Ara reached forward with her hand,slowly building up a wall around her memory.This was so no intruder could ..hack..into her mind and recieve data about the Ralmgahi.He told her the name of the enemy they were up against,but not how evil they were.
Kalzers.
It freaked her out because the name was so close to 'killers'.That's what they were though so..she was guessing it fit pretty well.He said once she made contact with one of them she could build up a wall to defend her mind against them.She didn't know just what she needed to build that wall just yet,or if she even had the power,or what was needed,to do it.
It has been about two weeks sence she first came here.Robert said she was 'flourishing'.Her power was growing stronger by the minutes.She could move things with her mind,dissapear and re-appear in another place.She could also order someone to do something by controlling their mind,but it took her awhile.She could hack into someones mind also,and if they weren't blocking her,she could read there mind as long as she was looking at them.She had yet to master,or even accomplish,traveling to different planets,or different places that were far away,but she would.Her senses also grew very keen.
One day while in the Great room,which was the room Robert first took her to,Madison,another elder,was talking of a planet called 'Earth'.Ara had gotten that fimiliar feeling in the pit of her stomach,and knew that was the first place she was to look for a Ralmgahi in.She had no feeling for here,so she thought Earth was the best place to start.
3 weeks later
"Bring them back home.Even if it's one by one,bring them home."Kayla,an Elder,told her.
Ara nodded her head and smiled.She closed her eyes and heald out her hands.She concentrated on the power of light.On the seven.Then on Earth.
She fealt pressure on her mind and body before she opened her eyes.She fealt lightheaded.It was her first time going this far,so it was completely normal.
She looked around her and couldn't belive how clean it was.How beautiful.She watched the cars pass by on the street,there headlights blinding her for a few seconds before passing by her.She remembered Robert explaining these to her,but they were funny when you saw them personally.Earth was so far behind Zertox's technology.Ara decided to head down the sidewalk,the feeling in her stomach getting larger with every step.She found it strongest infront of a building.She saw the others in line,and grinned.Oh how wonderful it was to be mindfully powerful.She walked behind a large tree and vanished.She re-appeared in a stall to a bathroom.She flushed the toilet,noting how it wasn't automatic.She shook her head as she walked out.No one.She quickly left the bathroom,and had to fight the instinct to cover her ears.Figures it to be a club.She searched the room,zoning her minds eye in and out on people.No one.She was confused,and mindly tired from her long journey.She walked over to the bar and ordered a beer.
"Can I see some ID?"The bartender asked.
She stared at him,her eyes boring into his.
"Alrighty than."He said going to get the drink.
She knew she shouldn't have done it,but she didn't have an ID.About an hour later,and God knows how many shots later,she decided to get sociable.
"Hi."She said to the guy next to her.
He looked at her and smiled.
"Hey there."
"My name's Ara."She said,extending her hand.
"Nice to meet you."He shook her hand.
"Aren't you going to tell me your name?"Ara slurred,downing another shot.
"You don't know?"He asked,rolling his eyes.
This was getting old.They always did this.Pretended they didn't know who he was just so he would want to get to know them,and would fall in love with them because they knew and loved him for the 'real Nick'.
"Nope.So what is it?"She asked.
Nick,a bit..well..a lot,tipsy from drinking told her exactly what was on his mind earlier.Ara laughed at him,which seemed to enrage him even more.He got off of the stool,grabbed his drink,and was starting to walk away.Ara reached out and grabbed his arm which seemed to send a shockwave through Nick.Ara stood up,and highered her lips to his ear.
"I don't know who you are.All I know from what you just told me is that your name is Nick,and a whole lot of girls want you because of your..reputation?I don't know.All I'm looking for tonight,is exactly what you have,"she slurred,sliding her hand down to his manhood,"so if you're interested for just a one night thing,say the word."With that she took his earlobe inbetween her lips and gently sucked on it,and then nibbled.
Nick let out a moan.
"Come to the hotel with me?"He asked.
Ara nodded as he took her hand.
She wasn't sure why she was doing this.She was never like this.She fealt a connection to him though.Something she couldn't understand,but wanted to have so dearly.
