Personal History:
While on a fishing trip with his grandfather, the antique boat's hull ruptured and sank pulling him and his grandfather under. Tom was strong enough to swim to
the surface, but his grandfather died while Parker was pulling him up. He has believed his grandfather's death was his fault and has never forgiven himself for it.
Attended school on different starships with his father until he was 16 and his father retired form Starfleet. Settled on Earth to finish high school.
