With the mysterious nature of the Breen, and the fact that they have only been encountered rarely before the Dominion War we know very little about this vessel. It has the ability to cloak, an ability the Breen apparently developed independently of either the Klingons or Romulans. The Breen vessel contains several organic components, including, we suspect, bio-neural circuitry.
