Name:
Sharek Tekon
Rank:

Position:
Captain
Race: 1/2-Romulan 1/2-Vulcan
Age: 52 (looks like he's in
mid-late 20's)
Year Originally from:
2492 (Part of
the original crew)
Sex: Male
Height: 6'4"
Weight: 152 lbs.
Eyes: Green
Hair: Black, Shoulder length
Parents: His
Romulan father died, 4 months before Sharek was born, during an
incident with raiders boarding the cargo vessel he was working on.
His Vulcan mother, Alana, moved to Earth soon after. When Sharek
was 4 his mother died on a Starfleet away mission. With no family
or relatives to be left with, his mother's superiors whisked
Sharek away to a secret training facility that didn't exist and
couldn't be found unless they wanted you to find them.
History: In this
program he was raised and educated by computers whenever possible.
Never seeing too much of any one person the only emotion he ever
repressed was love. With a seemingly over-developed mind he began
learning everything he could. By the time he was 18 he could pass
any test perfectly and did so with the Starfleet entrance exam.
Unfortunately, since the program he was in didn't exist he
received no praise for it just a computer chirp saying "Perfect
Score." With this, he began to receive Starfleet Academy training
within the secrecy of "the Program," as he began to call it. Still
obsessed with learning, he took in subject after subject. Thinking
he needed to be perfect, he never subjugated himself to less than
exemplary standards.
Leaving all
his time to learning he practically had to be fed by hypospray. To
"the Program" it was no wonder that by age 27 he had degrees in
many fields. Seeing that he had learned all Starfleet had to
offer, he had "the Program" let him enter Marine Training to
broaden his physical horizons. He found it to be more time
consuming since he had to build up his body first. Again he was
practically given his nourishment by hypospray. He even shorted
himself on sleep while doing Marine training until he was 35. He
placed records in every category and subject they challenged him
in now, another feat that was praised at the end of a computer
speaker.
At this time
the Program began placing "watches" otherwise known as "guards"
after he began sneaking out for weeks at a time without their
knowledge until he told them. He only told them because he was
tired of being alone and wanted a physical person to talk to. The
3rd guard they had watching him was a human female security
officer whom he became infatuated with. Commander Sheila Trent,
the only officer so far that could actually slow him down from
trying to escape and keep up when he finally did.
Eventually
they became closer and Starfleet made the post permanent allowing
them to move in together on Starfleet grounds. At age 37, he
finally opened up completely, learning about a relationship, life,
and love at the same time. Finally, he had the attention he always
wanted. His happiness came at a price, though, for soon after they
were separated. She was sent to a space station in the Gamma
Quadrant, while he was sent to work with a new Marine unit in the
Alpha quadrant.
Sinking into
a deep depression, he volunteered his unit for every dangerous and
risky mission they could come up with. He made sure to always keep
the entire unit alive and to complete the mission with no less
than 96% accuracy, even when they went wrong. He was eventually
sent on a mission into Kazon space with his men. Totaling 7, they
left once they were erased from all Starfleet knowledge on a
Ferengi cargo vessel equipped with slipstream engines, who's
Captain they had bribed (not hard.)
Five years
later, 1 year 7 months longer than it should have taken, Sharek
finally made it back... half-dead, alone, and with only 21% of his
mission completed. Once healed, he was given housing in the
location where he grew up. Back with the Program once again, and
now 44, they set him up with a patrol ship on the Romulan border.
Up until now Sharek's rank was flipping from Marine to Navy,
depending on his assignments and missions. So much in fact, that
at this point Starfleet authorized him to be the first officer to
hold a dual ranking in Navy and Marine. His rank was currently Lt
Commander / Major. He was now back with Starfleet and
felt less pressured to be perfect and was able to rest his mind.
One year
later during a nearly disastrous away mission on a rogue ship,
Sharek was captured when his personal shield generator exploded,
knocking him out. One away team member was taken hostage in
engineering, and the other managed to take the bridge but broke
her leg. Sharek escaped and went on a rampage killing crew left
and right nearly bare-handed. Through sheer determination and
adrenaline, Sharek saved what could have been a disastrous
conflict. He was promoted to the Rank of Commander / Lt Colonel
and given assignment as 1st officer on a deep-space reconnaissance
vessel named Explorer. He
spent 7 years on board as 1st officer before accepting a promotion
to Captain / Colonel and being given a new ship that utilized
experimental technology and design ideas. This vessel was the
USS Mystic NX-T a long term
assignment Timeship that could be away from it's own time for
years on end before having to come back to resupply.

Sharek has a photographic memory

Age: 25
Year Originally from:
2377
Sex: Female
Height: 6'4"
Weight:
85kg
Eyes: Left, Brown/Right, Blue
Hair: Brown, Platinum streaks
Parents:
Ariss' parents were killed when she was just a child.
History: Despite
the trauma of seeing them killed, she remained sane, perhaps due
to childhood resilience. As she got older she collected a number
of skills including martial arts and terrorism skills, though she
doesn't admit to the latter. She joined Starfleet when she was 17,
despite a lack of background. She was allowed to join because an
admiral saw her skills and sponsored her through the Academy.
While going through the Academy her instructors found that her
skills were uniquely suited to an 'undercover' role in Starfleet,
and when she graduated they recommended her to Section 31.
At first,
she didn't accept a position in S-31 because her sponsor, who was
also her mentor, was ill. He appeared to get better, but one day
while they were taking their usual daily walk through the bush, he
collapsed and died before Ariss could do anything. Half-mad with
grief, she enlisted in S-31. She was 20 at the time. She did
mostly intelligence work and spent all her free time training.
While doing a particularly rough training session, she broke her
leg badly. She was also called up for active duty onboard a ship
as a Marine CO and despite the pain her still-broken leg caused
her, she jumped at the chance. While on an away mission with 2
fellow crewmembers to a hostile ship, she removed the cast from
her leg to allow herself more maneuverability. Her leg was
rebroken as she took over the bridge. Despite the attempts made by
medical staff her leg suffered irreparable damage.
She soon found that her leg made her a
danger to S-31 because she wasn't as fast as she used to be. She
made a hard decision and chose to leave S-31. Well, she attempted
to. As she left her quarters on the night she was to depart from
the S-31 HQ, she was kidnapped and taken to the S-31 research and
development complex. There she was placed in a top secret booth
and catapulted on a one way trip through time to the late 22nd
century.

2378

Eyes: Deep Blue
Hair: Blond Short, Spiked up
Parents:
Johnathan Tobias and Faith Cervanta Tobias
History: Born on
a cold night on May 30, 2350, the life of Anthony Damien Tobias
didn't start out easy. After being delivered, Anton's heart was
not yet strong enough to keep going. He flatlined 3 times before
they were able to stabilize him. Growing up, he had an odd and
somewhat lonely childhood. His father being a Marine made staying
in one place for very long impossible. He would try to make
friends, but he was the new kid and it's even harder when you're
the new kid three to six times a year. By the age of four he was
already starting his journey with the many computer systems around
him. He couldn't get enough of them. Until the age of twelve he
was constantly using the computers around him and learning how
exactly they work. This life of happy computer mastery ended when
his father told him that he would start training immediately. In
the words of his father, "Son, those computers will never do
anything for you in life. You must learn how to live and how to
serve your people better. You will start training as soon as
possible. Anyways, what will that god-forsaken computer ever do
for you?" After that, everyday from wake up to lights out he
trained and learned. By the time he was eighteen, he had already
surpassed the skills and knowledge of Marines ten years his
senior. During all the training, he was still able to keep his
keen skills as a hacker strong. Upon graduating from grade school,
he was directly signed into the Starfleet Intel Academy and
enrolled in classes that would make him stronger, faster, smarter,
and deadlier than he had ever been. The Academy was child's play
for him, speeding through exams, excelling past all of his peers,
he was a prodigy. He graduated from the Academy with the highest
honors the Academy has seen in over a century. Everybody wanted
him, but by talking a few weeks off he decided that he would
follow in his father's footsteps and become a Marine, and hope to
become more one day.
He joined the Marine force on the USS Washington
- Excelsior Class, at the age of twenty-two. He ate, drank,
and breathed his work. For two years everything was basically
calm. He would report every day, do his duties, and report out. In
that time, there where no instances that would involve the Marine
force to be called. During that time he moved up in the ranks
quickly, excelling at everything he did. By the end of the two
years he had become the leader of almost all missions. During his
free time he learned a number of skills. He studied all the
aspects in the field of intelligence he could find. Added to that,
he continued to increase his level of expertise with all the new
modes of computer technology that had come out. With a panel and a
display, he was unbeatable. He could get to any file, any
information, break any code, control anything on the ship as he
pleased. The only other passion he had during that two years was
learning how to bartend to any race. This forced him to learn
almost all common languages spoken by anyone on the ship. He and
the ship's translator had a running tally to see who was fluent in
the most languages. Last time he checked he was neck and neck with
him. This all continued until that one day...
It was March 2, 2374, when they attacked the
USS Washington. Out of
nowhere from the depths of space came a Borg cube. The Borg
orchestrated a full attack on the ship. In the hopes to stop them,
Anton led five parties of six Marines each on the Borg cube to
take down their power supply. As the fighting went on, more and
more Marines were dying. With the three surviving Marines left,
Anton stormed the engine room and was just about to blow the
reactor core when a group of twenty or so Borg attacked his small
group, cursing the Marines to be assimilated. After that,
Anthony Damien Tobias was not heard from for over three years.
September
23, 2377. A fleet of Federation ships led an attack on a group of
Borg ships. As the battle waged, many lives were lost. The Borg
formally known as Anton Tobias was beamed onto a Starfleet ship in
hopes of causing mass destruction. As the fighting went on, one of
the crew of the Starfleet ship stopped dead in his tracks and said
to another officer, "Is that Anton?" Without pausing to think the
Borg attacked the officer and a fight ensued. The officer was able
to disengage the Borg by firing a phaser blast that shorted out a
key component needed for the Borg to receive messages from the
collective. Without this, he did not move and just fell to the
ground.
January 13, 2378. Anthony Damien Tobais woke up to find a familiar
face in front of him. It was the head doctor on the USS
Washington A - Sovereign
Class. "I had the worst dream that there was a battle with the
Borg and I went to destroy their power supply when I was
attacked," he said.
The doctor replied, "It did all happen. You were gone for over
three years."
Startled by this he jolted up to find he had Borg implants in his
body and in his face. Especially the one that circled his left
eye. The doctor and the Captain filled him in on what happened and
told him he was a hero because what ever he did it was enough to
disable the Borg and force them to retreat.
A week later the Captain called him in to his ready room and asked
him if he was ready for a special mission. To the surprise of
everyone, he accepted, probably just as a way to try and forget
what happened. The Captain told him he would be transferred to a
Starbase orbiting Lexon 5 and he would receive his mission
there. In two days he was there.
After
arriving he was briefed that he would be part of an experimental
program involving a new type of warp drive. All he had to do was
reach cruising speed and press a control button. He thought "easy
enough." He suited up and went for the first test. After reaching
cruising speed, he pressed the control button, and all he saw was
a bright white light. He woke up to find no base no nothing. He
had no idea where he was... or even when. He looked at the sensors
and saw what was an unidentified ship.

History:
Born on February
23, 2455, Telemachus Rhade was one of the first to be born,
entirely bioengineered, bone spurs on the side of the forearms,
increased in strength and endurance. When growing up, he
excelled at sports, schooling, as well as anything else he made
out his mind to. There was one thing that made him different
than the rest, he was one of the first to have spurs coming out
of his forearm. This made him look intimidating and he was often
backed away from when challenged. The case was entirely
opposite, however, he hated fights. He knew how to handle
himself as he had taken martial arts at a very young age but the
thought of fighting never appealed to him. He was told by his
parents about the mistreatment that the Federation was giving
them and how they tried to stop them from engineering unborn
children. However, to him, there were always two sides to every
story, and one day he had planned to find out the other side of
this one.
During his teen
years his strength showed even more then when he was a child, as
did his speed, endurance, and everything else about him. His
curiosity was the thing that most stood out, though. Most of it
was due to the fact that outer space was forbidden by any of his
people. Sure they had space craft, also three planets colonized
in the system as well as several asteroids but nothing compared
to what he wanted to do. So in the end, after having completed
training in flight school, he spent an additional three years in
the Planetary defense fleet designed to fend off any intruders
from the outside which included the Federation.
After all his
training, and a plan, he decided to take a small spacecraft
known as a slipfighter, and head out of their sector, meeting
some hostilities from his own people. Anyone leaving the system
was met with hostilities and often destroyed or captured and
spent life in confinement afterwards. No one that he recalled
was able to get away. This time was different, however, as his
ship made it out. Unfortunately, the slipfighter was damaged in
the firefight. It was venting plasma out of its warp core.
Somehow this plasma ignited something in space-time and created
an anomaly which dragged him in, overloading his systems and
knocking him unconscious. When he awoke he was in an entirely
different area of space. Fumes were venting out from some of the
pipes in the ship. Even though he could last in there
indefinitely, he activated the ship's distress signal and
awaited rescue much to his humiliation.
Personality
Profile:
Like all Nietzschean he prides
himself on being better than anyone else, and even though he had
wanted to meet the Federation, he still goes by the way of his
people. Which mainly means that he is often conniving,
treacherous, but if he finds himself on the winning side he will
often stay loyal to them until it is in his best interest to
switch sides, becoming an enemy if it suited him. He is often
seen sharing a drink with his fellow officers when not on duty,
and since his body is engineered, he can take in more alcohol
without succumbing to it.

Admiral Vcnut t’Llaiir of Romulan Army
Vctra t’Llaiir - wife of admiral
(she was originally a Vulcan)
History: As
a young, only child she emulated her father...an admiral in the Romulan Army. For a long time she considered joining the Romulan
Army, but then she realized that she would be promoted, advanced,
and given private quarters (seldom given on Romulus) mostly
because of her father’s reputation. Not wanting to glide to
success because of her father's coattails, Mnheia and her friend
Eslyn talked their options over late into the night, decided to
go to Vulcan for study, and then go on to Earth and the Starfleet
Academy.
Study on Vulcan was intense. There she met many Vulcans already
involved with Starfleet. They had nothing bad to say about Starfleet,
so the two (Eslyn and Mnheia) went on the to golden city of San
Francisco and joined up at the Academy.
After years of study, both women graduated from the Academy. They
were then posted on separate ships. That was the hardest thing that
Mnheia did... say goodbye to her friend. When Mnheia received her
present posting she found that Eslyn was also posted there and was
ecstatic. There was only one difference... Mnheia had been promoted
to the Intelligence Department and Eslyn was still an Ensign in the
science department.
DS-24: first assignment - lasted 2 years. During her assignment
at DS-24 she was assigned as a Intelligence officer.
USS Archer NCC 72853 -
second assignment - lasted 5 years. When she was transferred to
the USS Archer she was
promoted to Assistant Chief Intelligence Officer.
USS Imperial NCC 68295 -
third assignment - lasted 4 ½ years. Upon her transfer to the
USS Imperial she was again
promoted but this time to Chief Intelligence Officer.
USS Special - S NCC - 1979 - forth assignment. She was
transferred back to Earth to attend Command School. Upon graduation,
she found herself assigned to the USS Phoenix.
After the shuttle had glided into
space, Mnheia found herself looking at the stars outside of her
window. In boredom she asked the pilot when they were
going to arrive at the Phoenix. Finding the time to be
unacceptable Mnheia decided to take the only risk available and
have the shuttle traverse an unstable wormhole. It would seem that
an unfortunate miscalculation on Mnheia’s part not only killed the
shuttle pilot, but sent the shuttle through the wormhole at an
amazing speed, tumbling all the way. After the shuttle was ejected
from the wormhole Mnheia found that the pilot was dead and the
shuttle was adrift and she did not know how to fly it. Sending
out a distress message to what appeared to be a ship close by, Mnheia sat back and waited for a response. And so
her mission
began.
Expertise
(Majors): Mnheia is a very
dedicated person with an expertise in handling people and running a
starship. She knows she has much to learn but one day she would like
to become an admiral like her father, but in Starfleet.
Minors:
General
Starfleet Knowledge
Likes:
Mnheia loves the canary in her
