More mental than physical and always needs a hand when fighting. He can always think on his head and does not go in rushing in all guns firing

Has a low self esteem from time to time, but since being promoted to Lieutenant Commander and starting to date Lieutenant Bentahr, he has significantly perked up. He’s always moaning and complaining about the officers under his command. His usually messy office.

Can be very sarcastic, always messy, despite the best efforts of certain crew trying to tidy him up. Always preferring to call his junior officers by their first names off duty.

PERSONAL HISTORY

At 18 he entered Starfleet Academy and fell for the stunning Cadet Maganda Bentahr, who he dated for just over a year before a tragic shuttle accident, involving Cadet Hallet and another cadet. Blamed for it, Cadet Hallet suffered a nervous breakdown and was given the chance to redo the Academy course. His relationship with Cadet Bentahr degraded into row after row and eventually Thomas broke it off, causing both young Cadets to drift apart.

After completing the four-year course, the Cadet transferred to the SCE Academy and completed the one-year course, before being offered the position of Assistant Chief Engineering Officer on the USS George. W. Bush under Captain Jasson Asuka. Hallet didn’t fit in straight away, but still was promoted to Lt (JG) and promoted to CEO of the ship. When Captain Asuka left, command was turned over to Captain Julie Absecon who decided not appoint him 2nd Officer in command, as he was always in Engineering. He feels a home and has recently restarted his relationship with the now Lieutenant (JG) Maggie Bentahr. He divides his time between Engineering, spending time with Lieutenant Bentahr and his best friend Lieutenant Ryan Dunmore, Second In Command. He was initially disappointed with not receiving 2nd Officer, but feels better with 3rd In Command. However, his luck changed when he received the position of 2nd Officer, after being promoted to Lt. Commander.
