Using keitai, putting on make-up and holding an umbrella while bicycling in a typhoon....Sheesh, that's like half the population of Tokyo.

Why haven't we seen this on local news!! Crazy cyclists are one of my pet hates.. I have even seen some using umbrellas AND a mobile phone at the same time!!

But what is the point of having a umbrella on a bike.. you ride right into the rain drops and they are useless for staying dry!!
