I said it was a KA screenshots page - I just HAVE to put this on here.
This is is a project of Cyrille "Tachy" LeFevre (aka Galactus, Destroyer of Worlds). It appears to be a Soviet gunship, codenamed "The Red Army". This is - put in one word - impressive. Tachy did a damn nice job with this one. The image can be found at 3D Underground under the Garage/WIP section. Once again, nice job, Tachy.
