From Young Writers: This year the twelfth successful year we have run the competition, we have received a tremendous amount of entries - in excess of 67,000 nationwide from this figure we have been able to produced a collection of regional anthologies featuring young writers from all around the UK.
I am therefore delighted to tell you that Fathiya's poem I Saw has been chosen for publication in a book representing young poets from your region, Once Upon A Ryme North London. The poems are selected based on the individual's expressions of imagination, perception, use work in print. I will shortly notify the school of Fathiya's success and will provide a full list of any other selected pupils from your child's school.
