Personal Traits:
K'ri'lior, like all Vulcans, is deeply logical, to the point of a religion. He
likes talking with people and debate, and believes in what humans would call
"classic liberalism", which hold that there is one, singluar truth. He also
believes in what United Supreme Court Justice Homes called "the market place
of ideas." As such, he loves logical, constructed argument, and tries to stay
informed on a wide variety of philosophies and political theroies.
Personality:
Deeply logical and seen as confrontational by some. K'ri'lior looks for
logically inconsitansys and logical fallacies in others thinking, and usually
will confront people about said incongruities. He believes that emotion lies
to people, and believes people should eliminate emotion from the decision
making process. While he realises emotion is nessesary to humans, he still
will encourage humans to limit emotion's impact in order to make more
rational decisions.
Personal History:
K'ri'lior was born on Vulcan. At age 21, he left vulcan to join starfleet,
hoping to become the cheif councilor on a starship or starbase. He eventually
decided to join a starbase rather than a ship, on the premise that he would
have the benifit of working with a regular group of people (the population on
the starbase), while having the ablitiy to also council people visiting the
base on shoreleave or other short peroids.
Academy:
K'ri'lior joined Starfleet Academy at the age of 21 and graduate at 25. For
the past 18 years, he has been working in starfleet in various posts as a
councilor, rising to the rank of cheif council and fourth in command in his
previous assignment.

Previous Assignments:
After 4 years at the academy, K'ri'lior was stationed abaord the Uss Horatio.
He served as assistant councilor for 2 years, then became an assistance
medical doctor from his experience in the acadamy. He was then promoted after
3 years of service and became the councilor for ambassadors. Afte 7 years on
ths ship, he became chief councilor. After 10 years on the ship, he served in
a first contact situtation, which by all accounts was handled well.
While he was promoted to chief councilor, and was otherwise praised by command
for his leadership ability, K'ri'lior has come to find the life on a star
ship too confining. He would prefer to interact with both a regular
compliment like he did on the ship and a increased number of visitors that
will occur on a star base setting.
