As Jim Sees It....

The largest wave came, ever so angry was the sea.
The oceans clawed at our spirit as we sailed further;
From land we became lost in the mists of raging ocean.
Piercing were forces from the power of the sea.
Kathleen with strength resolved entered the depths.
On this day faith and fear became one and a diver emerged.

That was the short version of our diving adventure to “Isle Cozumel” in the western most part of the Caribbean Sea.

Kathleen encountered mating lobsters, crabs of color, shape and size never seen by her eyes before and fish nearly as large as her hiding under coral outcroppings in the night. With sounds of the ocean and aquatic life below the surface, Kathleen began a quest to become one with the ocean, one with weightlessness, one with danger and one in spirit within a world far different than anything known to her. In a short few days she meant people of different cultures, languages, skills and ability. She began to polish a facet of adventure unrealized before. The trip developed a character that pleased all of her senses as she readies a return to the ocean and all it offers.
A return to the lesser known world deep within.
