Defiant Class

As its name suggests, this Class of Ships are truely Defiant in nature. Barely one-fifth the size of a Sovereign Class, this Class Of Ships are over-gunned and highly unstable. With an outer Ablative coating on the outer hull and a Torpedo compliment of 250 Quantum Torpedos, this ship is one of the strongest in the fleet. Built basically to nullify the Borg threat, these were later used in the Dominion war. Armed with 4 Pulse Phaser Cannons and 2 Phaser Banks, the Defiant Class Ships are truely a formidable foe.
