Spiced Pecans

1 egg white
2 T. cold water
1/2 C. sugar
1/4 tsp. each cinnamon, allspice, cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
4 C. pecan halves

Mix & let stand 15 minutes, spread on cookie sheet that has been sprayed with Pam. Cook at 250 for 1 hour, turning pecans over after 30 minutes.

Note: Turning can be tricky, but simply turning each with your finger tips seems to work the best.
