OFF: Well i hope that my last post was okay, and I hope that I do 
well for all of you.

ON:

LOCATION: Hallway on Deck 8, next to the Turbo Lift.

(The Turbo Lift doors open, and what I saw, I thought I would faint!)

J'Dar: "Hello! Are you wanting on?"

Jade: (I was in dismay, I couldn't believe what I saw, I mean, I 
know there are alot of different species out there, but one so big as 
he was, I just couldn't believe it) "Hello, I am Ensign Crystal 
Jade, Ships Counselor, I actually do need to get on, I thought I 
would take a walk to my office to see if everything has arrived 
alright." (I was thinking, does this turbo lift have a weight limit, 
I don't want to get stuck or anything.)

J'Dar: "I am Ensign J'Dar from the planet system Hydroia, I am the 
first of my kind in Starfleet. I have been assigned as an Assistant 
in Security."

Jade: "I can see why Ensign J'Dar." (As she steps on to the turbo 
lift, hoping to make it to the floor she was going to.) "Deck 22"

J'Dar: "How long have you been in Starfleet?"

Jade: "Well this is my first assignment to a ship, but I have worked 
as an intern at Starfleet Academy for a year, and then was Counselor 
at Starfleet Medical for a year. I would have continued working 
there but I was offered a wonderful position on the Excalibur, and I 
just couldn't refuse. So, what about you?"

J'Dar: "Well Counselor Jade, I...." 

(At that moment, the turbo lift stopped suddenly. I was scared to 
death)

Jade: "Deck 22"

(Nothing happened)

Jade: "Okay, we are not moving, I don't understand."

(I had glanced at the weight limit for the turbo lift, and we were 
not over weight, it said 800 lbs. limit)

Jade: '/\' "Jade to First Officer Tolbin" '/\'

(No reply)

Jade: '/\' "First Office Tolbin please reply" '/\'

(Still nothing)

Jade: "Okay Ensign J'Dar, I think communications are down, what do 
we do now?"

J'Dar: "I don't know, Counselor Jade, I have never been in this 
situation before."

Jade: "I haven't either. And they problem is, is that there are not 
many crewman on board yet, most are temporaries, and I have only meet 
you and First Office Tolbin, and I just hope that it doesn't take too 
long for someone to figure out that the turbo lift is out of 
commission right now."

J'Dar: "Okay Counselor Jade, I am enjoying my first day on the ship, 
so counsel me"

(J'Dar said to try and lighten up the situation"

Jade: "Well let me see....Just kidding. I think that we will be 
fine, I am sure they will find us soon."

Off: Well I thought I would add a little excitment, so someone can 
take it from here. I hope you like it.
