Yes, prices may be inaccurate, there are 8,112 differnt coins on this list, by time I go through the list to Zimbabwe, changing each price due to market conditions, there are changes already occuring in Algeria.

Our fee structure is simple, take the total of the prices of the coins, we add a 3% Finding It Fee(The PCL Hoard is scattered amoungst 6 houses for security reasons, if you had ever seen it in one place, you would understand), then add shipping which is a variable I can not list here, because we only charge actual shipping, and we always refund the difference. Insurance is at your option. If you decide you dont want insurance, its shipped at your own risk, sold as is, no refunds.

We have a reasonable return policy, if I send you a coin you are not satisfied with, or that is misidentified, you email me, and we straighten it out. I too am a collector, so I understand.
