Federer Captures Pacific Life Open
Defending champion and World No. 1 Roger Federer won his 17th consecutive final with a 6-2, 6-4, 6-4 defeat of World No. 2 Lleyton Hewitt in the Pacific Life Open title match on Sunday.
Despite the loss Hewitt is an impressive 23-6 lifetime in Indian Wells. His two Pacific Life Open titles are the lone career ATP Masters Series shields he owns.
