Manatee Springs is a state park in Florida on the Suwannee River. Manatees are aquatic mammals related to elephants. Manatees are an endangered species, and can be seen mostly in winter at the park.

The park is near the small town of Cheifland in north central Florida near the Gulf of Mexico. Part of the park is swamp, and much of it is higher ground.
