ON:

LOCATION: {Deck 22, Counselor's Office}

:: I was sitting at my desk, I decided to go ahead and do a report on 
the crews psychological files, and try to have it ready for the First 
Officer by the time we met in Ten Forward. ::

Jade: "Computer, please bring up Ensign J'Dar's psychological 
files." :: A few minutes pass. :: "Mmmmmm, interesting."

Jade: "Computer, please bring up Ensign Jerry Stanford's 
psychological file." :: I sat there and read his file, it took about 
thirty minutes. :: "Well that was interesting as well."

Jade: "Computer, please bring up Ensign Ingoldo's psychological 
files." :: A few minutes pass. :: "Wow....well mmmmm."

Jade: "Computer, please bring up Lt. Vian Kelley's psychological 
files." :: A few minutes pass. :: "Okay lets see whose next."

:: Looks down at the list of the new crew members. ::

Jade: "Computer, please bring up Ensign Beth Koptuka's psychological 
files." :: Another few minutes pass. :: 

Jade: "Computer, please bring up Ensign Dusty Redroi's psychological 
files." :: I sat there and read his file twice, it took me an hour 
to read it, I knew that the First Officer would be interested in my 
report on Redroi. ::

Jade: "Computer, please bring up my psychological files." :: I read 
through it to make sure everything was there, and was correct. ::

Jade: "Computer, please bring up CDR Jonathan Ford's psychological 
files." :: I sat there and read through his file, it was very 
interesting. ::

:: I stood up and walked over to the replicator. ::

Jade: "Computer, what time is it now?"

Computer: "Thirteen hundred hours."

Jade: :: Sighs in disbelief at the amount time that had gone 
by. :: "Computer, I would like a _amaretto_ latte, hot." :: It 
materializes. :: "Computer, I would also like a bowl minestrone 
soup, please, hot as well." :: It materializes. ::

:: I sat down to enjoy my lunch before I begin my report. ::

Jade: "Well, I guess I will get started on that report if I am to 
have done for the First Officer by eighteen hundred hours." 

:: I pull my PADD out, and begin to write. ::

Jade: "I have found very interesting things about each of our 
crewman, here are my findings: 'Ensign J'Dar, I was not able to find 
a file on him, I am not sure of the reason, except for maybe its 
because he is a new species to Starfleet, or the file was lost. 
Ensign Jerry Stanford has a file from Starfleet Academy, apparently, 
in the beginning, he had aviotophobia (a fear of flying), but was 
cured from it after three months of counseling. He then began his 
flight training, and aced it with top of the line scores. But in his 
file, it says that they request that from his _own_ free will that he 
continue to see a counselor once _or_ twice a year to update his 
progress. Ensign Ingoldo, I was not able to find a file on him as 
well, I am not sure of the reason, except that it might have been 
lost. Lt. Vian Kelley has a file from Starfleet Medical, apparently 
the Lt. has cypriphobia (a fear of venereal diseases), and thus the 
reason why see dedicated most of her time to find the cure for a 
Ferengi STD. Her file says that she is a dedicated worker, and 
doesn't let up until everyone is well or being _extremely_ taken care 
of on her shift. Her file continues to say that the Lt. is in 
perfect mental health, and would be an _asset_ to anyone in 
Starfleet. Ensign Beth Koptuka, I was not able to find a file on 
her, I am not sure why except for maybe we have no records of her 
species or her file was lost. Ensign Dusty Redroi, he has a file 
from Starfleet Academy, apparently he has gynophopia (a fear of woman)
and does not take well to authority that has been given out by a 
woman. Starfleet Admiral Jenson asked Ensign Redroi to seek 
counseling on this matter, but refused, Ensign Redroi's file does not 
state why he refused but it does say that next time he defies a woman 
in authority that he is to seek counseling immediately or be thrown 
in the brig for a set amount of days given to by his supervisor or 
until he agrees to counseling. CDR Jonathan Ford, he has a file from 
Starfleet Academy, that had continued on into his career on the USS 
Torres, and the USS Nova, apparently he has atychiphobia (a fear of 
failure), thus the reason for his success in Starfleet, but his files 
say that sometimes he lets this fear get the better of him, and he 
over exerts himself. His files continue to say that if not give 
_extreme_ authoritative orders to take a break or to go off duty, 
that he will continue to work even after hours to make sure that 
everything is in perfect shape. And they go on to say, that the CDR 
is otherwise in perfect mental health, and is an asset to anyone in 
Starfleet. But I must note, that a few of the CDR files are blocked 
from my viewing, that access is denied to me. Ensign Crystal Jade, 
she has a file from Starfleet Medical, apparently she losed her best 
friend in a borg attack on an outpost in the Alpha sector. She went 
to counseling, herself, to help cope with the mourning process. She 
completed her counseling and continued her studies at Starfleet 
Medical even during her counseling sessions. Her files continue to 
say that she is perfect mental health, and was an asset to Starfleet 
Medical, and would be an asset to anyone else in Starfleet.' This 
concludes my findings on the crew of the USS Excalibur."

Jade: "Computer, what time is it now?"

Computer: "Fifteen hundred hours."

Jade: "Oh, my goodness, I need to get ready to meet the First 
Officer in Ten Forward."

LOCATION: {Ten Forward}

:: I walk in and notice that the First Officer was sitting at a table 
in the far corner next to the window. ::

Jade: "First Officer Tolbin, may I sit down?"

Tolbin: "Yes, Counselor."

Jade: :: I hand the PADD with my report to her. :: "I went ahead 
and did a psychological profile on each of the crew members for you 
and the Captain to look over before we launch. I hope that is fine 
with you, I knew that you both would like to see it before we left 
space dock. And First Officer Tolbin, you wanted to talk to me 
about....?"

OFF: Okay, I know this was long, but I did alot of research for it, 
so I hope you like it, and I hope I didn't step on too many toes!
