Ford: "Sir without phasers we cant do much to them right now"

McCloud: "Lt." ::he says as he looks to Myhon:: "I need phasers now, I can help you as well"

Myhon: "Impossible sir," ::losing eyes contact with the captain and looking at his station::  "all power we do have, reserve and emergency, we are using for emergency repairs and life support.  Anything else that is scrapped together is being used for the sensors and comm.  Sorry sir even if we did have enough power there is no way our engines could limp us into range in time"

Ford: ::listening the whole time and then his face lights up with an idea:: "Redroi what condition is the shuttle bay in?"

Redroi: ::scrolling through the redouts:: "uh, a little tossed around but everything seems to be functional"

McCloud: ::understanding Fords intention:: "Alright you got it take Ingoldo with you he can help make any hasty modifications that may be necessary and he can be there in case they mess with you mentally"

Ford: ::nods and smiles:: "Sir they cant bother me now"

McCloud: "Very well, go save memory alpha"

Ford: "Aye sir" ::looks at Ingoldo:: "Come on"

Ingoldo: "Hold on I have to finish this up Ill meet you down there"

Ford: "Alright" ::walks over to turbo lift shaft and begins to crawl down the emergency ladder::

Tolbin: "Captain what about the medical teams we are supposed to send down there"

McCloud: "We have to worry about the Excalibur first then we can limp over there and take care of them" ::getting up and walking to the engineering station:: "Here Myhon let me help you reorganize some of our systems"

Myhon: ::looking at the captain:: "can you handle this sir?"

McCloud: ::smiling:: "I can Lt."

Myhon: "Then I ask permission to head to engineering and work from there I have better access to everything then"

McCloud: "Granted get going"

Myhon: "Aye sir" ::clears up a couple of things he was running through and then heads down the turbolift shaft the same time Ingoldo does:: "Good luck"

Ingoldo: "thanks"
