OFF: This is a hard one 

Location: Captains Ready Room 

ON: 

Tolbin: :::: Looking over a few pads wondering why the yellow alert went off?  Hears the door chime. :::::::  "Enter" 

Jade: "Do you have few minutes Sir. I really need to talk to you about my concerns as a Counselor on the ship." 

Tolbin:" I think you are doing a fine job Ensign.  What's the problem?" 

Jade: " I don't think I am ready for this Sir.  I am requesting a transfer off the ship and get more training in counseling." 

Tolbin: " Why?"  ::: sounding as shocked and suprised::: 

Jade: " I really misunderstood Ingoldo and I cannot be doing this as a counselor!" 

Tolbin: "I think you are over reacting Ensign!" 

Jade: " I don't think so commander, I think it is the best for the crew that I get more training before I hurt someone on this ship." 

Tolbin: " Jade I think you could be a great counselor here on the Excalibur. I really think you should rethink this before you make a decision." 

Jade: " Commander I have made up my mind. I am sorry, I have to leave the ship." 

Tolbin: " I am really sorry to hear this Ensign.  Please give me your resignation.  :::: she hands me the pad with it on it:::::  I didn't realize that you were this serious.  I am really saddened by your decision but if this is what you want well, I will have to comply.  We will have a shuttle ready for you within the hour.  Good Luck." 

Jade: "Thank you Sir. Good luck with your adventures." ::: she turns and exits the Ready Room::: 

OFF: I am sorry to see Jade leave the ship, but she didn't feel she was into a RPG.  I talked to her for a long time to try to get her to stay and understand this is just a game and its meant to be fun.  So I hope that this wont effect anyone else ... please if you have any concerns my door is open ... please use it...
