Features of my mod
-The Dominion is now a playable race. They are replacing the Ferengi.
-The Ferengi are now a minor race. They are replacing the Talarians.
-New shiplist for every race.
-New main interface.
-New structures.
-New Dominion-morale.
-Changed starting-conditions.
-smaller changes (like system-names and ingame-textes.
