-This years Wieder Run will be held June 4th, 2005 at the Upper Bucks YMCA
located on California Road in Quakertown. Directions are located in the
About Us section, under DIRECTIONS.
-To register, go to the
REGISTRATION
section.
Make sure to get your registration forms in before May 13th, 2005.
Fitness Tip:
Good luck with your
training for the 2004 Wieder Memorial Run! Remember to build your
distance base during the course of the year, then work in some
speedwork during the months approaching the race.
