Location: Captains Ready Room

Tolbin: ( looking at the pad of the crew who have arrived on the 
ship so far talks to self) Hummmm well we got so far Ensign Crystal 
Jade our ships counselor and Commader Ford Security... and our 
Science officer Ensign Ligoldo... Thats good he can do a check on 
these systems that are having troubles. I will have to ask him that 
after I check this out. Hummmm and we got Ensign Redroi in Opts. 
Looks good. He has a very impressive record. Theres Ensign Stanford 
at the Conn. Yup... oh yea and J'Dar cant miss him. Oh theres 
Ensign Koptuka in Astrometrics. I will have to get with her she will 
be busy setting up her office in astormetrics wont bother her for a 
day or so. Oh and I see we got a Medical personel Lt. Kelly hope she 
can get that office in shape before we leave dock. Hummmm this is 
looking good we need our Chief Engineer, and a few others to arrive. 
( looking at pad and hears the door chime)

"Enter!"

( in comes Ensign Stanford)

Tolbin: Hello Ensign I am OX Alayne Tolbin you are?

Stanford: I am Ensign Stanford. I am reporting for duty Sir.

Tolbin: Welcome aboard Ensign. Are you ready to fly this baby?

Stanford: Aye Sir. more then ready I can't wait to take her out of 
space dock. I bet she is smooth too.

Tolbin: I bet she is to. Now I know you won't scratch her up now 
will you?

Stanford: Me!!!! no way I can fly her blind folded.

Toblin: Well we won't be having any of that now. Well not on my 
shift. (smiles at Stanford)

Stanford: OH NO I would never really do that ( grins) Permission to 
go and set up my quaters Sir.

Tolbin: Permission granted. Talk to you soon Ensign.

(Stanford leaves the ready room but in the doorway is Commander Ford
Tolbin Taps Comm badge and calls Ingoldo)

Tolbin: "Tolbin to Ingoldo" ( hold up a finger for Ford to hold on 
for a sec... Ford nods his head in acknowledgment)

Ingoldo: Here Sir.

Tolbin: Ensign run a level one diagnostic on all of your primary 
systems and give me a report A.S.A.P

Ingoldo: Right on it Sir.

Tolbin: We are having a bit of trouble with some of the systems and I 
want the Excalibur to shine when she leaves dock. 

Ingoldo: Yes Sir I will get on it right away. OUT

Ford: Permission to enter

Tolbin: Granted CMDR Ford.

Ford: Now how did you know who I was are you in security too (smiles 
see that Tolbin is looking at a roster pad) 

Tolbin: Now you are the Security Chief. As you can see I am going 
over who is here and who will be coming on. We are doing very well 
with earlly arrivals better then I expected. 

Ford: Well this is a Galaxy Class ship and I bet for alot of our crew 
this is there first time on this Class of a vessel.

Tolbin: See that's why you are the Security Chief. Oh and yes you 
are right alot of new blood here. I know you will be very busy with 
there files. How's your office anything broken there?

Ford: I just did a walk threw, put some of my things in there. I will 
run a diagnostic on my systems and put in my security codes for my 
files very soon. I will let you know if there are any problems.

Tolbin: Oh sorry Welcome aboard. My mind is so full of all this 
paper work that I seem to forget the most important things. Very good 
I will need to know if you have troubles to so I can get crew in 
there to take care of it.

Ford: No Prob Sir. I just wanted to meet you and say my hello's I am 
off now to get a few more things done and meet some more of the 
crew. 

Tolbin: Good. We will meet again very soon.

Well I want to welcome all that I mentioned in the begining of my 
post. I am really liking the Bio's and will do one myself very 
soon. Good work all!
