This should be a fairly disappointing hour for everybody. CBS will likely come out on top, NBC second, ABC and Fox fighting for third, with the WB and the UPN falling in behind. Fox's hour is suicide, ABC's will often be preempted, NBC has an unknown drama, while only the UPN, the WB and CBS are going with proven hits.

Expect ABC CBS to come out on top with CBS nipping of its heels. Las Vegas is always solid on NBC, while "Prison Break" could be a solid alternative for fourth. In the battle between the UPN and the WB, I would expect the UPN to come out on top. "Just Legal" just doesn't seem that compatible with "Heaven."
