Blade is the mystery man that saved Cleo, Hel, and Sarge from Sluggo's clutches. He told Cleo that he had been watching it all, but he could not interfere until a certain point. His appearance was a mixed blessing, since he saved Cleo, but her lover Josh was killed. He showed up again to free Sarge from the Black Watch, and Sarge vowed to find out who he was.
