Until January this year I had not dived with Scuba 2000, and it was only on Alastair's suggestion that we should meet there for a dive in January, that I experienced this outfit.
The owner Hassan is now investing a bit more money in the place, the rooms are being renovated and the rusting drying rack has been replaced with a new one freshly painted.
The staff Vanji (above left) and Suhail (above right) are great, and without them the place would not function.
To date (27 April 2011) I have done 17 dives with them and they have all been very enjoyable. One of the best things post diving is the lunch cooked by Vanji, yum.
Also during the week I get to dive with Vanjie who has brilliant air consumption, we did a 1 hour 43 minute dive on Car Cemetery a couple of weeks ago, and she is fantastic at finding stuff, especially nudibranchs.
