Chapter 20: Love Making
Sheridan and Luis stayed in each others arms all through the night. Sheridan awoke as the sun streamed through the curtains. She felt so good lying in Luis' arms. She turned to face Luis, who was sound a sleep. His face looked peaceful and relaxed and he had a big smile on his face. Sheridan ran her fingers through his hair gently. Luis eyes suddenly fluttered opened and he stared lovingly at his wife. "Hi sleepyhead" Sheridan said "Hi Sheridan mmm I can't believe you're my wife."
"I can't believe we got married, but it feels so good lying here beside you." "I know it does." Sheridan and Luis kissed passionately. "Luis make love to me now" "I though you'd never ask." Luis and Sheridan continued to kiss harder. They explored each other's mouths and kissed hungerily. Luis started to unbutton Sheridan's blouse. As they continued their love making, nothing seemed like anything could go wrong at this moment in time. It felt like time had stopped and that it was just them together and deeply in love.
Meanwhile back in the Crane Mansion, Julian was talking to his father Alistair Crane.
"Father we can't allow Sheridan to be married to that cop." "I agree Julian, she is the weakling we must get rid of Luis." "Father what do you mean by get rid of?"
"Julian, what do you think I mean. We have to kill Luis Lopez-Fitzgerald and
get rid of him for good. There is no other way." Julian walked to his desk and opened the top drawer.
He pulled out his gun and loaded it with bullets. He clicked the clip into place and starred at his father. "You're right father, we must get rid of Luis permanently." "But how do we kill him." "Julian, leave the details to me." "Alright father." "And Julian, don't mess this up, we cannot afford to have Luis discover the truth and have the Cranes ruined." "I know father, don't worry Luis will not survive."
