Upon her eighteenth birthday, she came upon the Academy. She was soon accepted and fell into the field of computers. She was treated harshly, but learned quickly and did things that were not previously done, even by specialists.

After her graduation, she worked at the Academy for working out bugs in the current system and improving it for the next one to come. After finishing her work at the Academy, she was recommended to Starfleet, to continue her career, but on a starship instead. Thus she was assigned to the U.S.S. Potomac in the position of Computer Specialist.

Hobbies and interests: In her spare time, when she isn’t in front of her screen, Manji studies “old” types of weapons and warfare, including those used in the Middle Ages for hand to hand combat. She only uses this knowledge for her own interests, not to actually fight, as a broadsword would not fare to well against a phaser.

Personality: Manji tends to be quiet and reserved, tending to lurk in the shadows unless trouble arises. Those that know her well, know that although she is calm, when pushed too far, she has an unterminating temper that will last until what needs to be killed is killed.
