when she could go to the Youth Center so she could see Luis. She was in such a good mood nothing could go wrong.
The Next Morning
Sheridan had gotten 5 business to sponser the Kids Story Time at the Book Cafe. She would have gotten more but she was going to be late for work. She couldn't wait to see Luis this morning.
She was about to open the door to the office when she heard Luis inside talking on the phone.
Luis(on the phone): "Yeah, last night was great. You should have seen the look your face when your found out Sheridan and I were at the pool hall together." ... "yeah Hank, I'm using her to get info on my father disappearance, why else would i go out with her, we have nothing in common.".....
At this point Sheridan stopped listen to Luis' phone conversation. She couldn't believe that Luis would do this to her.
Sheridan(to her self): 'I thought Luis was different from the rest but he is just like them. Father and Julian were right, nobody will ever love me. I have to get out of here.'
Sheridan left the Youth Center and headed back to her cottage.

Chapter 2:
Luis had just gotten off the phone with Hank. He couldn't believe that Hank thought that he was using Sheridan. He would never use her. Actually he could never use her.
Luis(out loud to himself): "I could never use Sheridan. She has had to many people use her. Besides, she means to much to me."
Luis(out loud to himself): "She means to much to me? Did i just say that."
Realizing Sheridan is not at work yet.
"Hey where is Sheridan any way. She is 15 minutes late. She is never this late without letting me know that she will be late."
Luis goes over to the phone and dials Sheridans number. He lets it ring 12 times before hanging up.
Luis(out loud to himself): "She's not home. Something must have happened to her on her way here."
Luis grabs his coat and leave the Youth Center to find Sheridan. He drives the route that Sheridan takes to work every day but does not see her any where. He is now at her cottage.
Luis(out loud to himself): "Maybe something happened to her inside her cottage."
Luis gets out of his car and goes and knocks on her door, not really expecting anyone to answer. As he is about to turn the door handle and enter her cottage, Sheridan answers the door.
Luis(Stuned at seeing Sheridan standing there): "Sheridan! I I I..."
Sheridan(not expected Luis to be standing there): Luis! What are you doing here!"
Luis: "When you didn't show up for work i decided to call you, but when you didn't answer your phone, i decided to go looking for you and i ended up here. I thought maybe something happened to you."
Luis is now standing inside her door and sees her luggage.
Luis: "Luggage? Are planning on going somewhere?"

Chapter 3:
Sheridan had just put her luggage by the door. She was waiting for the taxi to take her to the airport. She was going to go to back to Europe, but not to Paris since it has to many bad memories. No, this time she was going to go to Spain. She had been their before and she had loved it, so she decided that is where she would go now.
There is a knock at the door.
Sheridan: "Finally, my ride is here!"
She opens the door to find Luis standing there.
Luis(Stuned at seeing Sheridan standing there): "Sheridan! I I I..."
Sheridan(not expected Luis to be standing there): Luis! What are you doing here!"
Luis: "When you didn't show up for work i decided to call you, but when you didn't answer your phone, i decided to go looking for you and i ended up here. I thought maybe something happened to you."
Luis is now standing inside her door and sees her luggage.
Luis: "Luggage? Are planning on going somewhere?"
Sheridan(Lying to Luis): "Yeah, just a little trip. I just need some time to myself. I was going to stop by the Youth Center on my way to the airport. I would have been there by now but my ride seems to be late."
Luis(not sure if he should believe what she is saying): "Some time to yourself?"
Sheridan(Still lying) "Yeah, I just need some time to myself. I will be back in a couple of days. I am going to Paris to visit some old friends. You wont even now that i'm gone."
Another knock at the door.
Sheridan: "That must be my ride."
She grabs her luggage and opens the door. Luis follows her.
Sheridan: "I will call you when i return"
Sheridan(to herself): 'He can never find out that i am actually going to spain and that i don't ever plan to come back'
Sheridan drives off in the taxi towards the airport and Luis walks towards his car.

Chapter 4:
Luis started to walk twords his car. He couldn't shake the feeling that
something about what Sheridan had said just didn't seem right. He got this
feeling that she was lyng to him. But what would she be lying to him about.
All that she told him was that she was going to go back to Paris to visit
some old friends for a couple of days. She just needed some time toherself.
He got into his car and was about to leave when he notices Sharidan's
cottage door was left open.
Luis (to himself): she lefted in such a hurry she forgot to shut the door.
Luis got out of his car and walk to her door and was about to close and lock
the door when he noticed that something about her place just didn't seem
right. He decides to go in and check it out. He's not sure what's wrong
but he decides that he will check it out anyways.
He walks into her living room and everythings seems to be ok there. Next he
goes into the kitchen but everying seems normal their as well.
Luis(to himself): Everything is fine. I'm just worring to much. It must
be the cop in me.
Luis heads towards the door when he realizes that he never checked out her
bedroom. As soon as he walks into the bedroom he realizes that something is
worng. He looks around the room but everything seems to be ok.
Luis(to himself): everything seems to look ok. so why do i have this feeling
that something is not right.
He notices that the door leading into the washroom is open. He decides to
check it out. As soon as he enters he notices that it's completly emply.
None of her things are their. It's completely emptly.
Luis(To himself): She said she's only going to be gone for a couple of
days, so why would she have to take everything with her. Their aren't even
any towels here.
Luis then realizes something. He rushes out of the washroom and back into
her bedroom. He first goes to her closet and opens it. It's empty as well.
He then opens the drawers. There is nothing in them either. All of her
things are gone. Their's nothing left
Luis(To himself): She lied to me. She not going to Paris for a couple of
days, she's moving their permantly!!!!

Chapter 5:
Luis rushes out of the bedroom and out the door banging it closed behind
him. He jumps into his car and searches for his keys. He finds them on the
seat beside him and starts his car. He races off of crane property and
heads toward the airport. But before he gets to far he is held up because
of an accident. Normally he would stop and check it since he was a police
officer, but it appears that noone was hurt and he had no time to stop, so
he backs up and decides to take a different route towards the airport.
He's not sure why he feels this way. All he know is that he has to get to
the airport and find sheridan. After he finds her and stops her from going
to Paris he will sort out his feelings. But right now he has no time to
sort out his feelings.
He finally makes it to the airport. After he parks his car and runs into
the airport he looks for a T.V. that has the departure flights. He finds
one and looks for a departure to ParisLuis(confused): "This can't be right?"
He can't believe what he sees so he goes to the information desk for help.
Luis: "When is the next flight to Paris"
Guy at desk: "The paris flight leave 8:00 PM daily"Luis: "only once a day?"
Guy: "Yes sir , only once a day. You still have 8 hours until it leaves"
Luis: "thank you"Guy: "Glad to be of service to you"
Luis (to himself): 'She lied again. She's not going to Paris. But she is
going somewhere. But where?'Luis goes back to the information desk.
Luis: "Can you tell me the flights that are about to leave Harmony."
Guy: "Yes sir, in one moment. Okay, we have a flight leaving to London,
England at gate 2A; a flight to Dallas, Texas at gate 1C, a their are two
flights to Spain...Luis(interupting): Spain? What gates!!
Guy: "The one that leaves gate 2C left at half hour age and 3A should be
boarding passenger right now and ..."
Luis(interupting): "Thank you, you have been a great help."
Luis rushes up the escalator praticully pushing people out of the way. When
he gets to the second floor he flashes his badge to security and rushes
through. He runs along the hall looking for gate 3A. When he finds it he
sees people already starting to board. He looks throught the crowd but
can't see Sheridan. He prays that she hasn't boarded yet. Then he sopts
her, she is about to board the plane. He rushes up to her.Luis: "Sheridan!"
Sheridan(surprised at seeing Luis): "Luis, how did you find me?"
Luis: "Sheridan you can't leave me!!"

Chapter 6:
Luis rushes up to sheridan "Sheridan!"
Sheridan surprised at seeing Luis "Luis! How did you find me?"
Luis "Sheridan you can't leave me!"
Sheridan who doesn't really now what to say "What... How did you find me?"
Luis "That's not important. Sheridan, you mean to much to me. You can't just up and leave like this especially when i have know idea why you are leaving."
Sheridan has a flashback to Luis talking on the phone to Hank about using her.
Sheridan "You want to know why i'm leaving..."
A women interupts her "Miss you better get on the plane. It's about to take off.
Sheridan "I'll tell you this much. I overheard what you said on the phone this morning."
Sheridan then turns around and pratically runs aboard the plane, leaving a confused Luis woundering what she meant by what she said.
The only peaple that he had talk to on the phone this morning was his mother, Hank, Sam.... Then it hit him. She must of overheard what he was saying to Hank. About him using her. That wasn't true. He was only kidding with Hank. But she must have taken it seriously.
Luis relalizes what he has to do. He goes and buys himself a ticket on the next flight out of Harmony to Spain.
Sheridan sat on the airplane wondering what she should do. They had taken off so she decided to listen to her walkman. She didn't like any of the tapes she had broght with her so she decided to listen to the radio. A new song had just started, "It's a heartache" by Anne Murray.

flashback to Sheridan running into Luis' car.

The stewardess walks up to Sheridan and asks if she is alright because she is crying. Sheridan says no. A song she was listening to just got to her. It was a song that she could relate to. The stewardess smiles and leaves. Sheridan (looking out of the airplane window) "I can't believe Luis would do this to me. I really thought he was the one."
